Called before Noon and they were onsite by 2:30 performing a tune-up on our furnace. They were extremely professional, reliable, and best of all, did not try to up-sell any unnecessary services. Will definitely keep their number for future work.

John was very professional, prompt, attentive and thorough. I appreciated that he not only inspected the furnace, but carefully troubleshot the problem I had called about. It happened again after finishing his inspection. So he discovered the problem and corrected it at a minimal cost. I will definitely call this company again. Thank you!

Very well -- I was contacted immediately for an appointment. The service provider was prompt, courteous and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

He was very nice, and very good at what he was doing. After about a half hour, he gave me a very thourough over view of everything. I then told him I needed a gas turn off switch for my hot water heater, and he said he would go ahead and do it then, rather than set up a new appointment. He worked very quickly and efficiently. Plus his work was very clean. This company does what they say they are going do, and do a great job at it.

We loved working with them and would use them again. The technician was very thorough in explaining the problem, how he would fix it, and how we can prevent it from happening again.

The technician called to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He was professional and polite the entire time. We had been having issues with the AC keeping the house cool. The tech checked all the temperatures and coolant pressures and quickly determined we had air flow issues. By taping some of the duct joints and moving an obstruction from the air return to the furnace, the air flow was markedly improved.

I've had Paradise Heating & Cooling come out twice before to inspect both the furnace and A/C. As in previous visits, Ryan was on time, thorough and professional. He inspected the A/C, took detailed notes about the unit and what was done, and explained it all to me when he was finished. I will continue to use Paradise for my HVAC services.

Wish all jobs went this well. Performed first installation of central air conditioner, coil and thermostat in an existing home. Home had forced air furnace. Came to home, did an accessment, and provided a written detailed estimate. Job was started and completed on time. Estimate was in line or slightly lower than others. John took his time and answered all questions. The best thing was that John's team did what they said they would do at the price they committed too. They are busy but John will get back to you. A good heating and air conditioning contractor.

They were very helpful in scheduling a convenient time and the service technician showed up promptly. The service technician spent a good deal of time checking and adjusting performance of air conditioner and checking air flow on registers. The service technician was very thorough and professional and answered all my questions.

This was a stupid problem likely do to our not having the unit serviced before turning it on for the summer. Needed a new air filter. However, we had another company come the week before, and was told that the problem was that there were too many turns in the piping going into the house and the unit had to work too hard to get cooled air inside. We had the unit turned off because it wasn't getting cool, but this technician told us to leave it running. Well, Paradise came out and (a) after looking at it, saw that it was the air filter, and (b) told us that if we had left it running, it could have done damage to the compressor. Oh, this other company also looked at the furnace, and pronounced it (a) too old, (b) too dirty, and (c) outlawed by the state. As soon as I heard that one, I immediately knew we needed to get another opinion. He left, and we called Paradise the same day. We had used them before and had called them several times prior to contacting this other company, but for some reason, couldn't get thru to anyone on the phone. When I tried again, I was successful and after speaking to them on Friday, they sent someone over the following Monday afternoon. All I can say is, if it takes a bit of time to get in touch with them, and you have patience, keep trying. They are honest and truly care about good customer service. I don't know if their pricing is good or not, as I haven't used anyone else and do not ever plan to, but I do know that they will not try to rip you off, like the other company tried to do. By the way, the first company's name is Golden West Plumbing.

We purchased a $480 big deal for the whole home humidifier. They did a great job. Everything was included in the big deal. My wife was home and I was not there. She said that they were very professional. They walked through everything upon getting everything set up of course. Then, he actually wrote on the furnace very simple instructions for how to winterize and summerize the humidifier. He did a fantastic job. This reaction is still simple, but just to have them right there is terrific. We definitely did a very good job with him.

This company is amazing to work with! I will definitely use them again ? they are on my list as THE company to call! What got the business: John returned my call within a couple hours, then when I had to reschedule, he adjusted his very busy schedule to fit me in, when other companies I called either didn?t return the call, or told me they couldn?t fit me into their schedule for several weeks. What kept the business: Ryan was thorough, explained everything he was doing along the way, was very patient with my many questions, and gave me several helpful tips. Both John & Ryan made me feel like I was getting the personalized service I wanted, rather than being just another customer. We?ve used another company for the last few years, but I don?t trust them now which is what prompted me to call around. Ryan came at the time John said. He checked everything, then told me even though it was a basic model (Carrier), it was in good working order, and should last awhile longer. (I had been told we definitely needed a new motor, and would probably need a new furnace.) Ryan explained to me what was likely putting stress on the motor, and gave me some basic maintenance tips. He only charged me for a furnace cleaning which he did. And he told me a new motor would be about $300, less than half of what I?d been told by a couple other companies. What a relief!

,First checked the air filter. Only slightly dirty. Checked Freon levels, ran A/C system, tested HVAC registers air flow good. Checked and vacuumed A/C coil but was not very dirty. Much time was spent troubleshooting A/C system but nothing wrong was found. Serviceman changed HVAC fan speed to a faster speed and replaced air filter that allowed greater flow through. Bingo that was it. Compressor started to sound better and was working more efficiently. Previously the compressor was much louder. Went through house to make sure all registers and draws are open. Recommended removing registers where possible. Removed couple registers on the second floor. System now working great and is very quiet. Spouse said "Not what is what I call Air Conditioning! Serviceman was very polite, professional. I was impressed he knew my model HVAC system and knew where and how to change the fan speed on the HVAC system board.

They had to come out three times to finish the entire job. They installed the humidifiers first, but had to come back to replace the PVC pipes, and check out our AC units. However the installers did not tell the next group that I needed them to replace the pipes, so when they came the second time they didn't have the replacement piping. I wish it didn't take three (3) trips, but they didn't charge me for the second trip. That's why I rated quality as a "B". Their communication could have been better. As far as the work, they were on time, did a good job of installation and explaining how the humidifiers work, and also repairing the pipe.

It was ok, there was nothing special about it. There were local companies that would have been just as well. They were not bad but not good.

They were really good. Their prices were good. They were nice, courteous, polite and clean. They didn’t leave a mess.
