Work done well and quickly. Couple of small problems handled. They dealt completely with my insurance company and basically left me out of it. They also were here to ensure that the insurance estimator saw all the damage including that which was not related to the roof.

We were in the process of selling the building and Premier bent of bent over backwards to make sure the job was completed before closing. I really appreciate Jake and the whole crew for getting it done on time.

Work was done fast and on time once work got going. We had a couple of complicated items on the roof and they helped resolve them and get the roof done right. Also appreciated how they negotiated with the insurance company to get extra things covered.

Quite well John Szelest was very helpful especially after the original representative quit and we had difficulty contacting Premier to tie up some loose ends after the job was finished. A complicating factor for us were our solar panels that had to be removed and then reinstalled. The entire process did take several months, but now everything is complete. They installed a hail resistant shingle that resulted in a nice reduction in our house insurance.

No estimate was provided for the estimate request. Why does a company say they will provide an estimate, send somebody out and then tell them that isn't how they work.

ZERO issues. Good communications throughout entire wait time(which was quite an accomplishment considering the state of Colorado was being HAMMERED with roof insurance claims). Excellent product. This company stands head and shoulders above all of them.

Premier Roofing Company was Johnny on the spot. They helped with our HOA requirements and were very professional throught the entire process. Dave Falco, our Premier representative keep us informed and worked well with our insurance company. Nothing but great things so say.

Premier did a great job and finished the job in 1 day. It took about 12-14 hours but they finished.

The project went very smoothly from bid through inspection. The entire roof tear off and replacement was completed by the crew in a (very long) day. The solar panel for a new attic fan was mounted in a less than optimal location, and Premier was happy to come back out and relocate it, and replace shingles where it was originally mounted. Premier worked directly with our insurance adjuster to get additional coverage to bring the roof up to current code. The work was completed just a week or so before the September 2013 floods, and came through compeltely dry and intact.

The roof I need finished is on a sunroom and is mostly skylights so it was not a roof this company does but they were so sweet to research some companies that could help me and even gave me names and numbers. I would definitely use this company for future roofing projects.

Premier Roofing showed up when they said they were going to and they cleaned up nicely.

They did a great job. They treated me with respect and honesty. There was some tar in my gutter but when I called to tell them they sent someone right over. They really went beyond expectations.

Matt called first thing in the morning following my Angies List inquiry the night before. By 10 am he was at my house giving me a quote. He returned by noon with the supplies and was finished in 45 minutes. The patch was done to my specifications and looks great.

The crew was professional. The lead communicated well. The roofing went well. I did not receive the bonus $ they promised for the referral to roof my brothers house. My brother also did not receive the bonus $ for advertising. Once I wrote this review I was contacted by Premier to rectify the misunderstanding.

Premier Roofing were very good, professional and the work was done very well. One of the things was the insurance agent was a really young lady and she kept on saying that they couldn't do that and this people were very knowledgeable about it and they did a good job convincing the insurance and it took a while. Most of what I had to pay for was my garage which didn't have the same kind of damage. They did an okay job and it looks good and it is one of those 30 year ones.The fact that they were aggressive into getting the insurance company to doing what had to be done was good. They did clean up well but sometimes when they were removing all the stuff they didn't miss my flower bed.

Called Premier to get an estimate for a new roof after receiving a non-renewal notice from insurance company saying the roof displayed wear. Premier's representative Gary came out at the agreed time and inspected the roof. He said there was clear damage from hail and recommended I file a claim. Gary then returned when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof. Insurance adjuster agreed with Gary's evaluation. After receiving the claim estimate from the insurance company, forwarded it to Premier. While I was away for Christmas, Premier worked with insurance company on the estimate related to a couple of missed items and local jurisdiction requirements. By the time I got home, they had resolved all the items and approximately two weeks later they started the roof and completed it in two days. During the two days, they had tarps around the entire perimeter of the house to catch all the debris during their work. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. Would use them again and would recommend them.

I was using a contractor who used this roofing company in the past. The estimte was as expected, the insurance paperwork went smoothly , and the job was completed as promised. I have very little to complain about...

I made an appointment for a quote on an roof replacement. Tony showed up on time, and was very professional and pleasant. The quote I received was $7,000 for a roof replacement on a 1923 bungalow. The quote is about the middle of all five that I received. I ended up not replacing my roof this season, but I would certainly hire them in the future when I do.
