Got a bad impression of this company, but they seem to have done the work okay. Man came out to check problem and give bid. He said company policy was that I'd have to pay for a package which included spraying inside and out for bugs. Next day worker came and didn't know about the spraying, thought he was just there to remove nest. Asked who told me about the spraying. Said he'd do it though. I mentioned that the first guy had explained how they insert spray in the nest before removing it. The worker said he'd never heard of using foam. I wondered if these two guys worked for the same company. I had the impression from first guy that I was paying for a spraying job that would prevent wasps from building nest on outside of house, but the spraying was just for ground bugs - ants, spiders, etc. He said I was paying for it so have them do everything: crawl space, garage, and I thought he said attic. The worker next day said they don't do attics. I understood the worker to say he'd put a chemical where wasp nest was removed to discourage returning wasps from hanging around. I called the company later in the day because there was a swarm of wasps around the nest area (not to mention a little swarm of ants on my front porch). Although they have a local number, I was connected to a person at the national level who said she was new and couldn't answer my questions. She called the company and relayed message back and forth. They said there was no chemical that would affect returning wasps. I asked more questions and she said it would be best if she had the worker from the local company call me. I had such a bad impression that I looked again at Angie's list, where I'd read good reviews, and found the company was listed again towards the bottom of the list (same local address), and this listing had negative reviews. Googled the company and found some negative stuff on the internet. I felt like I shouldn't have used them. Finally the next afternoon the supervisor called and he was helpful answering my questions, leaving me with a somewhat better feeling about the experience.

My first call to them was last summer. A very nice young man exterminated inside and out. We were having no unusual problems, I just don't like spiders and prefer not to have to see them. After the initial visit, they return every three months and exterminate outside only, unless we're having a particular problem inside. The philosophy is to get the pests before they come in. That seems to be working fine. So, every quarter, I get a call from Terminix to let me know when they'll be at the house. I don't have to be home, which is nice, and the technician sprays around outside, seems to do a good job, and leaves a note on my door. I've never had any problems, either with them, or with returning pests and the price is right.

Arrived on time. Very thorough and professional. Extensive outside treatment with additional inside treatment. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, a very good experience.

They were fine and came out quickly. They had the best price. They were good and explained everything they were doing.

They have done a really good job. They are cheaper than the other guys. I like Terminix. The other guys also wanted to do more services, but it would cost more money. Terminix does 4 services a year, and it is probably reasonable. I do like them. I think there was an initial thing that was more, and then I think it is like $80 or $90 every 3 months. We were out of town, and it was sort of my fault because I didn?t get back to them in time because they gave me like a week?s notice. I was out of the country, and they actually came and did a second for free thing inside the house because I didn?t have a hold of them until the very afternoon. They already did the outside of the house but nobody was found so they couldn?t get inside. They do a free inside whenever I want it actually if I have any problem. I liked their attitude because it really was my fault.

Our new wood floor was coming up. The hardwood floor company that had installed it less than a year ago came out, removed 2 boards and found termites between the subfloor and Oak wood flooring. Yes, we actually DO have termites in Colorado. Subterranean Termites. They look like rice with legs. I called Terminix since termites are their specialty. Their Inspector came out, looked in the crawl space (underneath the affected floor area), in the garage and all around the house. He told me how termites operate and the method Terminix uses to get rid of them. He drew up a graph of our foundation and indicated which walls would be treated. He gave me his direct number and was available to answer my many questions. Always friendly, patient and helpful. The termites should all be gone within 45 to 60 days and I have their guarantee to back it up.

Turnover in staff was a big thing, having different people come all the time. We didn't like that as much. It was also very hard to get a hold of them and it was hard to call them at all. They wouldn't do whatever it is they said they would do and when you would call them to get them back it was really hard to get a hold of them. I felt sorry for the guys that worked for them, because it seemed like all the communication issues were the corporation's fault. We also didn't get as good service because we got different people every time.

They were good! They did what they said they were going to do.

Haven't seen any more yellow jackets.

We were brand new customers. We had our appointment rescheduled 3 times after their representative did not show up at all. Finally we got fed up and decided to use someone else.

Everything with the service has gone well. The yearly service contract is pretty reasonable. I have no type of infestation of any pests or termites so it must be working. They do spray the inside and outside of my entire home.

Terminix came out and made an assessment of my situation and determined the extent of the vole infestation. They explained the best way to treat the problem and set up a program to treat and eliminate the voles.

They have been very professional every time they come in. They removed the hives and have not had a problem with the bees returning. The lack of spiders, even in the basement have been great.

It only took Terminix 2 sprays to kill all the spider mites. Terminix comes out every 3 months but will come out in between as many times necessary.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND PRODUCTS. I SIGNED UP FOR A QUARTERLY PLAN. IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING BEFORE THAT TIME, THEY WILL COME BACK OUT. THE INITIAL PAYMENT WAS $180.00 HOWEVER EACH ADDITIONAL TIME WILL BE $100.00.

WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL DIFFERENT WORKMEN COME OVER TIME. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN COURTEOUS AND PUNCTUAL. THEY SUPPLY EXTRA FOOD AND TRAPS AS NECESSARY. THEY ASK IF WE HAVE ANY SPECIAL CONCERNS. WE BACK UP TO AN OPEN SPACE AND HAVE TO STAY ON TOP OF PEST CONTROL. WE ALSO HAVE PETS AND SMALL CHILDREN AND THEY NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH EITHER.

TERMINX WAS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH THEY SHOWED UP WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED AND THEY WORKED HARD TO GET THE JOB FINISHED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE WORKER, GORDON, WAS WELL DRIVEN AND VERY FRIENDLY.

TERMINEX DID A GOOD JOB OF MAKING SURE THE SMELL OF THE POISON WAS NOT TOO STRONG. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY CONSIDERATE. THE BED BUGS WERE ELIMINATED AND HAVE BEEN SINCE.
