Ready for Co is very good and very thorough. The cleaners speak English so are easy to communicate with. This is a big plus when whittling down a tremendous job like I am doing. They do not work as fast as some company's I've dealt with and are a little more expensive, but it's worth it for the thoroughness of the work and the initiative shown by the cleaners. I am VERY happy with them and would recommend their services to anyone.

Cinda was most responsive when I first called and was able to find some assistance with only 2-3 days' notice (and before Labor Day Weekend) and said Bunnie would be able to stay until we were finished (I wanted to be finished w/ the entire move process). While the employee ended up being a few hours late due to Taste of Colorado gridlock and holiday traffic, she got to work promptly once she arrived. Bunnie did an awesome job! She cleaned the bathroom (rust stained shower from a/c drain that drains into shower); the area that had been under a stackable washer/dryer, the baseboards apt.-wide, spots on the walls, wiped down closet shelves. She did all of this while I was plugging away at the kitchen. Please note that the baseboards needed a lot of work (cats, smoke, etc.) - the before and after was amazing! And when I thought she was done w/ her part, Bunnie jumped right in and started in on the stove/oven while I worked on the outside of the fridge; and then helped me get the outside (again nicotine covered) fridge finished and floor underneath fridge. I found out later Bunnie had not even stopped to eat because she was running so late for the job. In the meantime, due to the delay Cinda had started her way over (to Aurora from other side of town)) just in case Bunnie was having problems (her cell had died in the meantime). Bunnie arrived and all was well. (Additionally, I thought the price was quite reasonable.) I want to add that I so appreciate the professionalism and follow-through on their commtiment (Bunnie left around 10:30 pm or so). Some folks would have bailed coming so late in the day and especially with spending the Friday night before a long weekend working. Not only did Bunnie show up and do a great job, Cinda was ready to jump in if needed, as well. They communicated well on the delay so I was not left in the dark on whether or not someone would be there. Fulfilling a commitment means as much to me as the cost, quality of work, etc. It is truly an emotional relief to be done with this now.

I call Cinda for a 911 cleaning job that a disaster recovery company estimated @ $2,000. She made time on an EARLY Sunday morning for a cleaning & disinfection that reassured the tenants the laundry was clean & safe for them to use. It was nice to have an alternative to the other company to come out on at a moments notice AND on the weekend. I did not have the same response to another cleaning company that I called.

Absolutely fantastic!! I had a very narrow window to get my rental house cleaned out on our way out of town moving to California. Cinda was able to accommodate us. She and Gretchen did an amazing job! They were prompt, professional and thorough. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

When I called Ready for Co for a quote, she asked me about my home, I told her it was pretty much immaculate, I just needed basics and only 2 out of 3 floors cleaned. She quoted me at nearly $200 for weekly cleanings. I told her that was too much. She said they charged $35/hr. It takes me 4 hours to clean both levels and that includes 3.5 bathrooms. Do the math. They showed up with 2 cleaners, I spent 20 minutes this morning clearing everything off counters, floors, etc...so all they had to do was clean. When they arrived, and I showed them the upper floor, I was told that it would take three hours just to clean the top floor with two cleaners. I left sticky notes on each room's door, outlaying everything I needed done. After I was told that they weren't going to get to the main floor (all they needed to do was vacuum, sweep, mop and clean a powder room) I began doing the tasks myself. It took me 1.75 hours to clean including wrangling a toddler and infant and handling business calls/emails, washing dishes/bottles, a phone call from the cleaners asking for a tutorial on how to empty a diaper genie (on the list), and a therapy session for my toddler. When the owner finally came down after about two hours, she asked for liners for the trash cans. At the rates they charge, I would expect them to provide their own liners (which they did after I pointed it out, she had to go get them from the car). The other cleaner came down and asked if she should use their vacuum, or mine. Again, at the rates they charge, I expect them to use their own equipment. I've had too many vacuums ruined by cleaning services in the past. After about 2.5 hours upstairs doing god knows what, the owner asked what she could do to help on the main floor. I just asked for the plantation shutters to be dusted. She did a good job, I think. I haven't had time to inspect that. I did inspect my anal retentive lists from upstairs, and they did a good job. However, I was told that I wouldn't find a speck of dirt upstairs, and they neglected a list item to wipe down a window treatment, which was filthy. All in all, if your house is small, and filthy, they are awesome. I just need someone who follows instructions more and does specifically what I ask, rather than wasting time on the things I don't need. two thirds of my house needs attention, not just whatever they feel like spending time on.

Cinda is very personable and positive. She had a scheduling mix up on the first day she cleaned my house and when I expressed my concern, she handled the matter fairly and professionally. To me, such professionalism is as important as quality work, which Cinda also provides with her great cleaning service. Much appreciated!

Cinda and her team are amazing! We had guests coming into town and they were able to accommodate my very last minute appointment request. When we came home from work that evening, the house looked perfect! I will absolutely be using them again!

Cinda is a very pleasant capable manager, highly energetic with excellent attention to detail. She was attentive to the importance of communication both before and during the visit and honored the "special" price, though it took her longer than anticipated. I would wholeheartedly recommend her for her thoroughness and energy!

Cinda and her staff did a move-out clean for our apartment and it was absolutely spotless when it was done. She guaranteed that we would not pay any clean-up fees and she was right, we didn't lose any of our deposit! She worked with us on our tight schedule, and make the clean-up process of our old place painless! Our place was a wreck-- we lived there after having had our first baby, and also two shedding pets, yet it was spotless top to bottom when they were done with it! We will likely have Ready For Company start doing regular cleanings soon once we finish the last bit of unpacking. Can't recommend Cinda and her company highly enough!

Cinda, Angel and Christine went above and beyond our expectations. From the response time to my call, the initial walk-through and completion, they made it effortless! They even did the windows, tracks, screens and our messy paper shredder! Our house has never looked this nice- we're ready for company!!

The owner worked to accommodate me and did not charge extra for the rush. My wood floors have never been cleaner, and even the throw rugs were hand washed. The bathrooms were clean, the appliances sparkled, and even the dog dish was cleaned. The owner made sure that the house was clean to my satisfaction and added time to make sure it was. My house was ready for company

We needed a deep cleaning of our house and Cinda came by for an estimate. Based on her past reviews we hired her and her team. They showed up when we asked them to and stayed until the job was finished. They were meticulous about their work and were very accommodating. We would definitely use them again.

I called Cinda a week ahead of time and she had availability so we scheduled a clean. I called her again on the scheduled day because I had not heard from her. There had been some mix-up, and she had not put me down. But she and her daughter made it work anyway - coming over in the late afternoon and evening to get the job done (Cinda was there until after midnight!). This mix-up is the reason for the 'B' I gave for professionalism. Everything else is an A. Cinda and her daughter did an amazing job. The house was spotless when they left, including the refrigerator, cupboards, windows and closets. We own several properties and I have added Ready For Company to our list of preferred providers for future work. I thought the cost was reasonable, particularly for the amount of attention they paid to everything.

They were very thorough. Everything smelled fresh when they were done. Cinda Kite (the owner) is very personable. She and my wife had a lot in common and got to know each other (though not on the clock). She gave us more than the hours promised through her promotion so I gave her a $51 tip. Otherwise, it would have been $99.

I was searching for move-out cleaning service and Cinda with Ready for Company offered a very competitive price. She was able to schedule me within the time I needed the cleaning done. Cinda and her team were prompt and they did a nice job cleaning. They completed all the services we went over at the beginning walk through. They provided some services with out additional cost like most other cleaning companies do. Cinda is professional, friendly, and provides great customer service.

Cinda and her team do a very nice job on my 3,000 sq. ft. house. They are quick and thorough. They have cleaned for me three times and I will continue to use them on a bi-weekly basis. Cinda is someone who is easy to talk to and is very competent. Her team uses eco-friendly cleaning supplies which work very well.

I've had Cinda and Kristina clean my house a number of times over the past few months and they do EXCELLENT work. They're prices are very reasonable and they are very detail-oriented. More than once, Cinda has actually deconstructed my stovetop to clean out the nooks and crannies, and Kristina never fails to get the floors squeaky clean from corner to corner. And to add to that...they are simply lovely people to work with. Cinda listens to requests and asks questions about my priorities, and you really get the feeling that she wants to do the best work possible for her clients. These folks know how valuable a clean house is their clients peace of mind and I'm very grateful to have found them.
