Upon arrival I told the tech 'Josh' that I thought the motor was making a odd sound and that I feared it might break. That was the initial reason i called you guys to come out in the first place - to look at the motor, and to do a annual checkup as well. I just bought the house and was being proactive. everything was not ok as the motor failed a week later -as I feared it would. The motor was making the same odd sound a the time of your visit, and the tech Josh even acknowledged that it was making was an odd sound after 3 min of running the unit. At that juncture I fully expected a professional business to inspect the motor even further and or offer to replace the motor for me at a fair rate. But the tech said everything was in operating order on his final write up and assured me things were ok..he said and quot; well, anything can break at any timeand quot;... Yeah, sure things were running at that time - but not at 100% as the motor sound was still evident to both the tech and myself as he left the site. So I've been sitting in +90 degree heat for the last 3 days because of this situation. I already have a motor on order and I am getting it replaced tomorrow with another more reputable business. I feel like I paid $99 just for a filter to be replaced and to have a tech take a few readings and give me an incorrect assessment of needed repairs. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Unprofessional and quot;needed repairand quot; analysis in my opinion. Don't even bother typing a response as: 1. I know will never get my money back 2. I will never use you guys againThumbs down all the way.

Everything went very well. Showed several different types of furnaces with pro and cons on all. Very professional and didn't feel pressured to buy. Had 3 estimates and this was the most reasonable. Installation was smooth and workers were fine.

We've used Sanders and Johnson for both our AC and our Furnace. We called and scheduled an appt. for the next day to have the owner, Jim to come out and give us a free estimate on replacing our 21 year old furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave us a bid on 3 different types of furnaces. Another bonus that was great for us was that they offer 12 months same as cash financing. We made our choice and was able to schedule them to come out a couple days later. The two gentleman that came out to install the furnace were great, extremely professional, and had the job done in about 5 hours.

I called to request service on the furnace. When the technician arrived, I mentioned that an energy audit had shown that there was excess CO emission on startup. He acted annoyed, and said that he didn't carry the $2,800 piece of equipment to check that, that I should have told the office. Had they asked if we were having problems, I would have mentioned it, but I mistakenly thought that checking CO emissions was part of a furnace check. I had him continue with a routine check on the rest of the unit. He told me he couldn't check the gas pressure going into the furnace because the valve was stuck and needed to be replaced. I asked him to get an estimate, and he said he would, but never did. He complained about the fact it was a 2 stage furnace and had been rewired to be single stage. He acted like that could be a problem. I have since found out from another reliable HVAC contractor it is not. Finally, he said something to the effect "this is a Trane, and I'm not really that familiar with Trane". I found this very odd for a contractor that has been in business as long as this company, that their employees wouldn't be "familiar" with a common brand of furnace. This company was recommended by a neighbor in good faith, who had used them for installing a furnace. Maybe that's their forte. I was very disappointed with the amount of effort and expertise for a $122 fee.

Installation went very well and the new furnace has been excellent.

I have used Sanders and Johnson for years. Am on my second furnace with them. I have them back every year for my yearly furnace check-up which was done today. This company is so reliable and so good. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Don't know if they service every kind of furnace but if I ever need another furnace, I would buy from them.

They were professional about diagnosing the problems and relaying that information to us so we could decide how to proceed. One furnace they just diagnosed and the owner opted to fix it himself I think. The second furnace, they fixed it (a simple fix) for a reasonable amount. The a/c they repaired it but told us we may had some home wiring issues. The owner opted not to redo the wiring. The next year they fixed it again and then we had an electrician fix the wiring issues and this year no problems. We appreciate they’re being honest about the problems.

I trust them completely and have referred them to my clients repeatedly, always rave reviews! They are quite simply THE BEST!!

Everything has worked out fine. They do good work. We have used them in the past with good results.

Their prices are in line and their service is excellent. I had to have a lead sewer pipe replaced. I used them because they were able to do the job without going through a wall. It only took them two days and it was well worth the money.

They are an excellent company and I have been using them for 20 years. When I had to replace my furnace, I sought three bids. S&J's bid was the best and the estimator was extremely knowledgable. They installed the furnace when promised. I also use them on an annual basis to service my HVAC system.

We inherited Sanders and Johnson from the people who owned our home before us and I think they inherited them from the original owners. We have been thrilled with the quality of service. We have what Jesse, the technician from Sanders and Johnson, calls an "exotic" system. It has been incredibly well maintained by the previous owners and the team at Sanders and Johnson. We have only worked with Jesse since he is the most knowledgeable about our current system. He arrives on time and is always happy to explain what he is doing. He has done a wonderful job to really help my husband and I better understand our system and is very patient with our first time homeowner questions. We recently received a bid for a new system from one of the owners. Not in the budget right now due to some other commitments but the quote was very thorough and Mr. Johnson answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism.

Technician was delayed and office called to let me know. Josh knew what he was doing and completed the work satisfactorily.

The installation crew arrived on time and protected all walkways with drop cloths. The quality of service was excellent and all went well. They cleaned up afterwards. My questions were answered politely. After they finished, they did a walk around to review operation of the new air conditioning unit. The called in an outside licensed electrician to review the electrical. Minor additional work was needed. I was very pleased with all aspects of the experience and feel that we received a good product and service for the cost.

Gave me a time window when I made appointment then also called with a 30-minute notice of technicians arrival. Because of temp in house (very cool), air conditioner wouldn't go on so tech went out of his way, calling Honeywell (maker of thermostat) to find how to adjust temp so air cond could be tested. Very impressed with thoroughness and willingness to spend extra time to make it right. Also was given an estimate of cost and final bill was $35 less then expected. Company was also less than any other I called. Very impressed. Will use again.
