Description of Work: Installed new Windows. The crew that installed the Windows were very efficient.

Description of Work: Do not know if they came from Denver, but all Pella products - Only one window didn't get put in. The rest were all lovely!

Description of Work: I worked with the New Construction Trade Division. The windows are absolutely beautiful. The Sales Professional went above and beyond assisting with overall plan design. He understood Colorado Springs Building Department requirements as they relate to window and doors. After having poor quality windows in our previous rental this was truly a delight. Great to work with, I highly recommend.

Description of Work: replacement windows and back sliding door. Everything is beautiful and works well. They were conscientious.

Description of Work: Pella replaced both windows and sliding doors for us. The quality of the windows is excellent. They are expensive, but they are solid and well-built. We installed both double and triple pane windows, some with built-in shades. The installation was excellent and the crew, contracted by Pella, did an amazing job.

Description of Work: Installed no sliding glass door. I liked their service so much that I called them again when I needed a door for a rental unit.

Description of Work: This was not an issue with this particular or any other Pella Window franchise, but with Pella Window itself. | |Pella Windows informed us that even though we had a 20 year guarantee on some of our windows, installed in 1995 & that failed on their UV seal which creates spotting in the interior part of the double pane window, they would not honor the promise of replacement of the failed windows any more because they unilaterally changed their policy & decided not to honor any guarantees on windows of theirs purchased before the mid-90s. | |Something to consider before buying their products as they have proven that they do NOT stand behind them as they claim with their warranties.

Description of Work: Replaced front window

Description of Work: Came out to the home for an initial discussion of the types of windows, the sizes needed, and changes to the openings for new windows. Discussed the color, type, the inclusion of shades within the windows, hardware and construction services. The windows came in and installation was scheduled. We used their sub-contractors for installation. This included an inspection for lead in the areas where windows would be installed. A smail amount was found in the paint in the bathroom, so they did the complete seal off of the area during installation. The work was professional, quick, and very clean. This was good because it was cold outside and we did not want to have openings in the house when the weather was bad. They did what they said they would do, were in communication, and did a great job of finishing the project. We like the windows very much. We also had several sliding doors installed as well. Should have done it much sooner because it is so quiet and very well insulated.

Description of Work: The glass on my storm door detached from the screen that comes down when you lower the clear pane. I had to call the main location to get parts. When they came it was hard to get an appointment as they have layed off 3/4of the service people. Repair man called the night before (Sunday) to confirm and was earily. Parts were the correct ones and he did a great job. Over all it was an excellent experience.
