Ready for Company

We hired Ready for Company for regular house keeping services (2x a month). This was our first switch in housekeepers in over 6 years. Ready for Company's price quote was high ($204 per cleaning), but they committed a full 6 hours to us each time. Despite having used them for the past 6-7 months, I am still not sold on the price or amount of time they spend. The house doesn't seem to be any cleaner than under our old service, which was nearly 65 cheaper. Anyway, we were not dissatisfied with the service, and were not looking at this time for a change. However, out of the blue, we received an email from the owner saying that our cleaner (the owner's daughter, by the way), was no longer able to clean our house and that she had no one to replace her. In other words, they just got up and quite. No reason was even given. We had not had any fights with her, or even once complained. To the best of my knowledge, we did nothing to upset them. Bottom line, I don't desire to do a new housekeeping search ever 6 months or so. We selected them because we thought they would be around for awhile and be dependable.

The two young men were polite, enthusiastic, and energetic. The more experienced one knew the policies and cost of adding on some used paint we had. He handled the addition with no hesitation. The service was great overall. It's amazingly convenient and quick - and the cost is consistent with that service.

Cinda was exceptionally responsive and flexible. We were completing repairs, junk pickup, moving container poking, and showing photographs in one day. She came herself to ensure that the cleaning needed for the photographs was completed on time, and then sent a second team to finish the move out clean after the movers had departed. They cleaned windows, baseboards, window tracks, cupboards inside and outside - a very thorough job! All of the work was done with energy and enthusiasm and a real desire to help us. We could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you Cinda, all the best to you and your excellent company.

Cinda and her staff met with us to provide us an estimate for bi-weekly housecleaning. We currently have bi-weekly cleaning provided by another company and their quality has gone downhill. Cinda immediately spotted several areas in our house that were being neglected by our current cleaners. I was shocked to see the layer of dust and debris that had accumulated on our shower frame. She and her staff were polite and genuinely interested in my concerns and needs. From what I saw, they are an extraordinary company. My husband and I decided that we would not use their services and will try to take on the cleaning ourselves, but I would not hesitate to recommend this company to ANYONE. We interviewed several other housecleaning agencies and they were by far the best we talked to.

Cinda was very responsive and made every effort to be able to clean the home on short notice. She went over to do an estimate first, and was flexible in scheduling her crew around the painters that were working on the home at the same time. It was a big job and the home looks absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was really grimy/greasy and afterward was sparkling... they worked extra **** ** the interiors of the appliances and they look great. Windows, window tracks and blinds were all done really well, and the bathrooms looked wonderful. The other workers that came were friendly and efficient. It took about 18 hours total over 2 days plus a little on a 3rd day. Our house was ready was ready to show. We would definitely use Ready for Company again!

Provider did a and quot;deep cleaningand quot; of our home and paid them $600 to do it. It took more than a week to complete over 2 visits and completely missed parts of the house. When I asked the provider she said it was a and quot;misunderstandingand quot; because two people each thought the other cleaned the areas missed. They are incredibly expensive and do very average work and can't be counted on to truly clean your whole house. I would never recommend this company.

Ready for Company was excellent! They not only met my expectations but exceeded them in every regard. They were prompt, friendly, HARD workers! The owner, Cinda, not only provided professional service,but went above and beyond expectations providing honesty and integrity -- what a refreshment! My bathroom and kitchen floor looks great! I would recommend this company to all who are looking for a good, dependable cleaning service.

Cinda was a delight to work with. Not only did she assist with scheduling she personally checked in during the first clean. Kat, our house cleaner, was very detailed and also lovely to work with. The house was cleaned 5 times and looked wonderful each time. When in town we will always use them!

I had contacted Cinda a couple of weeks prior to my move out of my condo. She was able to rearrange her schedule to meet mine to come give me a quote for cleaning. We made plans to do the cleaning for a particular date after the move. She and I stayed in contact prior to the move to confirm. She was very responsive to emails and texts. She was able to send someone out even before our previously set date to clean for me. They did an excellent job and my condo looked better when I moved out than when I moved in. Every nook and cranny was cleaned to a sparkling shine. This included the refrigerator and oven, all counters, shelves, drawers, baseboards, window sills, sliding glass door track, washer and dryer, floors, ceiling fan, tub and shower, and floors. I was very pleased!

I wish I had before and after pictures. Due to illness and a ridiculous work schedule, our home suffered months and months of neglect. With a golden retriever, you cannot afford to neglect it for very long. It was embarrassing having anyone see this place. Cinda and her wonderful team of 2 (Susan and Melanie), didn't judge. They just gave it their all for 6 1/2 hours. They were very friendly but professional and worked extremely hard. Walls were scrubbed, valances were vacuumed, ceramic cooktop stove that I thought was beyond saving was sparkling at the end, light fixtures were cleaned. Tremendous time was spent on vacuuming because of all the dog hair and a hair trapping short shag carpet. They gave the TLC that our house needed - it is now a home again and we couldn't be happier. We enjoy being in our home again. All of this and very reasonable prices! I will definitely continue using Ready for Co for my housecleaning needs.

Cinda was just wonderful. I needed a deep cleaning of a very large house that my tenants had just moved out of. It was really dirty. I received an offer to purchase the house, but I needed it cleaned before the inspection. Cinda was so responsive. She understood the time sensitivity and got me lined up with Elizabeth who did a terrific job. It took more than three days to clean the house and Cinda herself wound up coming to help out as we neared the deadline. They listened carefully to what I needed done. When on site they asked good questions and most important the follow-through was excellent. I was dealing with all this from out of state and it was very stressful. Cinda went out of her way to make sure the job was done and done very well. The reports I got back were top notch. I will definitely use Cinda again.

Cinda and her team are amazing! They do a wonderful job each time they come and were will to work with our pets - which is a huge bonus! We would highly recommend Cinda and her crew.

Completed in time for inspection, although there were some minor scheduling issues, given the quick response wasn't unexpected. House had not been deep cleaned for several years. I didn't see the house after it was cleaned as I was out of town, buyer was happy & had no complaints.

I hired Ready for Co to perform a move out cleaning before putting my mother's home on the market. Cinda responded immediately to my call and gave me a reasonable quote. We readily reached a date and time that would work for us both.The day of the cleaning, Cinda and Elizabeth were right on time. We went through the scope of work that needed to be accomplished and I left the house feeling totally confident in their abilities, which allowed me to de-stress and enjoy some 'me' time. When I returned, everything looked and felt wonderfully fresh and clean - a whole new energy to the place! Special attention was paid to areas that make 1st impressions on home buyers. It will show very well on the real estate market. And ... the bill came to less than what was originally quoted. Hiring them has been the easiest and most pleasant part of moving my mother from her home in Longmont to her senior living apartment in Denver.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and friendly while visiting. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of service. However, they were supposed to get back with me on a quote for continuing service and never did.

They did a great job and were flexible to meet the cleaning needs that I had. I didn't need my upstairs cleaned because it was fine. I wanted my first floor and especially kitchen scrubbed before a mother's day brunch I was hosting. I hated my white kitchen cabinets because they showed every cheeto smudge from the kids and drip from my cooking. The cleaners were friendly, hard working and just what I needed.

I had a bit of a different situation with my housecleaning needs and was at a loss as to how I was going to solve it. I had called several cleaning services and was getting nowhere. Then I called Cinda. She listened to my story and without skipping a beat said "no problem". I ended up not using Cinda's services because friends stepped in to help but I was very impressed with her diligent communication, professionalism and her willingness to help won her 5 stars in my book. I will defiantly call her again should I need housecleaning services in the future.

I have used various cleaning services forever. Lately I was using one of the bigger franchise firms. While they did what they said they would do (for the most part), I wanted more. Christmas was a real eye opener. You know when you expect company and now you're looking at your home through your companies eyes. Boy did I have to do a lot of extra cleaning to feel comfortable with folks coming over. So I started looking around for a new service. So last Thursday Cinda and her helper deep cleaned my house. She managed to get my stove top back to "like new" fasion. They got under and over everything, including my utility room where the water heater is. When they got done the house had its shine back. In all the years of using a cleaning service I have never been this happy with the results. They were also great with the dogs and cats and following my directions of where they should be left in the house. This was the first time deep clean service and the regular bi-weekly services promises to keep the house to that same level of clean and shine. The ongoing service price is comparable to what I was paying before ?. the big difference is that I will always be ready for company!

Here are the reasons for my ratings. I contacted Cinda to schedule the cleaning. Initially, I wanted a 2 hour window between 8 -10 am, however, the cleaners were not able to come until 9:00. Cinda offered to come at 8:00 and get the key so that I could go to work, but I did not take her up on the offer (this is the reason I rated "responsiveness" as an "A"). The price was $36.00 per hour per person to do a clean-out of my 2 bedroom apartment, which I had occupied for one year. The two women who came to clean my apartment were 20 minutes late and did not call me to inform me that they would be late. The quality of the work was fair. For example, the bathroom mirror was streaky, the kitchen floor still had a sticky spot on it, the upper cabinets in the closets were not cleaned out (because the women did not have a step ladder), and the women did not take off their shoes or put shoe covers to clean. I mention the shoes because it was a very sloppy, snowy day out. With regard to professionalism, one of the women spent a considerable amount of time talking on her cell phone, even though I was present.

It went poorly. After telling us she would work out the date to clean on the upcoming Sunday, she failed to call us back. Finally reaching her, after we left several unanswered messages, she scheduled us for the morning our company was due. Then that morning called us to say she couldn't be there until 1200. We settled for a much reduced cleaning plan in order to travel to airport in time.

We just moved to Denver. I had gotten to the point in unpacking where I was ready to clean the glass curios and set my collection inside of them. I tried every product I could think of to get them clean and just could not get the streaks out. I even called my previous housekeeper to find out what she used. After I tried that and failed, I decided I absolutely needed a professional. I found "Ready for Company" on Angie's list and liked the general tone of the reviews. Around 4:30 in the afternoon I called, left a message and had Cinda call me back almost immediately. After I explained the problem, she said she could be here within an hour! OMG totally unexpected! I figured I might have to wait a week or a few days, at best to get someone in. She arrived when she said she would, took one look and knew instantly what the problem was. She got to work and made them sparkle, all the while sharing and explaining her approach to me. She even left me a few of the special cloths she uses! When she was done, she wouldn't let us pay her. Seriously, would not accept payment - and she worked on them for over an hour! Needless to say Cinda and "Ready for Company" are now my housekeeping service.

Great! Cinda and crew were on time, professional, and did a great job. The amount of time spent was quite reasonable.

Wow! My house is sparkling! Cinda and Nesia were prompt, thorough, efficient, very pleasant to have around and have sunny dispositions. They kept me informed when things were completed, willingly attended to whatever questions I had, and went beyond what was needed to make sure my house was spotless. They stayed until everything was finished no matter how much time it took and Cinda returned another day - after cleaning another house - to do a few more things that I needed help with that wasn't on the original list. I would not hesitate to have them come back and HIGHLY recommend them. Cinda responded to my phone calls in good time and scheduled my cleaning date promptly. You can't go wrong with this company.

I was looking for a company to come in and clean about once a month. I needed to stay in a specific budget and I wanted someone who would get the details, the blinds, the shower doors, my stove top, things i dont even think to clean, all done WELL. Cinda and her team did a great job in the 3 hours of time they put into my house, my shower doors are clear and my stove top is the cleanest it's been since we bought it. You can tell Cinda is passionate about what she does. In the hour and a half they were here (2ppl) they DEEP cleaned two bathrooms, my bedroom my living room and kitchen. I think that's pretty good. There are a couple things they missed that I noticed after the fact, but I'm sure they will get them next time if I just ask them. Looking forward to having them back!

I found them on Angie's List. The experience was outstanding. I have used her again since, and she is wonderful. Her name is Cinda Kite. I was preparing my house to go on the market, so I needed a thorough, deep cleaning, and they cleaned all the appliances and everything. I liked the thoroughness, my appliances looked like they were just off the shelves, the light fixtures came down, the fans were done, and they were amazingly thorough. She took the kitchen apart, and put it back together again.
