I had a sewer scope company check a line for an investment property i'm purchasing. They were unable to complete the scope due to a large amount of roots (still did not have a drainage issue, just unable to get the camera through). I called rooter town which came up first on the google search. The tech came out as scheduled and attempted to clean the line. Within 5 minute of placing the line into the pipe he was "stuck/caught". I told him about an offset in the line and explained i had video showing the area he needed to clean. He said no problem, while stuck he went outside to call his supervisor 4 different times. I walked out for about 5 minutes and when i came back he stated, Oops the line snapped and my blade is stuck in the pipe. He stated a supervisor will come out the next day and fix the issue along with doing the scope work. Also stated no charge for today but tomorrow you will need to pay for Scope and Cleaning. Next day Supervisor showed up and stated i'm sorry the tech out yesterday was inexperienced and that should not have happened. He then went on to say he can not fix the blade issue other than digging up the line and will not put another line in the pipe. I said don't bother and let him leave. 5 days later i get a call from the listing agent stating the owner received a call and pictures that the toilet, tub and kitchen sink are now backed up and they have never had an issue. While the Rooter Town tech was working on the line he had the water running for 45 minutes while trying to get his line out and not issues with drainage until the blade and line snapped! I called Rooter town again and asked for their Insurance information to file a claim, the GM Dan Last name he said was "Peacemaker" he said no way i will not give you the insurance information as its not our issue. i was like i have video footage showing the line prior to your blade being stuck and your tech ran water for 45 minutes and stated "you have good drainage" but that was not good enough for him. He then agreed to send another supervisor out on Thursday (6 days after the snap) this guy asked me to sign a form that if his camera got stock i had to pay for it to be removed "only reason it would get stuck was due to his "Blade"! i told him to get the EXPLETIVE out of here as i'm done with this unprofessional company, i should not have said what i did but at this point my frustration was high and i was dealing with expenses to a property i didn't even purchase yet. I reached out to my realtor and listing realtor and both said wow, do not go with Rooter Town we have had nothing but issues with them. I then was referred to Colorado Sewer Service Inc. the arrived within 2 hours after the tech from Rooter Town left. Colorado Sewer was night and day vs. rooter town. I explained the situation to the tech and he was like thats really odd and getting a line caught does happen but we've never snapped a line. He was setup and running his line within 10 minutes, difference in equipment was the gauge of his line was twice as thick as Rooter Town. The Tech was past the 20ft point of Rooter town within 5 minutes and then was able to get out 120 feet with both a 2" and then 3" blade to clear the line to the main. Now takes us today, i get the line scope done no issues with the line all the way to the main! a few roots still behind but nothing major and now have a great picture of ROOTER TOWN"S blade caught in the drain. Please DO NOT USE THEM!! Call someone else or at least get a 2nd opinion if they pull the "WE NEED TO DIG IT UP LINE". i spent $300.00 vs. $10,000! Good luck and go with the company that just does drains not the excavation and replacement as they always look to go with the higher bill.

Dave was amazing. Courteous, Polite and professional. He showed up within an hour on a Sunday and had my drains flowing in no time.

We hired Rooter town as a impartial 3rd party to get at the bottom of it. I called them late Wednesday afternoon and they came out and cleared the pipes on Thursday. Friday they came out and put a camera scope through our system. They were able to determine that the sewage from the owners hall bathroom was backing up into our new space. It wasn't our issue. Then on Friday night our old space (on the other side of the building) backed up. Saturday morning they came out again and tested to see if indeed the problem from the other side of the building was affecting this side as well. It was. They gave me a 2 hour time frame and called me when they were on their way. We were able to access the camera footage online and prove to the landlord it was his issue. The landlord refunded our money and made the changed Rooter Town told them to do. So far so good. No back ups!

I called several companies late Saturday night and Rooter Town was the only company that could get someone to my house early Sunday morning. They called me several times keeping in good communication when their tech would arrive. Jeremy showed up and was very friendly and professional. To top it off, the $95 dollar advertised price for single drain cleaning was exactly what I paid. I’ve never had a plumbing company do that. I would strongly recommend Jeremy and Rooter Town!

Rooter Town’s service professionals were informative and efficient. An unusual second-story floor drain pipe in my house was backed up, causing water to leak into my hallway. Rooter Town showed up promptly, and quickly identified the problem. Within 20 minutes, they cleared out the problem drain pipe and the issue was resolved. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

The first plumber came in and seamed flustered the whole time here. Complaining bout the job and couldn't figure out how to get the snake down the drain, all kinds of banging around below the sink. He did say after attempting our plumbing he is questioning why he is even a plumber. Never fixed the problem which we have had before and never had this much of a hassle getting it cleared. Now not only is my sink still clogged now the disposal is leaking too(also never leaked before in all the overflows and clogs cleared in the past). I never even use the disposal as recommended by them in the beginning cause of condo living, pipe sharing it just causes issues they said. The only positive thing i can add is that they were on time or early and due to lack of repairing it I was not charged. But was going to charge the $95 per hour, and recommend $150 for camera to go down to see issue. I don't see why i would pay for that since the first guy couldn't even get the snake down the drain but a few feet.. didn't run into the clog yet even. Just a waste of time for me and yet another day without water drainage in my kitchen(not counting the weekend i now have to wait through for weekday pricing).

Our drain clogged at 1130pm and called right away. A professional was able to come out early the next day and the drain was unclogged and inspected. Exactly what we needed. Would hire again.

Water was coming up in the basement. Once I diagnosed the problem and realized it was coming from the main drain, I called Rooter Town and a few other plumbers. They had a $95 special for drain cleaning. Other plumbers wanted to charge upwards of $200 just to come out. Along with their good reviews, this was enough for me to have them come out. They sent a plumber out within 60 minutes of my call. I described the problem to the plumber, he explained to me in detail what was happening and how he was going to resolve the issue. He was done in probably 15-20 minutes. He cleaned up the mess where he worked, and offered to help me clean up the mess from the previous draining issue. They threw on a 30 day warranty for their work as well. Great work! So far, seems to have resolved the issue.

It was excellent service. Very efficient staff. I talked with the plumber about some other work and he was very knowledgeable.

The water line into our basement started leaking recently, and we used Rooter Town to do the repair. Everyone was very professional and responsive...they were able to come out the same day, identify the problem, get the part from a supply warehouse, and complete the repair. The cost was higher than expected at $950, but necessary. The specific part replaced was the yolk above the water meter (and including several pieces of pipe). Coleman was our provider and he was awesome.

Rooter Town was very prompt and professional all the way. They responded within a day of asking for a quote. They were able to schedule the work at my convenience. The technician, Karl, arrived within the time interval promised and completed the work quickly. Karl also assessed the overall plumbing situation and offered his opinion of another possible solution to our problem, and he provided a written estimate of the cost to get that work done, if we chose to do so. I would not hesitate to recommend Rooter Town.

He is a nice kid. He was very efficient and was on time. We like him.

They were able to accurately troubleshoot the problem. I could have sworn it was a clog that was causing the toilet not to flush correclty. It was the actual toilet that needed to be replaced. It was the original toilet installed in the home some 35+ years ago. Apparently, toilets can go bad after time that prevents them from flushing correctly even with new parts. My next door neighbor had the exact same problem recently and can attest to that fact. Free estimate and they gave me a quote to replace the toilet. They saved me money and gave me peace of mind. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. He also gave me free recommendations and advice on current toilet models.

Another company couldn't get me in for two weeks. I found Rooter Town on Angie's list and they scheduled me for the same day. Our tech Josh was prompt, efficient and helpful. Thanks!

Very nice, polite young men. I was very pleased with their demeanor and how quick of a response they gave.

When they showed up they stated that the work couldn't be performed without a credit card number provided. They immediately broke the 2 clean out caps in the front yard. Not only did we witness it but the tech bragged that he was giving us new ones because he had done it. Problem is that that we had to hire another company to remove them. They left the obstructions approx.6 pieces at 3" x 4" in the line we just hired them to clear. They were on site about 1/2 hour when they contacted me and told me they couldn't clear the line and "if I wanted it fixed today, that I should pay for a scoping/video". I didn't receive the video (yotube) until 2 days later when I had to request it. Not only did it show that the broken PVC clean out cap parts were in the line but there was nothing wrong with the line itself. I contact the office to complain and object to paying for a video that I didn't need. The office manager told me that his techs told him that I asked for the camera scoping and that the line had already been cleared before I requested it. That made no sense. Why would I do that. He said he didn't know and he refused to credit back my credit card for something I ordered. I asked for the scope/video to be credited back to my credit card but and still working with my bank on it. They provided my bank a copy of a credit card slip with someones signature on it. It was physically impossible for me to have signed the credit card slip and it was presented as my "signature" in Rooter Towns words. In the still shot pictures I have provided came from the youtube video link. note 2 things the condition of the sewer line they recommended to be scoped/videoed and the PVC broken cap pieces left in my line when they were done.
