Southwest Lock & Safe

I explored several lock companies to change over the hardware on my 10 exterior doors in my home. The companies all refused to make an in-person visit and instead wanted me to send them pics of all of my doors. I was given the name of Southwest Lock and Safe and to my delight, they wanted to send out an expert (Chris Loveall) to see the project and give me an estimate. When I wanted to ensure that the style and color of the hardware was correct, Shea (the owner) sent out Triston to bring me samples. Chris and Triston then came out and did a GREAT job installing all the hardware and locks. And, due to COVID-19, they wore masks that covered both their nose and mouth. I am SO grateful for this company’s fabulous customer service and a job well done! THANK YOU

Casey was wonderful! Polite, professional and very competent. He was running a few minutes behind and called to let me know - greatly appreciated. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I had even purchased an Angie's List Deal and saved $50! I would happily have paid full price for such great service!

The locksmith was scheduled to arrive between 2-4 pm. He actually arrived a few minutes early which was great! He removed the doorknob and had it fixed and reinstalled in about 20 mins.. The whole transaction went very smooth and the locksmith was extremely courteous and polite. He took the time to explain what the problem was and how he fixed it. I was very pleased and would use them again!

The locksmith was very professional. He et me know exactly how much it would cost to replace the assembly and returned in a couple of days and not only replaced the assembly but made some adjustments to my door so it would close properly. There was no extra charge for coming back a second day. I would definitely recommend SouthWest Lock and Safe and would use them again.

The provider had to do quite some research, since he had to replace an old lock with a 5 inch throw. After a lengthy search he came up with a perfect solution - it works and it looks great. Very personable, knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Excellent! Casey arrived early. He was polite and professional, got quickly to work. I would have replaced the lock, but he assured me that he could replace the pins and it would work well. It does, actually it works better than when it was new. Then he checked out the matching front door locks and made two spare keys. Now everything works perfectly! Excellent value as well. Great service, prompt, professional, and accommodating!

Our old lock was actually a commercial, combination lock, which made replacing it a little more difficult. The new combination lock which we selected did not "cover" the space and configuration created by the old lock. This required a creative solution, which our installer created, and which required his driving to a distributor for a piece that would cover the hole in the door utilized by the previous lock configuration. The installer was extremely polite and patient in creating a plan that would work, and installing the new lock, which works perfectly. We were very impressed with his professionalism and his willingness to adapt to resolve the situation. We could not recommend a business any more highly than Southwest Lock & Safe!
