They came on an Angie's List special and were wonderful. It cost quite a bit more than I thought but I have not had that done for a long time. They worked with me by lowering the price and did as much as they could; I appreciated that. They came when they said and were good. I will use them again in the future.

First, the sliding glass door, as well as the installation -is quality. But the reason I did not rate them as high as their material or installation merits, is this: I was told that for the install to occur, they would have to either install as it is, which meant flush to outside concrete. This, they allot 4 hours to do. Or, they could raise it and it would cost an additional $400 as this would entail cutting into the header, which meant drywall work, etc. After much deliberation, I called on Thursday, 4 days before their scheduled install date, and asked them to raise it. On the day of install, I was pleasantly surprised at his quickness. He did not have to cut out the header, and by 1pm. he was ready to leave. I commented that he did not have to cut into header, and this would now save me the $400. He said no, he was to get this. He was insistent and determined on this matter, (but not rude), and so I signed and paid him. That night, I wrote a letter to Reflections, asking for their time in reviewing this issue. I felt, and still do, that his install was only slightly more than a typical one. Yes, he did have to remove a 2x4 so he could raise the sliding glass door into this area, but no header or drywall work was required.. I felt his work, and I stated this in the letter I wrote to Reflections, was quality. But I felt the extra $400 was not justifiable. Not in time, or extra work, or materials. Since then, I have not received a reply to my letter. And would I use them again...Good question. I wrote yes, but only because their work and material is quality. But they need to respond to their customers issues.

The price sounded fine. They looked good and nice. The sales man was straightforward. There was no problem with their punctuality and friendliness. I would see if I would use this provider in the future.

It was great! Robbie was very professional and went out of his way to ensure that the job was done properly. He had done such a nice job that I couldn't even tell I had windows.

The initial call was timely, Estimate sent via e-mail. window measurements did not take long. window installation - 3 guys that seemed to know what they were doing. They were very responsive, professional and efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with a contractor that was timely. (Its frustrating and annoying when a contractor doesn't show at the appointed time.) The window installers cleaned up after themselves and didn't step on my flowers!! I would certainly use them again when I can afford to put in more windows.

Overall, it was a good experienece. Everything went well.

The technician arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional. He hustled, but did not rush. He had ways of getting to surfaces easily that I though would be problematic. The overall work was done very well. I was completely satisfied.

The young man who came to my house was very courteous and polite. He came in and talked to me and told me what to expect and in what order he would be cleaning the windows. He took off his shoes and when he went from room to room he kept his feet covered. He cleaned as he went and there was not any evidence that he had been there, except that the windows were clean.

The technician arrived promptly and remained professional and pleasant throughout the day. It was already a big job and we then added the outdoor light fixtures on at the last minute and he stayed even longer to get them all done. We are absolutely thrilled with the way the windows look, will definitely use Reflection Windows again,and will recommend them to everyone.

They were great. I had a big deal. They did a great job. They were very professional. When I called for a quote, the girl over the phone was very professional and gave me a lot of information about possible additional fee. They usually charge extra for things like French door windows, but they included it in the price for those windows. I appreciated that they did the French windows for free basically. I would use them again in the future if need be.

Overall the experience was positive from start to finish. I will definitely be using this company again to do all of my window cleaning. My house sits on the side of a hill and the crew had no problems with cleaning the upper windows on the third story of the back of my house and they were very respectful of my property and my pets. Prior to the day of cleaning I received a reminder call to confirm the appointment and to see if I had any questions. I was told the crew would arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and they were here promptly at 8:00 a.m. and ready to go to work. I highly recommend using this company if you want to have your windows professionally cleaned. My experience with this company was wonderful!

I also took advantage of the recent deal offered to Angie's members and could not be more pleased with the results. John arrived promptly and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently from the get-go with no evidence of even a drop of water spilled, He was very professional and personable as well. My house had been power washed by painters the previous summer (2010) and the windows were extra filthy as a result. I had also had quite a bit of interior remodeling done over the year, so many of the windows had a haze on them where I did a poor job of cleaning myself after the construction projects. I didn't realize just how dirty they were until John had finished cleaning. I kept passing by one window in the basement thinking I had left it open because the view was so clear! I have never had my windows professional cleaned before, but haven't done a good job of keeping the windows as clean as I should have or would like either, but with service and prices like these why do the work myself? I will be calling Reflections on a regular basis in the future and save myself the time and trouble.

With all the rain we have had this summer, the upper portions of my house were covered in cobwebs, so I was really interested in having my house power washed. I got an Angie's Big Deal email for this company for window cleaning and noticed they also did power washing and thought might as well get both done. The coupon was $79 for 15 windows (regular $139) with an extra $7.00 per window over 15. I thought this was super reasonable and after talking with Tricia discoved they also do patios and driveways. Two very nice young men, John & Daniel, came to do the job. They were well prepared and had all their equipment. First they wet the house down than used hand held scrubbing mops and scrubbed the whole house, and all around the light fixtures, then proceeded to use the power washing equipment, followed by cleaning the patio, driveway and front porch. I also had 2 beehives up under the eves and 4 mud wasps nest, which I could not see, I could see one of the bee hives. They got rid of those to. Then they removed all the window screens and washed by hand, then did the inside of the windows and window tracks, and finished with the outside of the windows. They worked very hard and did an excellent job. I though it would cost considerably more and now that I know, even without the coupon, it is very affordable - I plan on adding this to my regular house maintenance. I am thinking of doing this 2 times a year. I was very, very pleased and both these fellows were very hard working, pleasant and courteous. Everything looks brand new.

Called to get a bid on replacement windows with Angie's Big Deal and was told I would receive an email and phone call to discuss the bid in detail. Four days later no call. I called the company back again and spoke with the same rep and was told I would get a call the following day and No call again. Looks like I'm looking for another company that wants my business.

Reflection Windows did a great job on our windows. They were timely, professional, hard working and had great follow up! Our windows have never looked better. I will definitely use their services again.

Easy to book. Arrived on time. Bid some extra work we asked for. Worked quickly and well. Moved furniture out and back. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

I've never hired anyone to clean my windows before so when the "Big Deal" discount came up for window cleaning it was the perfect opportunity to try it out! We just moved into a 2 story house & for the first time I'm not able to reach the outside windows without an extension ladder. I called to set up the appointment right away. The lady in scheduling was very nice & explained everthing & answered all my questions. My appointment time was set between 8-9 AM & the technician arrived promptly at 8! He was very courtious, professional & just a nice kid all around. He even removed his shoes at the front door each & every time he had to go in & out, which I didn't even ask him to do. He went to work right away, made sure he explained everything he was doing & the order it would be done in. He worked quickly & efficiently but was very careful with items that needed to be moved to get to the windows. When he was done with the windows he asked me to look at them all to see if there was anything he missed & quickly did a couple touchups in areas I'd found, but I didn't find anything of major concern. In fact HE found more places that needed a touch up than I did which shows how thorough he was! The window tracks could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, but all in all we are VERY pleased with the outcome. The windows look beautiful! The following day I received a follow up call from the office to make sure we are happy with the work that was done & with the technician. We are very happy with both & appreciated the follow up!

I used the Big Deal from Angie's List on this one, which included 15 windows for $79. My call to Reflection Windows was answered immediately, and I was able to set up an appointment on a day and time convenient for me; I was told additional windows would be $7 apiece, which sounded fine. The tech showed up exactly on time. We walked around the house counting windows, glass storm doors and patio doors, even small panel windows in the garage. Pricing was extremely fair, and he did everything for exactly $79. He had a long extension ladder on his van and was able to easily reach the higher windows. My windows actually sparkle. Extremely pleased with the service; will use vendor again in the springtime.

We were very pleased with this Angie's List Deal purchase. The company scheduled us within the week after we called for an appointment. The young man who completed the service was prompt and professional. He worked efficiently and quietly. The windows look great! And the tracks and screens were cleaned as promised. We wouldn't have thought to call for window cleaning if we hadn't seen the Angie's List deal, but it was money well spent.

I purchased the window cleaning package as a "Big Deal" on Angie's List, $79 for 15 windows. When I called the company to schedule, they were right on top of it, and the very nice lady offered me a full house pressure washing for $99. She also asked how many windows I had and suggested that, if it was less than 15, I could have them clean any other glass surface/surfaces in the house to compensate. We scheduled for a few days out. They called the day before to confirm the 2 - 3 PM arrival. At 2:05, the technician arrived, in a clearly marked company vehicle and wearing a company shirt. He introduced himself, confirmed the pricing before starting, and removed his shoes before coming into the house. He was efficient, meticulous, courteous, and professional. A while later, the house was thoroughly clean (including the deck), and all of the windows sparkling. A+ on all counts!

They were on time, polite, and they did exactly what they said that they would do. I took them a little over an hour to do their work. As far as I'm concerned, they are THE company to use to get your windows sparkling. Most pleasing to me is that there were no add on or hidden charges.

The Reflections team was great from start to finish. The company representative I spoke with to discuss what services I wanted performed was very helpful. His estimate of cost was right on. He fully explained what the process would be for the day of service. And it was spot on. The two man team showed up, one for the windows and one for the pressure washing, on time and got to work pronto. They too great care with my outdoor furniture and extremely great care while inside cleaning the windows. They were professional and personable. They asked me to look at the work to ensure I was completely satisfied. My windows never looked better! Two weeks after the appointment the account manager called me to again ensure that I was completely satisfied and asked they could call me in 6 months to schedule my next cleaning. I was delighted. I will use Reflections again and again. I have already recommended them to others that need their windows done. A great experience.
