They were recommended on Angie's List. They were fine. They did a thorough and professional job. The cost of the service was covered by my insurance but my part was a thousand dollar deductible but their price for a roof on a four-bedroom thirty-four hundred square foot two-storey home in my area was fourteen thousand nine hundred twenty-two dollars including my deductible. It looks fine. We have had some heavy rains for a week, that is the best evaluation I can make right now. They are very easy to work with. They answered all my questions. They were quick and did a neat job. They did not leave stuff all over like paper and nails. They did not hurt the plants too badly. It is kind of hard to avoid not stepping on the plants once in a while when they are near my house. My neighbors have used them too. I do not have anybody to compare them with because this is the first roof I ever have to buy. I do not have an idea of what a roof should cost but it seems to me that for the material and the time involved, the price is pretty high. I just think that the envelop calculation would seem like it should not cost that much but when you deal with an insurance company, then you are in a different world that is not the real world. It seems high to me but it is right in line with the other estimates I have gotten from other companies. The materials they used seem fine and the workmanship from what I can see upstairs working out, I do not see anything that gives an indication that anything was unprofessionally done. I do not see any sloppiness, rough edges or anything unfinished. I cannot go up on the roof but I can see it from the second storey window in several places. The representative was here and followed up. Whenever I had a question, they immediately put the supervisors to answer questions for me.

The initial contact made by Jordan Kleinman, Field Consultant was impressive. He is very knowledgeable of the various types of roofing materials, the various vendors, and local restrictions (covenants, county codes, etc.). Although I had intended to go with another contractor at the time, I decided to sign on with Premier based solely on my discussions with Jordan. I had much trouble with my insurance company concerning the complete replacement of the roof, in spite of substantial interior water damage. The project involved a total of three insurance company appraisals, and Jordan along with his brother Forest Kleinman stood by me and provided their professional assistance throughout the ordeal until the insurance company yielded. The actual replacement went off without a hitch and on schedule. Jordan was in regular contact with me throughout the entire process and personally spent many hours on the roof in mid-July gathering evidence for my claim against the insurance company. I am actually amazed at his perseverance in the matter. The crew that worked on the actual roof replacement were quite professional as well. Seven really good men knocked the job off in one and one half days. Jordan said that he would schedule his best crew to do the job, and I believe him. Amy, at the office is cut out of the same cloth as Jordan, Forest, and the work crew. I never thought that I would be so impressed with any company, let alone a roofing outfit.

Premier Roofing and our contact, Eric Brown, was exemplary in all categories: communication; estimates; scheduling; workmanship; property protection; timely and professional completion; cleanup; delivering required forms and working with our insurance, HOA and mortgage company; billing; and delivering our guarantees. I was beginning to worry about Eric?s health because he would answer my questions within hours, even after hours and on weekends (he works too hard). I have been a contractor and have worked with contractors all my life and have never had a better experience than working with Premier. I would gladly recommend Premier Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof! Derek Weldon was our salesman, went to bat for us with the insurance company! There were delays due to weather but we were informed and updated when there were changes. The cleanup took a while due again to the weather. They did come back for a final cleanup when the snow melted. They also use high quality materials!

I am in the unique position (having replaced the roof on four different properties with four different roofing companies) to evaluate the the workmanship, quality, and professionalism associated with Premier. I found their work and customer service to be OUTSTANDING! They stand behind their product and go the extra mile to ensure their customers are more than satisfied with their new roof. I was more than a little apprehensive about beginning another roofing project since the previous three had gone so terribly. However, I selected Premier to replace the roof on my primary residence after meeting with their representative and sharing with him the horrendous experiences with the three other roofing companies. After examining the roof, he assured me that I would be completely satisfied and took the time to explain Premier's process of roof replacement and to commit to a schedule involving replacement and inspection - this took me by surprise because none of the other roofing companies could commit to scheduling or clearly explain exactly what work needed to be done. In fact, the other roofing companies spent more time trying to get a copy of my insurance loss settlement statement (it shows the maximum amount the insurance company would pay for replacement; and the other companies said they could not give me an estimate without seeing that settlement statement first) than explaining the roof replacement process. Premier was clearly more interested in addressing my concerns about the project - in fact, Premier gave me a line item estimate of the project that same day without ever seeing the hail damage insurance settlement statement. Work began seven days later right on schedule. Scheduling was extremely important as my wife works graveyards and sleeps during the day. Her schedule is seven days on and then seven days off. Thus, it was of paramount importance that Premier begin the roof replacement process on our 2,500 square foot, 2-story home on time and finish it on time during my wife's week off of work. Premier called me before any materials were delivered to the home to ensure that the delivery would not interfere with my wife's sleep schedule. They were more than accommodating and called me on a daily basis to give me an update on their progress and re-assure me that the work would be completed as scheduled. Work began at the same time every day and finished at the same time every day. The project was always clean and well protected. I have yet to find a stray nails around the property or any leftover roofing materials. As it turns out, the roof was finished two days earlier than promised and passed inspection the very next day. Needless to say, I was impressed with Premier's organization and workmanship! The roof is beautiful, and I experienced absolutely no issues/complications/problems with Premier - in fact, they were AWESOME to work with. But here's the kicker...I have recently put my primary residence up for sale, and it went under contract quickly. The prospective buyers are first-time buyers and completely inexperienced when it comes to buying real estate. These buyers hired an inspector as part of the real estate transaction process who informed them that the roof had been recently replaced and was in excellent condition. However, the buyers required additional reassurance that the roof was replaced secondary to hail damage rather than something more serious like structural decay or water damage. I called Premier to inquire if there was any way they might take a few minutes to speak with the prospective buyers and help reassure them about the roof. Premier called them immediately and assured them that only the shingles were damaged from the hail storm and that all of the support structures and decking were in excellent condition. Premier also offered the buyers an extended warranty to transfer with the sale of the home as additional assurance! As a result, we close on the sale of this home next month. I have no reason to believe my experience with Premier is an isolated incident. The high level of customer service they exhibited during the replacement of the roof and their willingness to stand behind their work is a very rare thing these days. Unfortunately, I learned that the hard way with other roofing companies. I highly recommend Premier and would hire them again in an instant.

I worked with Trevor Johnson at Premier and I couldn't have been more impressed with his level of professionalism and integrity - and the same goes for everyone I interacted with at Premier! He was open, honest, and extremely responsive throughout every step of the process - he even followed up with me weeks after the work was completed just to make sure I was still happy with everything! I had some issues with my chimney that every other roofing company I spoke didn't want to take the time to deal with (they all just wanted to make a sale and walk away), but Trevor went out of his way to look into it and their crew did an amazing job. This was the first time I ever had to get a new roof and after all the horror stories I have heard out there about dishonest roofing companies, I was worried I would have the same experience. I'm so happy I found these guys - Premier Roofing is truly an outstanding company with professional and courteous employees that will treat you how you deserve to be treated. Premier Roofing is one of the finest contractors I have ever worked with. They were incredibly helpful and managed the entire process for us from start to finish. As a real estate broker, I spend a lot of time working with roofing companies during inspections. These guys just blew us away with the professionalism and quality of work. Our home is 120 years old, which required special attention to flashing points as well as the Denver Code. They worked with us and our insurance company to make sure that our expenses were totally covered. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very punctual. They also cleaned up the work space after leaving. They've come back over time to make sure we are satisfied with everything and even helped us to add to our existing gutter system on a new garage. I couldn't recommend Premier more highly. We love our new roof!

With out a doubt this company is the biggest joke I have ever experienced . I was led around for over two months from stating that I signed a contract with them, to saying they are working with my insurance company. Neither of these statements were true. How this company is given a good rating on Angie's List or a good rating with the B.B.B. is beyond me. If you want to hire a company whose agents have no idea what customer service is about , then this company is for you. Failed : city Inspection to follow manufactures installation process never finished cleaning debris from yard returned approximately 12 times to ?complete? job lots of broken promises and failure to deliver quality project as assured owner and GM refused to return my phone calls Run from these guys and run fast! They will frustrate you and waste you time and money in ways I never imagined.

On May 12th, Tony Martin Field Consultant for Premier Roofing, was in my neighborhood and making notes regarding roof conditions. There had been high winds, and some hail in Boulder at the end of April. We talked for a few minutes as I had found shingles in my yard. Tony asked for permission to access my roof for a quick inspection, no obligation. He found damage that would require his supervisor to inspect, and as this roof had obsolete T-lock shingles I should contact my insurance company for coverage. Dan Reddy Field Supervisor for Premier, and my insurance adjuster met a couple of days later. Everyone agreed that I needed a new roof and after my deductable was met, insurance would cover the cost. Tony provided us with a thorough check list in preparation for the job, and we were notified days ahead when the crew would arrive. The crew was very friendly and conscientious of our home. They arrived with the permit from the city, and liability insurance documents in hand. This crew of 6-7 put in a solid 12 hours and completed this job in one day. After all of this work I find them arranging my patio furniture, and grill back to their original places and the end of the day. The quality of the job is very high, communication with Premier Roofing was excellent. My conversations with Tony, Dan, and Josh Wolden have been professional and friendly. Based on the yard signs in my neighborhood they are doing at least three other houses. I have no reservations recommending this to company in the future. I joined Angie's list to check Premier Roofing out. I also checked their rating with the BBB. My wife and I are very happy customers. Premier Roofing was canvassing my neighborhood because a significant number of roofs had been damaged in a wind storm the previous summer. Their field representative, Skylar Memsic was very courteous and persuasive at the same time. I hadn't believed that my roof was damaged, but Skylar took me up to the roof and pointed out numerous torn shingles. My insurance agent agreed and had no problem with the settlement. Premier had agreed in advance to replace the roof for whatever amount the settlement was for. The replacement took just a single day. The crew was very professional and cleaned up the area before they left. My insurance company sent me a check made out to my mortgage bank. Premier accepted this check for their invoice #5827 so I didn't need to deal with the bank. In summary, the job was handled quickly, professionally, and with little effort on my part. Thanks Premier!

Good. They stripped off the old roof and had the new one on in 3 days.

I contacted them after the hailstorm. Talked to Chris Tulp, who promised to take care of everything. He was getting married and asked me to wait until after his honeymoon and then he would personally oversee everything. I didn't hear from him the week he was supposed to return, so I called him. He said he was glad to hear from me and would take care of everything, but he had to attend a bachelor party. The next week I received a phone call from Chris saying he was sending his siding guy over to take a look. A few days later I get a call from Chris saying his siding guy didn't know if he could match the corners on the front of the house, but he-" would make it look good" I said I wanted all corners to match, Chris said fine he would go back and fight with the insurance company to get the job done right. That's the last I heard from Chris Tulp. I finally called him when I realized the agreement I signed with him had expired. (45 days) He asked "who is this?" and then proceeded to tell me he thought he had lost my paperwork, Very Unprofessional!

Very, very well. The 2 primary tile installers were highly skilled & trained professionals that did a masterful job on my roof. It is stunning and looks like artwork. Chris Tulp was my project manager and he was always flexible w/other contractors and honored every commitment he made.
