Not well, well first of all when you call for a service as soon as they can usually get you in it's like two weeks out and I think that's ridiculous especially when your talking about appliances like the refrigerator or a washing machine then when he got here the fix he made didn't solve the problem so we ended up just going to a local appliance repair place because we thought we would get quicker service and better service. The ice maker wasn't working and actually they did they did fix the ice maker I take that back it started working but then another problem showed up so that's why we went to the local appliance place so that's why we went to a local place is because we didn't want to wait another two to three weeks to have somebody show up. Respond much much quicker we've used them in the past where our washer broke and you know it's like two weeks it's always at least two weeks before they can make it out and that just not acceptable.

They didn't have the knowledge enough to fix it. The person who helped me was when I called Maytag. The lady on the phone over there, who answered, was able to tell me what the problem was, with my washer. Sears didn't help at all. It was okay. They could have been more knowledgeable on the problem that I was having with my dryer. I called them twice to come in. They didn't know what the problem was. They said that's how the machine was supposed to do, which was completely wrong. It had a very simple solution to it.

Service-person came to my house on May 4, 2016, inspected the grill, and charged my credit card for an advanced payment of $391.69 for parts/service that would occur on May 18, 2016. Service-person returned On May 18th to install parts and service grill. After the work was completed, the service-person handed me a finalized bill for $359.97. Service-person instructed me to contact Sears Home Services in order to get a refund for $31.72. For the past three months I have e-mailed them every two weeks and left weekly telephone messages with no response/refund. Service was great, but the person(s) that deal with the money are terrible.

We called about May 3rd to get our ice machine repaired because it wasn't draining. The technician came on May 12th and was great and when she left the machine was working but as soon as I pushed it back under the counter it quit draining again. I called for service again on Monday May 16th. They scheduled us of Monday May 23rd but then called to cancel on Sunday night. Sears rescheduled us for Friday May 27th between 8-12. After sitting around waiting for 4 hours I called. They had rescheduled us for 3:30 pm. No one called to let us know. I have to work so I rescheduled and I am now Scheduled for Monday June 6th. We'll see how that goes. During this time a new back to our free standing ice machine was ordered and a new drain hose. What arrived is an automatic ice machine kit for the ones inside a freezer. Totally wrong part. I called to tell them and they said someone from the parts department would call. No One from the Parts Department has called. When I talked to them again I was told to call the Parts Department but they could not give me the telephone number. We bought a maintenance agreement so I'm assuming that is partly why they are giving us such bad service: They already have our money. Don't use sears service. Don't buy a maintenance agreement from Sears.

They tried to charge to me much and still couldn't fix the unit.
