Ready for Company

Just prior to Memorial Day, I found it necessary to get a really filthy house cleaned in order to get it on the market. Not only had there been no cleaning for several years, it was frightening just to enter and a real nightmare of epic proportions. Cinda met me and promise what I called a miracle would be done within my time constraints. Not only did she accomplish what she promised, but amazed me with her and her crew’s diligence which included working on Memorial Day. Promise made and kept.

I used Cinda for housekeeping on a regular basis for several years until she moved and we were no longer in her service area. we recently had construction done in the house and had thick construction dust literally all throughout the house ( traveled through the air system). It had also been quite a while since we had a professional clean done resulting in a mess. I called Cinda and she travelled the extra way with a couple of her crew and did a fantastic job making the house worthy of the new area. Cinda will always go the extra mile, stay a tad longer, do an extra wipe down to make sure everything is perfect before she leaves a job. She is thoughtful, courteous, trustworthy, and really cares about her clients and she seems to hire people of the same. Fantastic in every way, wish we lived closer to be regular clients again.

I was amazed! house looked new, totally pristine, and better than I’d ever seen it! Cinda brought her team, and I everything was perfect!!! I’ll definitely hire them again and very highly recommend Cinda and her team!!

She didn't arrive on time, appt was at 2,didn't get here because of "overbooking". Didn't have the proper equipment for job,didn't give hourly rates and cleanup was wet rags with dust,dirt and dead bugs down the kitchen sink. If she is a professional, then I'm the governor of Colorado! By the way, she didn't get here until 4:30.

This company worked for us bi-weekly for over a year. They were very responsive and did pretty good work, but always seemed to miss something. I would have to call and speak to Cinda Kite and she would offer to come over or send someone. I would sometimes take her up on it, but usually we would just take care of it. They used our vacuum without permission and we noticed it was running poorly and requested that they fix it (which they did) and while I requested to have the same people perform the work it was hit or miss if her son would come alone or with someone else. This issue came up because I was noticing an inconsistent number of hours of work be performed each visit (we have a Z-wave door lock which can track when their code was used to unlock the door, and when the lock feature was used from the outside giving us precise time that was spent in our home). It finally became too much for the company to justify their time and the randomly missed things that Cinda called to tell me that she could no longer work for us. The quote was for about 2,000 sqft, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, family room, all hardwoods (family room is the only room with carpet), with two cats in the home, it was based on a cleaning crew of 2 for 3 hours duration, $180 bi-weekly. I will say they were by far the most thorough of any company we have used, but I felt they were supremely unprofessional in that they couldn't live up to the standard they had created for themselves (top to bottom, corner to corner), in missing things every visit, and not staying for the 6 manhours of work I was paying for. Too flaky for me. Cinda tried very hard to create a business that was equitable for the employees and provide good service but she seemed over her head and not fit to manage the company or her client's expectations.

We recently purchased a new home which the previous owners did not properly care for. We hired Ready For Company for a (much needed) deep clean with the intent of bi-monthly regular cleanings thereafter. Cinda, the owner, was very responsive and came over and gave an estimate prior to the initial clean. Amy and Mike definitely had their work cut out for them but did an excellent job. Both were very thorough and detail oriented. Blinds were cleaned from top to bottom, appliances wiped down, and the shower was sparkling!! They really brought the house back to life and made it finally feel like our home. As a bonus they were great with our dog and we were able to leave her home while they were at the house. Will definitely hire for regular cleanings moving forward!

GREAT Cinda and her work partner showed up right on time ready to get started. Insides are at least clean as when new. Polish and exterior wax came out far better than I had hoped for such old autos. Great job, friendly ,enthusiastic,professional. Highly recommended

Perfect! These folks know how to clean a house and actually do it. Many other companies just go through the motions to collect a paycheck. Instead of just doing a basic wipe down, Cinda and her team scrub every corner and truly understand what it takes to clean a larger home.

After the very first clean it was obvious to me that the standards of cleanliness were what I expected and more. Do I need to add I am a perfectionist? I was gone most of the summer traveling abroad and I was really nervous not being there but Cinda became my kind of property manager. One day my A/C broke and I was in France and I had people in the house. Cinda came and took care of everything, greeting the repairman, making sure the work was done, even paying for the services for which I naturally reimbursed her for, all the while cleaning for the next guest. She saved me, she saved my business and because of her I was able to do a lot of damage control. She went above and beyond what a cleaning company does. I trust Cinda more than I'd trust a family member. This is why I am hiring her again this summer. Did I also mention she is very strict when it comes to cleanliness? My apartment is always pristine after a clean. I cannot say enough about Cinda and her crew. I wish all businesses were ran as smoothly, as creatively as hers. She knows what customer service is and I'm grateful for it. Other cleaning companies should emulate Ready four Company.

Cinda's team members are incredibly thorough, professional and detail-oriented--and very personable to boot! Cinda is great about assigning one person or team to the job so that they get to know you (and vice versa), your house, your preferences, etc. Until Ready for Company, we have always had an individual cleaning person because we wanted the personal relationship and consistency. Cinda has made that a non-issue, and we love our assigned person. All this, and Cinda is PHENOMENALLY responsive and professional, and and has helped me out of a major bind with emergency cleaning needs at least a few times--SAVING the day for me! We are very loyal clients!

I haven't hired this company yet to do this job for me, but plan to within the next month.

Cinda was a pleasure to work with. She personally took responsibility for the quality of her employees work. After two workers left, Cinda came to inspect the work and immediately began spot cleaning areas that were of concern that did not measure up to her high standards. I am planning to hire her for my own home cleaning.

They were wonderful to work with and they were hard workers. The house smelled and looked great when they were done. I only wish I could afford to have them all the time. They take their work seriously and take pride in what they do. Thanks Cinda, for helping to make my house wonderful to live in. I couldn't have cleaned this house by myself.

they were 2 hours late, they had a reason. Today they are 1.5 hours late with no phone call. I called them, no response

Admittedly, the provider was about 15-20 minutes late arriving; however, this is the cleaning business and if you have had enough places cleaned that is very punctual in all actuality! Only one person was sent, seeing as though I only have about a 1000sq foot apartment, and this was the initial clean so it was a bit more expensive than if (when) I continue to use the services of this provider. Melissa who was my provider did beyond an excellent job! See I work from home, and I have two jobs. One is a solid 9-5 part time job that involves A LOT of paper and the other is an eBay/Amazon seller. So she had her work cut out for her. I booked her for 4 hours, and no I do not live like a slob I just needed a deep clean and it was well worth the money! She did not use up all 4 hours even though I had booked the 4 hours, and she was honest about her time, very honest. I will be a customer again!

I was so very impressed with Cinda and her team. We did have one little snag which was a fluke miscommunication but Cinda rectified the situation ASAP. They did a great job getting my apartment perfectly clean and ready to turn back over. I was so impressed I am having her come to my new place to give me a quote for on-going cleaning services. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had house cleaning on the main level, to prepare my home to put it on the market. Cinda came over day before to "price" the work, so I'd have a firm estimate. The team that came was Naptali, Kelly and Darren. They cleaned the whole main floor: washed base boards, cleaned window sills, tracks and glass, lighting fixtures, 1/2 bathroom, Kitchen (appliances,counters, cabinets), hard wood floors were vacuumed, mopped and steam cleaned and cleaned up the laundry room (appliances and flooring). They were there from about 915am -1pm. They were all working the whole time and did a very nice job. The kitchen was an undertaking, seeing as for a few years the home was rented and grease collected for a while. It really looks "sparkly clean", as promised. Even the window tracks are clean, very clean. I had dogs coming and going so there was quite a bit of dust, dirt and dog hair throughout. I was hoping to have the whole house cleaned, but I opted for only the main floor because it was priced too high for my budget. The work was very good though and I would recommend them to friends and may even use her again in my new location when I need a good "sparkly clean".

I was expecting out of town company and needed to find a professional housecleaning service. I looked at Groupon offers but was concerned when I read reviews of service providers. I decided to sign up for and quot;Angie's Listand quot; because I wanted to find a reliable, trustworthy housecleaning service. After reading the glowing reviews of Cinda and her team, I made the call. Cinda answered the phone herself, listened to my concerns and reassured me that she and her staff would be able to meet and exceed my expectations. They certainly did. I called on Monday, Cinda came to our home Monday evening to meet my husband and me. I needed to have the housecleaned within the week. Cinda looked at the work to be done, re-arranged staff schedules to meet our short deadline, and gave us a reasonable estimate for the service. I was very concerned about leaving a housecleaning service in our home while I attended our niece's wedding, but after meeting Cinda I felt assured that all would be good--and good it was. Her staff came in today, Thursday, and cleaned our 4000 sq ft home top to bottom. Cinda's team, Amy and Justin, were so kind and thoughtful. They actually called Cinda to make sure I was happy with their work. Cinda, Amy and Justin, thank you for your kindness, your professionalism and for my beautifully cleaned home. We will certainly continue using Ready 4 Company's housecleaning service!

Ready for Company provides the most value of any home cleaning service we have tried. We initially used them for holiday and home appraisal deep cleanings, and now have a regularly scheduled cleaning with them every two weeks. They always exceed our expectations in terms of their professionalism, quality of cleaning, flexibility in scheduling, and cost. We highly recommend them.

Great. Cinda is extraordinarily responsive, responding immediately on a Sunday and keeping me posted throughout. The job they did was immaculate--cleaning inside cabinets, sanitizing the part of the toilet that attaches the seat, cleaning on top of the refrigerator, etc. Moreover, once Cinda realized that i had overestimated how dirty the place was, and that the job was smaller than she thought it would be, she actually charged me less than the amount we had agreed. I paid her the agreed amount anyway because they deserved it. When I first talked to her, I thought the price quoted was a smidgen high, and went with her because she was the most responsive. But after I saw the HIGH QUALITY job they did and her personal attention, I realized that the value was very good and her price was not high at all. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We have never had a professional cleaning service. The sales and initial evaluation process were smooth and convenient. Competitive pricing and quality work. We now have them on a regular scheduled basis. Highly recommended.

They went above and beyond, it's not their fault my mom had too much stuff in the home. I didn't make my goal but I am very pleased with the progress and head start they provided for us. I didn't have to watch every move. They were 2 hours early which was amazing for us. They are very honest hard working people. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. This was a situation where no other companies would even consider helping us.I wish they had more time to help, we would have paid them more so I cold have made my goal but again it's not their fault my mom owns way too much stuff. I am very pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone. Heck I wanted to keep them!

We were disappointed by the services provided by this company. When their employees show up in flip-flops I guess I should have known they were not ready to work. The owner and employees were all very kind but the service provided was pathetic.

Cinda went above and beyond trying to accommodate our schedule. Ready for Company showed up on time and they worked diligently and efficiently....true professionals and we were happy to have them in our home. After moving cross country from Texas and having 4 movers inside our house unloading box after box.......sofas, tables chairs and the like you can imagine how dirty the house had become. We will definitely use Ready for Company again as they were most courteous, polite and just an absolute joy.
