They also will spray inside the house if necessary. If I need them to come back to spray again in-between regular treatments they will do it at no charge. I like them because their treatments work; I do not have bugs so that is important to me. I will use them again in the future.

They were thorough which is important with pest control.

They are very good. Their prices are cheaper when I pay an annual fee, so I pay them annually. I think an individual fee is somewhere around $80. I like their promptness and the way they keep in touch with us. They always call to let us know when they are coming and they give us an hour sometimes in the morning, and then they will call back and confirm the timings. They are always responsive. The guy that sprays just lives down the lane from us, which is very convenient for him and he is very good. We hired them two years ago after comparing their prices; so I am sure their price must be good. We love to get their annual rate discounts when we pay them annually. They are supposed to come out sometime this month. They come out every three months. I pay $100 every three months. I don’t have any pests or bugs. They do spray around the house. The number listed on Angie's list was for commercial services--I think a local person answered the phone. She gave me the number for the residential services, which connected--I am sure--to a telecenter. The person who answered the phone was working from a script. She would ask me different questions about my situation, and then type in my answer, and then would tailor her answer depending on what was on the screen. Also included was an upsell for a treatment for the entire exterior of the house, and a yearly contract. Basically, she said that anything less would be unsuccessful. She was very professional, yet it was impersonal. I called another company and they had one of their exterminators call me. He gave similar information, but without the upsell and he also suggested some things to try before going with extermination as a solution. He was trying to solve my problem. I got the feeling Terminix was just trying to sell me a product.

The employee from Terminix is really nice and always does a thorough job. If we point out a problem that we've been having he spends extra time on that area and eliminates the problem.

We are still pleased with Terminix, we have a monthly contract with them and pay by the year. We got them off the recommendations we got on Angie's List. The individual who did the initial servicing was professional, thorough, and very thoughtful.
