Reflection Windows, LLC

Company was great. The house and porch area was power washed and windows were cleaned inside and out. Window sills, tracks and screens were also wiped down. The windows look great, even in direct sun. No streaks or missed areas. Very thorough.

Overall good job and I will probably use them again. Price was reasonable ($114 for 15 windows and $75 for gutters). They worked around some of my "junk" to get to all my windows and they were very nice to my dog. I would prefer that next time they wear booties in the house. They had to be asked to put several screens back on the correct side. I needed to do a thorough walk-through after the work was completed to remind them of a couple of things they had missed. They were in a hurry to complete the job because they were on a tight schedule.

I have no complaints about the service. It was very good. The guy took care in cleaning the windows and door. Made sure I was satisfied. Came on time. What I have a problem is with the attitude. I had some trouble figuring out how he was charging me for all the windows and he copped an attitude for me asking too many times. Gave me a dismissive laugh over the phone. Also charged more than expected for taking paint of the windows. Not all the windows had paint on them and overall it was not much, but still charged me $3.50 / window or door for all the house. Excuse me., that is close to $100 more. The attitude and mischarging is simply not acceptable. Is the work good, yes. But I am sure there are other provider that do as good a job minus the attitude and the shady charging practices. Next time, I will go with someone else. If you are not bothered with getting attitude, I guess you can risk going with them. With respect to the provider's response: I had less issue with the charging than I had with the attitude. I do not like dismissive attitude. If he was polite and answered with respect (even if it was the third time) I would have and little issue with your service. As you can tell from my review, I do not have any complaints about the work and attention to detail.

My daughter's 1st birthday was two days away when the dog decided to go through the screen to get a rabbit. With friends and family coming I was in a bind to have the screen fixed in a day. Not only did Alexis at Reflection offer to come and pick up the screen someone stayed late on Friday to repair it and the owner opened the store for me on Saturday (they are closed on Saturdays) so I would have everything in place for the party. Not only did they offer the best customer service ever; they did a wonderful job on the screen. I will be calling Reflection again for any and all of my window needs!

This is a very professional and responsive company in our limited experience. The windows look terrific! They really seem to have gone above and beyond, and the price was reasonable too.

It's been too long since I had the service. I don't remember the particulars but I know they were polite, did a good job and because it was an "Angie's Deal"' the price was right.

The co did what it said they would when they said they would.

Reflection Windows did an amazing job! They came to my home to estimate the replacement glass and parts that would be needed, and then were able to set up an appointment to fix both around a week later. They arrived on time with all the correct equipment and parts needed to fix the jobs. The repair men worked cleanly and efficiently and left us with new windows and glass that looked better than the ones we had before!!!! They disposed of all the old glass and did an amazing job. We have and will use them again since our house was built in 1928!

I had received bids from two other contractors that were both around $1,000. I was hoping to get the 4 windows for around $500 with the deal that I had purchased through Angie's list. When I received the bid from Reflection windows it was $2,200! I told them that I had received other bids for less than half that amount. Their response was that their bid included $600 for lead abatement, which was required. They lowered the price to $1,731.00 and I decided to go ahead with the deal. In the meantime I received conflicting opinions and advice from other contractors about the need for lead abatement, and am still not sure if this was needed. On the day that the windows were to be installed I had taken a vacation day from work to be home for the installation. I also work from home, and the basement is my work space. I had cleaned everything out of the way for the installation which was delaying work on a commission I had to complete that week. The installation was scheduled for 9:00am. There was a heavy snowstorm the night before, and so I was not surprised that they did not show up at 9:00. I waited until 10:45 to call to see if they were still coming and was told someone would call me right back. No one ever called back, so I called again around 12:00. The person I talked to didn't know what was going on, but said that they might reschedule in a few days. I think it was about 2:00pm before I called again as was told that they could not make it because of weather. I completely understood that the weather was a problem, but was furious about the lack of communication. I called Angie's list to cancel the deal, and they were very helpful and understanding. They refunded my $500. However, Reflection Windows contacted me and said that they had custom made windows for the project, and that I had signed a contract and was legally obligated to pay them for the windows and installation. I had to go ahead and have them install the windows, and they agreed to a payment of $1,231.00.

I had a few companies from Angie's list out to do estimates for replacing 6 windows in my townhome. Reflection was about equal with one other and the third was significantly less. I wasn't comfortable with the less expensive option and narrowed it to reflection and the other. When I called to talk with them about the estimate they said I was told incorrectly about a rebate and I was not eligible but they would work with me on the price. While I was deciding they had a deal come up on Angie's list so I called to see if I could use it on my purchase. They said no problem but I couldn't combine offers. I asked about timing on delivery and installation and decided to go with them. When the salesperson came out there were more questions about the price and I had to have it out with the manager on the phone who very unprofessionally blamed the salesman. After a lot of back and forth I signed a contract and was told I would get a call to schedule the install as soon as the windows were built and on their way. I called to check on the windows and found out they hadn't been ordered when I was told they would be, so my order was delayed. The same "manager" said he would see if he could rush the order and get back to me which he never did. I called again and again to no avail and eventually got an appointment to have them installed two weeks later then what they estimated. When I finally go the windows installed the installer was very good and I was happy with the product. I was also happy with the price I paid for what I gpt but had to do a lot of "negotiating" to get the price. In short if you are the type of person who is willing to haggle and insist on good service, what I got was great and I would recommend Reflection, but if you want it all to bo easy and no hassles I can't really recommend their service.

The install and final result was very professional. I had a minor issue with one window which was promptly corrected to my satisfaction. I'm very happy with the purchase and service.

The office did two different estimate/proposals for exterior only and for interior/exterior. We thought the price of $309 was very reasonable so we did the whole house. Because we were an Angie's List member we saved 10% off ot that. Daniel showed up alone and worked the entire day. As I said, there were 32 windows + 2 skylights to do. We just bought the house and the windows were really dirty especially the inside tracks and sills. Daniel was very careful of inside furniture and walls, etc. He really worked hard. I needed to call them back to clean up some dirty water runs on the 2 skylights. They returned quickly and were very friendly about it. I hope to call Daniel back come Springtime.

They were very responsive in figuring out a time to work with us as we had limited time when we were in town. If there was a problem, they easily resolved it. In one case the cleaner missed a couple windows in the basement and there was something stuck on a window that something wasn't completely cleaned off. They came back and took care of it with no hassle. It was a job that required some effort and care and they did wonderful. Their work was good, they were responsive, and their prices were reasonable to us.

Excellent job. Great cleaning job and remove, clean and install window screens where needed. They also clean some spider webs from around impacted windows.
