It was fabulous. They were really great. I was just thrilled with their service. It was a week here where it was below zero most of the time and my furnace went out, so I had no heat. I called them and said I'm freezing and they said that they are so backed up, but they will try to send somebody that same day, and they did. He fixed it and he was so nice and very professional. He took his boots off at the door and all that kind of stuff. I actually ended up not using the deal, because the deal was really for an inspection and tune-up. So they said that the deal didn't really go for what I was having done, but they would let me use it next time for my air conditioning. They were on time and polite. I would use them again and I already gave their name to somebody else. I would recommend them anytime.

Manuel was an awesome tech Very friendly and honest about my not needing a new furnace. It was refreshing to see that he wasn't going to be one of those who try to upsell and I was very impressed. He had all of the parts he needed with him and the furnace now not only comes on like it should, but it is much quieter and "almost like new". I should have had this checked out long ago. I will definitely call Paradise again should the need arise! Thank you!

They were very diligent in contacting me immediately after purchasing the big deal and getting it installed. They called me up and explained that there was one other option available that ran the humidifier constantly instead of only when the furnace was on. I appreciated the explanation and went with the basic one. The day the technician arrived he was early and looked like a professional. He went down to the furnace and worked around 3 hours to install the humidifier. The humidifier was definitely installed professionally and looked great! The technician explained how to use it and showed me everything required.

Performed a winter tune-up. They were very late in arriving as the owner was sick the day of the appointment and failed to get in touch with me regarding a delay or rescheduling. The tech was nice, keep the place clean, and I have had no problems.

My experience with Paradise has been going on for a couple years now but this last experience I had was over and above. I Had them out in September to do my annual heating system service. I take advantage of their once a year special and unlike others I actually feel I get a truthful and honest service for the low 69.00 inspection and cleaning-Cheap insurance. This last very cold snap we had in Denver my system went down one early morning and after doing my own resetting of the ignitor and things I could do I finally had to call them around 8AM. I got a pretty quick response from Ryan I explained my situation and he said they had quite a bit of service on the books for that Saturday but would try and work me in. He then called me later in the morning and said he had a tech in Aurora (I'm a long ways from Aurora) that could come. By late morning my heat just all of a sudden came back on. So I left Ryan a message and told him that it had come on and we were thawing out but he called and said he was going to have a guy in the area and would have him stop by anyway to look at it. The tech showed up and after feeling quite confident this gentleman definitely knew heating systems he said I'll bet your shutdown was caused by your flue being blocked. So we went and looked at where the High efficiency furnace ventilates from the outside (the flue) and sure enough a large amount of condensation ice was built up in the pipe. He said it probably melted just enough to allow the system to re-ignite and explained that it shuts down when it detects a blockage but it was clear there was some obstruction going on in the flue by the ice. He said just clean that pipe out of all the soft ice build up and it should be good as new. Sure enough never again a problem. The tech did not charge for coming out on a Saturday and help me out and gave me quick honest advice. I know there are many out there that could have taken huge advantage of a situation like this and turned it into several hundred dollar service call by being dishonest. So Cudos to Paradise and his team - Customer for life.

Our furnace was not working well--intermittent shutdown during the horrible cold snap last weekend. Called John on Sunday and he came out as soon as he finished the job he was on and spend a lengthy amount of time working on the system (during the Bronco's game, no less!) He could not have been more professional and helpful and the final charge was a huge surprise -- not the usually one . . . the bill was extremely reasonable for a weekend emergency call. I would recommend this company and owner John without reservations to anyone needing help with heating issues!

No call, no show. Called them and they said they didn't have my number to let me know they couldn't make the appointment made two days earlier, and had not logged my number so they couldn't call me. They actually sent me a not on Angie's list which I saw later. It included a "call back" number that rang busy all three times I called it across several hours. So I'm out 2 hours of my valuable time and am back to square one. Not sure a company without the technical ability to use caller ID or look up a listed telephone number is the right fit for my needs anyway. Submitting for a refund as reliability has proven to be highly questionable. Now I'm discovering that its a proccess that includes lots of hold time. Thanks, Angie's List.

John was very courteous and professional; he even returned my call on a Sunday. I saved over $1000 over other estimates and the work seems to have been excellent. They even hooked up the humidifier to my Nest thermostat.

Provider was prompt and thorough. He also agreed to check the water heater, turns out we need a new one, which we intend to purchase from Paradise.

Had 3 estimates. Paradise was by far the best for quality installation. Josh was always available by phone and very helpful during and after install. You will not find a better installer than Manuel. Knowledgable Efficient Polite. They did so well I recommended them to my neighbor who was also pleased.

They were very professional and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They explained everything to me which I appreciated. They were punctual. They had to order parts and they had a quick turnaround time to install the parts. Also, the parts were all at a reasonable price.

came on appointed time, and in 1/2 hour figured out the controller card was not functioning. Ordered an OEM, came back a few days later, had it installed quickly, with furnace working perfectly. Agent was very courteous. Tech was very skilled, and also very courteous.

It turned out okay. He did try to keep that appointment, I guess there was some kind of scheduling conflict or something so he did make an appointment to get out there that day and still get the job done for me so that was nice.

I was very pleased, because the owner, John Demereckis, answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I had hail damage in the past and insurance allotted me a certain dollar amount to hire someone to "comb the fins" on the AC unit where the vent fins had been hit with hail. I was worried about whether that damage was significant. John assured me it was not because the areas hit with hail were too small to affect the infow and outflow of the air. He then measured the openings per inch and wrote it on my receipt so that I could purchase a fin comb and do the work myself. He advised me to trim some shrubs that were overhanging the AC unit so they wouldn't impede the airflow. Also, when I asked him whether it was a problem that my unit was not sitting level, he went to his truck, got a length of 4x4 wood and put it under the pad, so that the unit was leveled.

They were terrific and wonderful. They were punctual and did everything that was agreed on. They included some education for me about the problem. I misunderstood something and they came back right away and checked it. They were stupendous. They were really good. I have used them a couple of times. The price was amazing. I would use them again.

I contacted this company and requested a bid. I was told that they are at least 2 weeks out and are not scheduling any new appointments at this time. This time of year everyone is a couple of weeks out but they are still taking appointments. I will obviously be using a different company for my furnace replacement and will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Showed up on time, did the work that was required of him. No surprises.

Calling this company gets you an answering service. Within 20 minutes I received a return call, which I missed. I called back on the voicemail and got Joshua. I was told that the company had a tech in my area and they arranged for him to come right over. I left work and was home in ten minutes and the tech arrived as I did. Ryan set to work and in 45 minutes my furnace was fixed and he only asked $60.00 for the entire visit. I was told by other contractors that my furnace was not fixable and a replacement would cost anywhere from $3,000 to $8,000. Ryan thoroughly checked for any monoxide leaks to make sure we were safe and now the furnace is working fine for 1% of the $$$$ the "big" boys wanted. Thanks to Ryan and the team at Paradise!
