They arrived on time and completed the work in a very timely manner.

They were prompt in arranging the service time & performed the service to my expectations.

Began very professionally - the price seemed competitive and the representative was responsive and provided good information. But when the work started, it became a nightmare. We have a 1910 house with old wooden frames, and the subcontractors ripped the frames apart so that they were jagged and unfinished, there were glass shards everywhere in the house and yard (we have small children, and we're still finding them), door installation was extremely sloppy and did not match the threshold, brick windowsills on the outside of the home were left damaged, and when we decided that one, very expensive window was not as they described and we wanted to go with something else, they charged us for the more expensive window without considering any form of compromise. Ultimately, a new contractor had to come out to clean up the mess, and the end result looked fine at first, but door frames began shredding soon thereafter, and we continue to have problems with the doors. We also did not receive any receipt regarding our purchase or documentation of warranty until we requested it more than once. I think it is very possible that they just put their faith in the wrong subcontractors, and they probably won't use them again, but the whole project of 10 windows and 2 doors took two months of constant calling, appointments, and chaos in our home, and nothing was done to compensate us. Also, although we couldn't prove it, some expensive items were stolen from our home after the first subcontractors left, but the company did not address the issue. We would never refer anyone to them in future.

We started working with this company in July of this year and just finished this month (September). After the original consult and estimate, we were in a hurry to begin. They, however, were on a different schedule. Our windows were not even ordered until two weeks in, after the deposit had been paid. We were told it would be 10 days to get the windows in. We had finally written it off as fraud, when they called almost four weeks later to say that our windows were in. They scheduled delivery and I took off work to meet them here at 4:00 on a Thursday. An hour into waiting, they called and said that the truck had broken down with the windows and they would need to reschedule. They came that Saturday to install and were here over 5 hours while they installed 3 windows. The installers clearly didn't know what they were doing and finally left a window barely in place, as they had ordered the wrong size. They had to reorder and assured us it would be rushed in two days. Five days later, they called to install. Taking off work again, they came and scraped and bent the existing frame to get the new glass inside. I asked them to please clean the two high ones they had installed (they left many smudges and marks when installing), and they said the big ladder was in the truck. Instead, one 200+ lb. man lifted another man of the same size on his shoulders, and attempted to clean the glass. After several failed attempts and near injury, they went to get the ladder. After more than two hours more, the glasses were not very clean and the frame of the last one was completely black and hanging from the window. I had them reattach it, clean off the black, and call it day. They did not leave before verifying my credit card number and saying I would be charged with the balance. I received a follow-up call the following day to authorize payment. When asked how the service went, I began to state my complaints with the company and the installers. Both the receptionist, Jennifer, and the billing manager, Wendy, were apologetic, but seemingly unmoved. They thanked me for my business and wished me a good day. No sort of compensation was ever made.

One young man arrived on time, cleaned all the windows in my home spotlessly, moved and replaced hardware and finished with amazing speed. Great job

My experience with them was great. They didn't leave any messes and were very friendly. I did not have to pick up after them.

Fantastic experience - professional representative, very clean and personable; arrived promptly and did good work.

Overall, things went well, with the exception of the two problems mentioned above. In other cases, this would have been a big problem, but the people from Reflection were so nice and helpful, we didn't mind waiting. They did such an excellent job in getting the doors installed. We really love having doors and screens that slide smoothly, have working locks, and are very attractive.

Found this company in an Angie's List coupon book. These folks know what they're doing - from initial contact to the job itself. All were very professional and pleasant. I appreciated that they called the day before to confirm the start date and time. I hardly had to tend to the two workers while they were here because they met with me before starting to clarify the work; they had everything they needed; they moved away items from the windows in order to clean, and then put things back perfectly; and they left the grounds/floors clean after they finished. The windows look fabulous. Highly recommend Reflection Windows.

Excellent, my windows were a REAL challenge, because of the security bars that are in place. Daniel handled this challenge with total professionalism. This I know was a very difficult job, but, Daniel accepted the circumstances with a complete positive attitude and as I said was the consummate professional. I am very grateful for his beautiful work. My world is much "brighter" now that I can really see outside! Job well done!!, happy, happy customer............

I had also used them last year when I found them on Angie’s List. They were so good. They were punctual, they did an excellent job, and they left everything neat and clean. They kept within the budget which I had listed, and that was exactly what I paid. They also had to deal with my neighbor’s two dogs which were not where they were supposed to be. They always do just a perfect job, and they always come prepared.

They called me the day after I submitted my request, set up a time, called the day before to confirm,arrived on time and did a fabulous job cleaning all 30+ windows. I will definitely use them again. I was amazed at how clean the windows were and how quickly the two technicians completed the work.You will not be disappointed if you use Reflection!

He was a great salesman, very professional and had a really good demeanor. He was great with follow up, but not in an over-bearing or pushy way. They are highly rated.

In both locations the individual that did the work was prompt and efficient. The windows for both properties looked incredible afterward. We'll definitely use this company again and recommend them without reservation.

They provided an over the phone estimate based on the window count and number of stories of the building (two in my case). They were prompt in answering the phones and following up as expected. The crew arrived exactly on time for the appointment and were done within about 1.5hrs. I had 14 windows to do inside and out. Overall I was very happy with the service and the price. The windows look fantastic! They provided an Angie's List discount as well. They only minor critique I have is that the window track cleaning was a little less thorough than I would have liked. But I'm being a little picky there. I would definitely use them again in the future.

How it went: Great! I am soooooo happy with my new windows but even more with the great level of service and professionalism with this firm. The quality workmanship is top shelf! They were exceptionally careful and even cleaned up! Special thanks to Kenny, Ryan, Joe and Danny! I could not be more pleased and my home looks like new!

Their service was excellent. They did a wonderful job and everything about them was good. I would use them again in the future.

Overall, I would definitely go back to Reflections to replace more windows if I needed them. For the price and quality of the work, they would be tough to beat despite the couple of hiccups mentioned above. They were very good at being responsive to my questions and informing me when, because of the weather (it was after all December), they had to postpone coming out to do the work. And I absolutely love how the windows/IGUs look and how much warmer the master bedroom is now.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Kenny also worked with me on a short-term payment plan since I wasn't able to make full payment at once. Thank you, Kenny! It always costs more than you expect when you are doing major home repairs, but it has certainly been worth it.

Contacted Reflection and Kenny got to our home within 24 hours to do an initial measure and quote - we were provided with all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. We accepted the quote and within another 24 hours, we had the installer arrive to do a final measure. The door was ordered and it arrived within 3 weeks - as we were told. Reflection contacted us to schedule an install, which happened promptly. The installers were friendly, efficient, respectful of our home (and our dogs) and cleaned up before they left! A great job done at a fair price...we will have them back soon to replace our windows! I would highly recommend these folks.

For the price, my windows have never been cleaner, inside or out, even when I clean them. They did a great job and they did everything they said they would do in a timely manner. They were on time, professional, and polite. I'm going to use them again next fall to come back and do the cleaning, fixing any screens, and I'm probably also going to have them fix a couple windows that have the seal broken on them. They pointed out where the seals were broken on them. They were great, I'm glad I found them.

They did a very nice job. I've only used them once. It was a Big Deal for 15 windows and I had them clean more than that so I paid an additional $49. The person who did it was very nice and it was obvious that he had been doing it for a while. I was amazed. It would have probably taken me a couple of days to do what he did in a few hours.
