I contracted reflection windows and doors to perform a whole house window replacement, and it has been the most regetable decision of my life. They are VERY unprofessional, and I'm certain they need to look up the word craftsmanship to have ANY idea of its meaning. The literally destroyed parts of my house, and even after Nate Carr (owner) came to review the damage, he stated "It's not THAT bad". I took them to court and certainly would have won if my attorney didn't miss the court date. Keep in mind on this site (BBB.org), they claim to only be in business less than a year. This is yet another lie as my debacle happened over 4 years ago. Stay clear of this company. They are liars, money grabbers and unethical.

The introduction and measuring were clear and fast Once the windows were in, the installation was really fast (and quite dirty). Pleased overall, though more/better cleanup would have been nice.

We called for screen repair and replacement. I was given several excuses for why our screens could not be replaced and/or repaired. These turned out not to be true. I had to show the representative how to put our screens in. I was also given false info about what is available for replacement screens and about a competitor. It was quite apparent that the representative did not know much about screen repair and replacement and was seeking to sell windows. My windows are fine and acirc;?? I just wanted some screens. Since that visit, I ordered a couple replacement screens online from another company, quickly received them, and just finished installing the first one fine. Iand acirc;??ll do the other one next and then order more from that company.

Within the first year, we had problems with the caulking. It cracked badly that we could see daylight through it. It is messy, discolored, and ugly. Reflection sent someone out to fix it and he patched the worst of the items. Then the caulking began to crack again and we had someone come out again at the last part of last year. He said that all of the caulking inside and out needed to be redone because it wasn't done properly the first time. Because of the rain, we weren't able to schedule it at that time. We then had a date for the end of August to fix it. I got an email today that it isn't going to happen because we are out of warranty and to hire a handyman to fix it. So my recommendation is to watch the price from these people because four years later, you will have to pay someone to redo all of the caulking and hopefully don't have any water damage.

Showed up exactly on time and got right to work. I was surprised at how much time he spent cleaning my windows, over four hours (I have about 18 windows); the level of detail in the job he did was impressive. Inside, outside, screens, and sills. The service exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them for window cleaning!

He was very professional and personable and answered all of my questions. My unit is 30 years old and only one window had been previously replaced. I have not had them cleaned before on the outside, so much of it could not be thoroughly cleaned. I need to replace all of the windows except the one I had previously replaced approximately ten years ago. That one looked great. He did warn me prior to doing the work that, because of the number of years without being cleaned, he would not be able to get them really clean and I said to go ahead any way. I plan to have them do the replacements in the future. Also, I thought the price was very favorable considering that he had to use a long ladder in order to reach the windows.

This provider was so unresponsive. The only silver lining here was Jesse, the salesperson who came to my house to give me an estimate on replacing it. He was helpful. After he quoted me the price, I paid half-down to place the order on May 7, 2015. From then on, 2 months went by and I could not get a hold of the office staff to find out when the window would arrive. We played phone tag for a while, so they did try at first...until July, when there was no more communication from them. Now it had been 2 months since I paid my deposit and had no idea what/when/how and IF my window was ever coming. In July & August, I called repeatedly with no phone call returned, and finally called Jesse again. Where is my window? What is happening? In early August, he told me that my window had NEVER been ordered, because I'd have to go directly to Pella Windows. That would have been great to know! Then it took WEEKS longer to get my deposit back in late August. Jesse gave me the Pella contact information for my area, and I had to start all over again with Pella. In early August, I even called the VP of Reflection, Nate, to find out information about my window, since I was not getting returned calls from staff. He said he'd look into it and call me back in a few hours. That never happened, he never called back. This service situation was so frustrating for me - I've never experienced such terrible, terrible customer service, and if you ever need a refund because they can't do the work, good luck.

They were so easy to work with and extremely professional. Everything was done perfectly and efficiently.

The company cleaned all of our windows - inside and out. We bought an Angie's List deal. The company called within 24 hours to schedule the service. The tech arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning windows, screens and tracks. Very easy to work with. Will use them in the future. Highly recommend.

I loved the service and my windows looked great once they completed the work.

I talked to a couple of guys there before they came out. I explained that we needed some new screens and some repaired screens. They came out and I wasn't home but my husband was. He didn't know what was going on. The guy didn't seem to know anything about screens but intent on trying to sell us windows. That was a miserable experience. They called up and asked if they could come early. That was good.

Windows were beautifully cleaned inside & out. Work was done quickly and technician was professional and courteous. We did experience scheduling problems, hence the low grade on Responsiveness. Purchased a prepaid deal through Angie's List website on 12/31/13 and requested service on 3 possible dates in January; was not contacted to schedule work and called Reflection the following week to schedule. Was told they were having difficulty accessing Angie's List system and would call me back. Received no call. Called again on 1/13 and was told work was scheduled for 1/15 and should have been called. Was given 10% discount for scheduling mixup. Work was done on 1/15 and very well done. We are satisfied with outcome.

We got our house windows cleaned by Reflections and were amazed by their service. We have a lot of hard to get to windows (high placement and a second story)Their office was very nice and polite when we call to set up the appointment. Josh arrived on time and did a great job ? he cleaned the windows, sills and the screens. Josh had great attention to detail and did a perfect job. We had thought about using a window cleaning service for a while, and now that we found Reflections we will become regulars. Having clean and clear windows is fantastic and we are thrilled with how well they look and how clean they are. We would highly recommend Reflections.

What a fantastic job Shane and Jose did in cleaning not only the windows but also the screens, tracks, and sills. Every window is just spotless. Shane and Jose were right on time, professional and polite. Will I have this company clean my windows again - ABSOLUTELY! I also want to say that the price was great for the service rendered.

I contracted to get the minimum number of windows washed 15 for $125. Shane did 18. He was pleasant and did and professional.

This firm did an absolutely beautiful job on an old Victorian hosue. I will definietly use them in the future. Awesome!

Punctual. Very polite, cheerful and pleasant gentleman. Extremely kind and gracious concerning my 3 dogs who were all over him from the time he arrived. He was very attentive in making all my windows sparkle inside and out. The screens are all clean as well as the tracks. I feel I got more than my money's worth and will definitely use this company again to clean my windows in the future. I am really enjoying looking through crystal clear windows as I go through my day.

First - they picked up the phone! Called to get a cleaning done in a hurry and the woman who answered made her best effort to fit us in, but when she couldn't, she referred us to a man that could help in a pinch (he is available!) - that is professionalism if you ask me - Thanks!

They never bothered to provide a quote.

Jerry called to let me know that he was running a bit late and would be here in 10-15 minutes, and he was. Jerry was pleasant, explained what the process would be, and worked efficiently in extra hot temperatures. The windows look great. I've used Reflection Windows before, and will certainly call them again next year.
