Mike was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He inspected my 4300 sq. ft. house in about 2 hours and provided me with a same-day comprehensive new home inspection report including really nice photos and detailed descriptions of all discrepancies. He also gave me advise on exactly which items I should expect the builder to fix and which ones I’ll probably have to take care of myself. His independent inspection of my new home is an invaluable resource. I would definitely recommend his services.

Jeremy was great he went through everything to make sure everything was right. He showed me everything he seen wrong and explained to me why it was wrong and what I could do to fix it , and that gave me more knowlegde on what the house needed and didn't need. Jeremy was very thorough on everything, and the best part is he took pictures of everything and label them on the report so it would be easier for the seller to see the mistakes or what needed fixed. Overall excellent experience and I would definitely hire again and I would definitely refer MC2 home inspections to all my friends and family.

We received MC2's number from a friend who used them for there recent home inspection. Called and spoke with Mike who spoke with me for several minutes and answered all questions I had regarding our home inspection. He set up a day/time with us on fairly short notice and in very terrible snow conditions. Very pleased with how quickly he worked us in, and didn't mind doing the inspection in the inclement weather. When I arrived at the home (10 minutes prior to appointment time) Mike was already there! Big plus. His company dropped off our radon test 2 days prior to inspection, which was a huge plus, so we didn't have to wait 2 more days for our report to be completed. Mike was very friendly upon arrival and seemed to have already gotten started on the exterior of the home. Plus! I had previously cleared with Mike having a fireplace inspector come out during Mike's scheduled time , to which he did not mind. Very helpful to be able to have them there at the same time. Other company missed huge deals with fireplaces and told me everything seemed to be in top notch shape. Mike visually inspected fireplaces later and notified us that all WAS NOT well with fireplaces. Great save Mike! Mike was very thorough and informative throughout the entire home inspection. He took the time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had without leaving me felling intimidated about some of the technical things I am not very experienced in (electrical and such). Mike kept me updated along the way with all the things we was finding. He did an excellent job at putting things in perspective for me (how bad or good things were in the bigger picture). After the inspection was finished he took the time to review everything and answer all questions I had. He did not rush me at all. He then told us we would have the radon test results first thing in the morning. Which we did (before 8 am next morning). He also said we would email a copy of the inspection to us by 9 pm, which he did. Report was very easy to understand and he took pictures of EVERYTHING. Which is very helpful and informative. He also sends very helpful information regarding new home owners and what to expect, contractor list, life expectancy of appliances and other very helpful information. Over all Mike Chaimberlain with MC2 Inspections did a superb job. Although I hope we do not have any more need for his services, I would call him again in a heartbeat for future needs. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

I was very pleased with my home inspection experience. I am trying to get my home ready to put on the market, and Mike was very thorough and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me referrals on request. He was professional, personable and efficient. I would definitely use him again or refer a friend.

it was a very gratifying experience from start to finish

Brian was great right from the start. When we arrived at the house about 5 minutes early, Brian was already out there checking the outside of the house! He was very personable and took the time to explain everything to us. Being a first time home buyer, it was very reassuring to have someone teach you during the process. The inspection took about 4-5 hours. Brian typed up the inspection and sent it to us that night! His inspection helped us negotiate with the seller over the recommendations that Brian made. We were very pleased with the service and will use MC2 for our next house. Highly Recommend!

He did a great job. He was very good and thorough. He sent a complete report with pictures to my email afterwards and I received that right away.

Mike was friendly, approachable, patient and gives enough of his opinion that you're not just given facts without some useful context. I left the inspection (which took 3.5 hours!) feeling very confident over what needed done and how to prioritize it.

Mike Chamberlain performed the inspection. He arrived early and immediately went about his business. He was incredibly thorough and professional and took time to explain every part of what he was doing. What we appreciated most is that he took time to educate us on not only what he was doing, but what we needed to do next. His written report came w/in hours of his inspection and contained recommendations, along with information on service providers who could take care of what we needed done. An incredible experience for us; we highly recommend Mike and will absolutely use him again.
