They were at my house within the hour and were able to fix my furnace in time for me to get a few hours sleep in a warm bed with no after-hour markup!! Thanks for coming out so quickly!

Swamp cooler works great

The Cooler Company was prompt, efficient, and did a great job. There was a small problem with the installation and the owner of the company came out the next day to fix the problem . I highly recommend this company.

They are a great company with a good product and excellent service. They were able to schedule my job very promptly so that I could quality for a rebate. The workers were very helpful and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the work. They even helped me get up on my roof to teach me how to maintain my new cooler myself. I highly recommend the company, their staff and their products.

The team at The Cooler Company was responsive and patient with our chancing schedule was we tried to fit them in around other construction projects. They completed the job on time and everyone was professional and courteous.

The salesman/company pres. was great in answering all our question as well as explaining things was great! The crew that installed did a fine job and if we had to do another this is the company we would use.

Our house is 23 years old and the 2 furnaces and 2 AC units all went out at the same time. We were a long-time customer of Save Home Heat so we got a quote from them. However, their customer service in support of their bid was terrible. We called Steve and he was very helpful in recommending replacements, including an evaporate cooler instead of 2 AC units. The cost was roughly equivalent but the long-term operating costs are much less and the cooling effects are much better. My family has complained about how cold the house is even on the 90 degree days. I'd highly recommend.

The owner of the company came out and talked to us about our furnace, and he was very knowledgeable. The install guys were average. After a month, the filter bracket broke. They came back out and taped it back into place. Next, we noticed the floor was shaking quite a bit when the furnace & A/C ran. We called them back out, and the install guys argued the problem couldn't be related to the furnace. After some convincing, they put a flex collar in. That immediately fixed the problem. Now, my furnace blows a lot of air into the furnace room. I'm dreading calling them again.

Fast, efficient, and friendly!! These guys really know what they're doing which gave me great confidence in their workmanship. And they do the job RIGHT not just what the boss told them to do. The installer saw a problem with flashing after evap cooler was placed and they took the time to remove the unit and fix the flashing problem without hesitation. High quality workmanship and damn fine humans to boot.

Quick, professional installation at a reasonable price

After some tweaking that was needed from a leak, I am now satisfied that this company stands behind its work. I would and probably will work with them again.

They were efficient and on time. They also looked at my current furnace and made it more efficient by changing its layout to make it more efficient.... Which overall made it much more affordable to run.

Called for an estimate and installed the following week! Great crew including the owner, Steve, the on site workers, Kamden, Bo and Tim and Laurie in the office. We LOVE our new evaporative cooler...and it was installed in 1 day!
