Description of Work: I own a rental and true to form my tenants didn't allow enough time to both move out and clean behind them, which put me in a time crunch with the new tenant moving in. I found Ready for Company on Angie's List and contacted Cinda on Tuesday. She was able to accomodate me and come to clean a few days later on Friday. She and her assistant Angel did a walk through with me and asked the right questions for what I wanted done. They took extreme care in their detail (wood floors throughout, cleaning ceiling light fixtures and fans, baseboards, chair and floor molding, in and out of the cabinets, under the refridgerator, all refridgerator shelves and doors, etc.). I had lived in the house and slowly renovated it over a fifteen year period before turning it into a rental and despaired to see it in such dirty condition. I was on site working on other projects almost the entire time Ready for Company was there, and was able to observe Angel as she worked. It took them a total of ten hours to clean a 1,500 square foot home with a lot of details. It looked brand new, and I almost didn't want to rent it back out. The new tenant was excited to see the property in the cleaned condition, and hopefully that will inspire her to maintain it! I haven't used enough different cleaning services to get a gauge on how their prices compare in the market, but it seems reasonable and I've had just enough crappy services to know that you get what you pay for. This was well worth it. I would definitely use Ready for Company again!
