It went extremely well. They arrived when they said they would, they did what we asked them to do, and they completed the project in a timely manner, and their charges were reasonable. I am extremely pleased with this company, and I will call them again. They were professional and friendly as well.

Ryan showed up exactly on time and was courteous and professional. I originally bought a $69 deal on Angies list and the scope of the work ended up being slightly different than the initial deal included. He still did everything I needed and covered it under the price of the deal. Great work all around. Will contact Paradise again if I need more work done.

I wouldn’t use them again. We got a bid that was a bit exorbitant for what the true cost of the fix was, so it was a little bit expensive. The bid was $2500 and $300 for the part. I had another plumber install it for $150. So their bid about $2000 over what the true cost was. I paid the normal service fee but they did not do the service for us. The guy was really nice and he said he was going by the pricing in his book. They were prompt.

My appointment was scheduled in a prompt manner and Manny arrived on time. He was very courteous. He took the time to inspect the situation and considered the multiple scenarios to remedy the complex code compliance issues. He was quick to walk me through his suggestions as HVAC-speak is not my cup of tea. He researched possible solutions and reached out to my inspector for further clarification. He followed up the next day as he said he would. He encouraged me to reach out further to my initial plumbing company which I had done multiple times without success. I appreciated his forth right manner. No estimate was provided as I was able to rectify the situation following his prompting with my initial plumbing company given the education provided. Thanks, Manny - I really appreciate the time you spent walking me through this - it was greatly appreciated. I won't hesitate to reach out to Paradise should I need additional HVAC services.

Wow. Everything about my experience with Paradise Heating and Cooling was positive. I called the number listed on Angie's List and the call was immediately answered by John Demereckis. I told him that my furnace stopped working Thursday night. My house was getting colder by the minute. And, I was trying to find a technician to repair my furnace before the weekend. He asked me to describe what was happening with my furnace, which I did. He said he was pretty confident the solution would be quick and inexpensive. When asked about his service fee, he replied it is a standard $80. Better yet, if the problem was what he suspected the $80 service charge would also pay for the repair. He said he could be at my house within 30 minutes, and he was! The problem was exactly what he described on the phone. The repair was made in less than 20 minutes. After repairing my furnace he provided a free inspection of my hot water heater. He collected brand, year, make, and model information for both my furnace and hot water heater and explained that should I need a service call for either unit in the future he would come with the necessary parts. That's awesome!! Who hasn't called a repair technician who charged the obligatory service fee, then required considerable time to diagnose the problem, then had to retreat to "the shop" to get the necessary parts, and every minute and mile being billed at an "express service" rate? Receiving quick, honest, affordable service makes me feel like I won the HVAC technician lottery. John will definitely be my "go-to-guy" for HVAC service and repair. Thank you!!

My home is over 100 years old, so crawlspace was an issue that they had to work with. Hot water heater is a 40 gal Rheem, I like and is insulated, unlike the ones you buy at hardware stores. My furnace is a 96% multi stage. I had a new run installed to my kitchen area also. I love my new furnace. The multi stage furnace greatly inproved the constant temp in my house. They also installed a whole house humidifier, which is great! I had five bids for the equipment and work I wanted. Wow did they very. Be very careful, some companies want to take huge advantage of consumers. Many have sales people who feed you lots of b******* along with the outragous bids they spit out. Take time and get some bids. These guys are honest and provide good service and equipment.

The technician was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was polite.

I called Paradise after getting the run around from another heating company who gave conflicting information. I was honest with the tech (Ryan who is wonderful) about what we had been told and what the previous company had found. They went the extra mile, calling the manufacturer, and finding out what we were seeing was normal and did not require the expensive fix the previous company had recommended. Saved us a HUGE sum of money. That sort of honesty is rare and greatly appreciated. Paradise will get my business from here out. Also having them install an A/C at our new house. Two experiences with Paradise have been great. I highly recommend.

I woke up to discover that my furnace wasn't working on a very cold morning. I called Paradise at 7 a.m. and received a return call by 7:45. They arranged to have a serviceman out by 9 a.m. The serviceman was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, explained the problem, and promptly completed the repair. This is the third or fourth time I've used this company and have always been very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism.

It turned out OK. We ended up spending about $394 for a thermostat installation. He looked at the furnace and said that it had not been set up properly and that if we had a different thermostat then the furnace could run the way it was designed to run. So we had him put it in. He also put in a new filter but the way he did it doesn't allow me to change the filter so I'm not particularly happy with that circumstance.
