Description of Work: I had a toilet leaking into my downstairs unit on a Saturday. I called Rooter Town and they sent Shawn out in less than 2 hours. He was great. He fixed the problem and was professional and nice.

+ -1 moreAt about 7pm, our back yard faucet refused to turn off & so we had to turn off the water to the entire home to finally stop it. Called Rooter Town to see if anyone could come out and they said yes between 8 & 10pm. At 9:45pm, we received a call that they were finishing up another call & would be along soon. They arrived at approximately 10:30pm. Unfortunately they didn't have the parts to fix the problem so instead they cut the pipe & capped it, so we could at least return water to the home. The price for the work was $250 and with a coupon for $50 off it came down to $200 which I consider ridiculously high for the work performed. They estimated another $300 to come back & fix the problem properly. Overall while I appreciate their coming out on short notice, they were late and were unable to fix the problem but charged as if they had. The ultimate result is that I will have to schedule & pay for another plumbing appointment. I will not be calling Rooter Town.
