I had purchased a Big Deal $20 for a Locksmith Service Call and Diagnosis. They were very helpful on the phone and responded quickly. They gave us a window time frame and showed up within that frame of time. The even honored the BD even though it was a business not a residents. My husband was there when they arrived and was very pleased with how quickly they did the job and with their service. We would use them again.

The installer was awesome. He even reinstalled some lockes that were upside down and adjusted them all so you don't have to wiggle the key to open or lock them. Very punctual and polite.

Splendid. I especially liked price and quality options presented and safety/security issues explained.

The service was okay. It cost me about 300 dollars extra. I was impressed that they called me, and they didn't wait for me to call them. The experience was competent, it was nothing memorable. I would recommend that somebody consider them. The price was high.

Aaron called to ask if it would be acceptable if he came a little late, no problem. He arrived within 10 minutes of appointed time, was professional , friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. The work was done without a problem and done right the first time at a reasonable price, nicely discounted for Angie's list patrons.

Rekeyed 3 security doors and several extra keys and replaced the lock mechanism between house and garage. They came the same morning I called, and were quite professional. i will definitely use them again.

I have used them before. They were great. They were prompt, courteous. They honored my Angie's List discount without even asking. They cleaned up after themselves. I will continue to use them!

The job went as smooth as glass from the moment I called him, to the moment he left after completing the work. My ancient storm door had a broken lock that belonged in the Smithsonian. I tried other locksmiths to no avail. Southwest came to the rescue, found the lock and installed it the same day.

Arrived on time. Did the work quickly. Was there for only 30 minutes. Efficient. BUT THE TRIP CHARGE OF $65 is WAY OVER THE TOP! I understand when contractors charge a service charge for an estimate, and then deduct it from the bill, but this was not the case. I also understand that gas prices have effected business like this, but it certainly didn't cost $65 in gas to go apx 4 miles.

They responded quickly (within the hour). Aaron was very professional and after replacing the lock, he did some tweaking on the door to make it open and close smoothly. He did a great job, and I would highly recommend them.

I was out of town when the lock broke and they came out to repair it. They did a great job. I have already recommended them to a friend.

I called SW Lock and Key the morning I needed to get in the house and they promised to be there same day. They were even ahead of schedule and called me to see if I'd like to meet earlier, which helped me out. They were quick and professional.

They were very good, and I liked their integrity. They had quoted me a higher price, and when they came out, they said they had lesser work to do, so they charged me lesser. They were honest and wanted to help me. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We always highly recommend them to others. They offer a great service. They are on-time and have reasonable prices.

Chris arrived right on time. He checked the safe, helped remove the closet doors that were in the way, found that the safe was older than what was covered in his manuals, and made an educated guess as to where he had to drill to access the locking mechanism. It took a little while to work two of the disks that were sticking, but he persevered and the safe was open! Chris was professional and delightful to work with.

I chose not to hire them because of the unreesonable cost of the trip charge.

I have used southwest before and they always go above and beyond in all areas. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Shea the Owner is always very helpful.
