Replacement of windows is a significant investment. I obtained bids from other window companies (some of which are considered reputable companies) and could not believe the range of costs for windows of much less quality. Without a doubt, do your homework and obtain at least 3 or more bids. The overall experience with Reflection Windows and Doors was excellent. This included selection of quality windows, (Jeld-Wen wood-aluminum clad windows), provision of a more than competitive bid, scheduling of the installation and completion on the scheduled date. The installers were trustworthy, professional, did an extremely thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

I'd heard about Reflections from a friend and decided to give them a call. They showed up on time and were very courteous. After they listened to what I had to say, they made their recommendations. Usually recommendations are a means of significant attempt at 'upselling' but these guys ran through a number of different scenarios and let me decide what was best for my needs. I was impressed. I had an estimate the same day and decided to move quickly. We scheduled an appointment middle of the next week. Upon arrival, the Reflections team got to work. They replaced all of the windows in a timely manner and had the entire job cleaned up at the end. They did an incredible job and I couldn?t be happier. Reflections provides great service at a reasonable price, I would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends and family going forward.

I had a great experience with purchasing my new windows from Reflection Windows and doors. The salesman was professional and polite and not overbearing when in my home. It was nice to visit their showroom and also to know my windows were made locally. In the less than 2 weeks, my new windows were installed and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks for a job well done!

An estimate was created with all of the details including tax etc. The windows were installed in 1 day and the work area was protected well by the crew. The job came in under what was estinated and they were honest and took the amount off of the original estimate. The staff was very nice and respectful. The windows are top shelf and have drastically cut down on the amount of heat/cold radiating off. I am going to use them for the rest of the house as they have a wide array of choices for custom windows and it made me feel better that they manufacture their windows right here in the denver area. All of there packing materials for the windows were green friendly and they recycle all packing material. I would highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future.

The pricing approach was fair. It's based on the total number of windows in the house, not by the number of panes. The price included screen, sills and glass. They came out the first time but the quality of the job was not what I expected. The windows and sills were cleaned, but the first individual didn't wipe down the actual window frames. So the windows were squeaky clean, but the frames were still filthy. I spoke to Corey from Reflections on the phone later that day and he was able to make the situation right. 2 guys returned a week later at no charge to correctly finish wiping down the windows and finish the job. Overall, it was a good experience. Everyone that I interacted with was courteous and professional.

They did an excellent job. I have used them for 2 years and intend to continue to call them for my window cleaning needs. The man arrived at 9 a.m. and finished at 12:30 p.m. He was very flexible with my schedule. I was appreciate his willingness to work around my landscaping and other obstacles around my home. He even pointed out some seals, which were not in place correctly, that required replacement.
