Everything went well.
Description of Work: Joshua was running ahead of schedule so Sanders & Johnson called to see if he could arrive early. I was already home so it was nice to be ahead of schedule. Joshua was in clean clothes and his tools were clean and tidy in a tool kit and bucket. He looked professional. I was just having some preventive maintenance done before winter. He spent about an hour checking the electrical system, the ignitor, checking for CO/gas leaks, checking the manifold pressures, the flue pipe, cleaning the thermocouple and burners for both heaters.

The boiler is working very well.
Description of Work: I have a 30+ year old 280,000 BTU boiler that needed maintenance. They cleaned and inspected it. The tech cleaned the burners and the boiler "no flame" sensors. He also tested for gas leaks and inspected some water leaks.

Description of Work: Installed high efficiency heating and AC equipment 5 years ago and have serviced same (about every two years). Only complaint is that heating/AC doesn't flow correctly to a guest bedroom. I need to stress this problem to them upon next serviced call.

I like that the same tech comes out very time and the same people answer the phone. They are family owned and operated. They are wonderful and we will continue to use them.

They did a great job for a reasonable price. Although tankless water heaters are not the norm, the people who worked on our job were very knowledgable about them. They were able to answer all our questions, and did a fast and professional job with the installation.

Sanders & Johnson Inc is a very accommodating and well qualified heating and air conditioning company. I've used their services for over 17 years and have never been disappointed in them. They come when they say they will and get the work done quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure what the charge was for this repair.
Description of Work: They repaired my furnace when it quit blowing hot air. I'm not sure how they repaired it but it works now. I have a 3400 square foot home.

THE AIRCONDITIONING WAS NOT COOLING, THIS COMPANY CAME OUT TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND NOR I NO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SO WE WERE PLEASED THAT THEY WERE HONEST AND REPAIRED THE PROBLEM, RATHER THAN HAVING US SPEND MONEY ON A NEW UNIT WE DID NOT NEED. THE AIRCONDITIONING WORKS GREAT.
Description of Work: THEY DID AIRCONDITIONING REPAIR WORK. THE GUY ALSO REPAIRED LOW VOLTAGE AND HIGH VOLTAGE REPAIR, AND CLEANED THE CONDENSER.
