Scott was competitive in cost (slightly lower than a second quote we asked for from another vendor) he was throughly professional in his work, easy to work with with a good personality, punctual in performing the work and it looks better than I expected it to look. Specialy Poxy Coatings comes highly recommended.

The project for our garage was a competitive bid, but it did not take long to make a decision on it. Reviews on Angie's list were a big factor in our decision making process, but our initial communication with the vendor sealed it. The expectations of the service to be provided, pricing, and the process was made clear from our first conversation. Not only are we very pleased with our garage, it was a pleasure working with Jonathan and Scott: They were on-time considerate, and maintained a safe and neat job-site. We would hire them again without hesitation.

There is a reason why these guys get straight A's. All of the previous 20 reviews were spot on. I can add that this a hardworking, enterprising, family business so you won't get any of the usual excuses that you'd get from most contractors regarding delays or mistakes. It was very good. They had good product and good people. I don't remember how much they charged but it was reasonable.

Speciality Poxy Coatings were amazing to work with. When I called to get the estimate for the floor, the were very prompt to set up a in person meeting to show me the product. They were on time for the meeting, very professional, and let me hang on to the samples so that I could review with my wife at a later time. Once we agreed on the job, they worked with my timeframe and completed the job on time. The floor looks amazing and is exactly what I wanted. Having previously done the DIY garage floor, this product is AWESOME!! I would (and have) recommended them to everyone.

It was a two day process which is very quick considering the time necessary for the various coats to dry. The floor looks amazing, far better than pictures show. The floor is easy to keep clean and, although not advertised, I think the floor is softer than plain concrete which is important if you spend much time standing on it. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. Scott and Jonathon Dismuke were great to work with and take great pride in the product and the quality of work they perform.

Everything went great! Johnathon came out to give me an estimate which was very straightforward. He then explained the process of resurfacing and epoxy coating my garage floor. This house had been a rental and the garage floor looked AWFUL! You can pick from several different color options based on your needs. We scheduled the job which took 2 days (exactly what he told me). The garage floor looks so amazing it feels like the entire house got a face lift!!! This company is family owned, professional, reliable, great quality work...I would recommend them to anyone:)

Our garage floor completed by Scott and Jonathan in early August looks great, and after two months of use like we it even more because maintenance of the garage floor is so much easier. Due to Scott and Johns's professionalism the entire process was worry and hassle-free. We would use them again! Our next door neighbors fell in love with our floor, and had Scott and Jonathan complete their garage floor also during the latter part of September.

After calling several companies for information, Scott was the only one who gave me a per sq. ft. price over the phone. All the others wanted to come out to see the garage, bring samples, and (presumably) upsell me on various options. Not Scott. He was direct and to the point. He was also well versed in the competition's methodology for installing these type of floors, so I could make an even more informed decision. And it was an easy decision to make. After scheduling the job, correspondence was minimal, but just enough ensure that everything was on track. They showed up as expected and were so down-to-earth and friendly, it felt like I had known them for years. While their professionalism cannot be overstated, the quality of the work speaks volumes. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and how to care for the floor when it was done. Bottom line, these guys are really really good at what they do! From the initial bid until the completion of work, Scott and Jonathan were prompt, responsive and provided lots of feedback. They arrived on the planned day and the job went exactly according to plan. Two days later the garage floor was done and looks beautiful. They are a pleasure to work with. So far so good. The installation is immaculate. No collateral damage, the slight odor dissipated as advertised, and the coverage is 100%. I was a little concerned that the two top coats would make the floor slick in wet weather but that's not the case; the colored chips add just the right amount of texture. Cleaning up after water, mud and saw dust is easy.

Johnathan came out on time for the estimate and was very professional. Johnathan and Scott showed up on time to do the work in our 3 car garage. We even called to move up the work schedule and they were able to accommodate us with ease. They finished all the work in the time frame and did a excellent job. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Scott (father) and Johnathan (son) did a wonderful job. They showed up timely for the estimate and to do the work. The coating in our 3 car garage looks great. I like the fact that they were the ones that actually do the work. They were very professional and made it an easy painless process - we didn't need to be there to babysit them. They did a nice job cleaning up after the job as well. They also give a lifetime guarantee which I like so if there's ever an issue we can call them to fix it. I would highly recommend them.

We had a new garage poured in May and wanted to finish the garage with a coating. Scott and Jonathan were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Job was done as described in a very timely manner. They were also more than willing to answer any questions I had, even while they worked. The garage floor looks great.

Scott was right on time with his installation, and it was accomplished according to what he told us. The floor looks very good and it appears that the coating is very durable. Great choice of colors available. We chose a darker color to help hide winter snow/mud collection on garage floor.

This company did everything they said they would do in the timeframe stated, approximately two and one half days. The company did an excellent job with a durable and great looking product!. The Poxy coating renewed an old, 30 year old cement floor that had many coats of cement paint that needede to be ground off and down to creat a new smooth surface for the Poxy coating to adhere to. The company was punctual each day, we're neat and tidy with each step of preparation and each layer of coating. They have a large color selection to make any floor in any area look brand new and terrific! We were extremely pleased with the people who own the company, their honest work ethic and the quality of their work along with their product. It was a wonderful experience and so happy we made the leap to finally find a permanent solution to our continually paint peeling cement floor. We have already referred the company to our neighbor. The work has already been completed and he was also very pleased with his end product. This company is a 10+ with an equal product and end result! We wanted a coating for the garage floor of our new home to protect against the damage caused by road chemicals, oil and grease etc. Scott and Jonathan did a great job for us. We had to reschedule once due to a blizzard but once we were set they arrived promptly and finished the job in two days as promised. I ended up watching them perform at least some of every phase of the job, not to look over their shoulder, but to see how the work is done. They were obviously very experienced at doing this work, and have the right tools for the job. The were quite meticulous and thorough in all of their work and respectful of our home. They cleaned up when they were done and removed all debris. The floor looks great and we have had a number of people comment on it and/or ask us about it. Since then we painted the garage walls and ceiling, and now the area looks quite nice. I would definitely recommend them for any similar job.

It's every guys dream garage now! The details are below: I met Scott at the Denver Auto show where he showed me examples of his epoxy coatings for garage floors (he does all kinds of concrete coating) and I scheduled an estimate with him. He followed up a few days later (a lot of contractors don't these days) and not only gave me the discounted auto show price, he offered to do the 6" side wall of cement in the garage at no extra charge. Scott again gave me samples and offered his experienced insight in choosing a good color/texture to really finish the garage and make it a show piece of the house. We scheduled out about 3 weeks, due to my schedule. Scott and Johnathan showed up on time ready to go. They helped me move the last heavy item out of the garage and got straight to work despite the pouring rain. Scott offered some plastic covering for my work bench so as not to have it ruined while it was outside. The work was done in 1 day as promised and I have to say, it came out even better than I expected. Our house was built in 1970 and had been recently rehabbed, all except the garage, and this was the last piece of the puzzle so to speak. Now this is one of the nicest 'rooms' in the house! I love the look of the chipped coating as well as the shine of the clear coat. So far (only a month in) it's still as new as the day they left and that's with 2 cars in & out daily.

Scott was very quick to call and set-up an appt. He showed up on time, explained to me what services he would provide and provided me a quote, when he said he would. Do to some scheduling challenges on my side, it was difficult to get a date scheduled for Scott to come out, but Scott would check in with me periodically on how scheduling was going. He was never pushy and extremely patient. We eventually got a date locked down, he showed up when he said he would and got the job done. It took two days and I am very happy with the outcome. I had looked at 2 companies , Specialty Coatings was a little bit more than the other company by about $150, but they acutually did more work, in that they sanded down some high points, etc.. which the other company wasn't going to do. Would definitely recommend using them.

A few months back I remodeled a garage for a customer with all the drywall finishing and painting performed by myself.
