Highly recommend these guys. Went above and beyond. Two other contractors never said anything about the old system not being to code. Cooler Company fixed everything at no extra charge. Money well spent.

The Install of the Furnace, Air Con and Water Heater was good. The Inspector Failed it on 5 simple Electrical Faults, but over all, a very good and quick upgrade to the house.

I thought that Jeremy did a great job!! He analyzed the problem and fixed, and tightened everything.he cleaned it all out! I think he did an excellent job with professionalism, knowledge and know how. He gave me the run down on the condition of our furnace after running it and observing the furnace. I would definitely call them again without hesitation!

Met with Steve and he showed me the Breezair evaporative cooling system. I knew a little about it and knew it was a good product. Decided on getting it. Steve's crew came out on a Saturday at 9am, They were very nice, very aware of things in the house and made sure everything was out of their way to do the install. I had a unique situation in that I actually had 2 layers of roof, one put over an older roof because of damage. I thought this would be a problem and probably cost more to install, but no it didn't. The Crew worked most of the day, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Tim went through all of the functions on the remote, explained everything and answered all my questions throughout the install. Very professional, very thorough, and easy to talk to. The system works wonderfully, I have a two story almost 3000sf home. Every room is cool and we couldn't be happier. It sometimes actually gets too cold and we have to turn it down a level or two.

Troubleshot electrical issue and discovered builder wired neighbors AC into my unit. Assisted neighbor in getting theirs corrected also.

From estimate to installation was quick! The team accommodated my schedule needs, and was polite and professional. Steve provided helpful, easy-to-understand information. They weren't the cheapest, but I'm confident I got a good product and installation.

I've never written a review before, but I've never had service like this before! Everyone from Steve, the owner, to Linda, at the office, and Santana and his crew were absolutely outstanding! Absolutely not the cheapest quote we received, but there is a reason for that. Superb quality swamp cooler, and absolute peace of mind that all will be well in the future. Our ridiculously hot house now cools down so quickly and so much that the heater turns itself on!!! I loved our experience and will refer The Cooler Company to all, as I already Have! If there are negative reviews of this company, they must be from their competitors. Call them!

What a great company. From my call to them, to the estimate, to the installation, all aspects were one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with a company. From the owner Steve, to the installation crew, led by Tim, everything was very professional, and done by individuals who obviously knew what they were doing, an how to do it well. My special thanks to Laurie in the office for helping me to get the job done even quicker than I expected. The product is great, and the company stands behind it and their work all the way. I would highly recommend The Cooler Company to anyone wishing to put a top notch evaporative cooling system in their home.
