I needed my fireplace fixed. I messaged them and they never got back in touch.

Leroy and his co-worker are very professional and nice and explained the details of the installation. the work was completed ahead of time. I was originally schedule to complete the gas line installation for next week; although i asked if he could fit us in this week if possible; he was very prompt and courteous; the electric stove was on its last leg; he found time to fit us in this week! he was concerned that the old stove may fail so he took time out of his busy schedule to complete the work on a Friday this week. The installation was done professionally and completed promptly. I would definitely recommend L&R services in the future.

Leroy called me back within 2 minutes and then said up front that he was too busy to help me out. WOW! Great service before the service!!! Extremely professional!!!

It was excellent! Leroy was very responsive, showed up on time and very professional. He was thorough in his work and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I would recommend him to anyone who has fireplace servicing needs.

I thought that they did the job competently as best as I could tell. I don't think that $200 is cheap for an inspection. I used them before so I knew what I was going to be paying, I wasn't surprised by that. They got a spot off the glass of one of the fireplaces and the fireplaces have worked fine all winter, so I have no complaints about the performance.

I called and Leroy came over the next day to see what needed to be done and give me an estimate. He worked with my schedule and I had a working shower in days. His estimate was far less that another I received and was on target. He was on-time, fast and cleaned up everything as he was working. I would and will call him with all my plumbing needs.

I was contacted very quickly for scheduling after buying an Angie's List Deal for fireplace cleaning and inspection. The service was performed on time and as explained. We thought we needed a new fireplace it looked so bad, but after the cleaning it looks close to new. In addition to cleaning the logs, glass, he also preformed and inspection. Very happy with the service.

He did a fantastic job and was able to reuse some of the existing pipe to keep the cost down. He went the extra mile to ensure that the new line was as discreet as possible, even though this made it extra difficult for him to tighten the fastenings. He was great to work with and would definitely recommend to friends.

Leroy did an excellent job on the installation. He was responsive and professional and he did the job per his estimate. He also took the time to demonstrate the fireplace controls. I would highly recommend him for any similar job.

He was prompt and courteous. He laid out a mat in front of the fireplace and made sure the area was as clean when he was done. Very patient with all of the questions I had about the fireplace. When he left he told me to leave the fireplace running until all of the condensation was off of the glass and to give him a call if there were any problems. I was letting the fireplace do its thing and then heard a loud BANG from the fireplace and it would not stay lit again. I called hem right away and he asked if the pilot light was on (it was not) and if the gas was on (it was not). He came out on that Saturday and worked on it some more. He found that there was a wire connection that was not fitted correctly and was loose. After fixing that he made a few recommendations on things to help make the fireplace work better. We have him looking for a blower for the fireplace to make it work better and actually be useful instead of just a hot decoration. I would recommend his service to friends and family.

Leroy had to plumb gas from the heater/hot water heater (the only place where gas was provided) to the location for a new gas fireplace and to the kitchen for a gas stove/cooktop. I then hemmed and hawed about gas out the back of the fireplace cavity to the deck for a natural gas grill and/or natural gas fire pit. To the last second. Leroy reminded me kindly as one point that we had reached the decision point and so we went wth gas out to the deck. Oh, and he installed and tested the gas fireplace too!! Very well done, very professional. Later, on several occasions several different folks smelled gas in the back yard. Leroy came out and checked everything. Then he noted that there was some sort of gas distibution pipe system a couple of hundred yards back of the house and said that it was possible that the smell might be from there. In any case, he responded quickly. Leak tested every fitting and found no leaks. (During install he pressure checked the house at 20 pounds so he was confident that there was no leak at 2 o 3 pounds pressure of natural gas lines. Yet he still went ahead and tested every fitting, with a very fine and professional attitude.) I'll have Leroy swap out the aging water heater soon...

Serviced our fireplace. Showed up on time. Wonderful customer service. If I have any issues with my fireplace. I WILL CALL L&R AGAIN. Wonderful Company.

Leroy and David arrived on time, set to work and did a beautiful and professional job. Covered the floors with drop cloths explained everything done, made adjustments so changing batteries would be more convenient and even repainted the metal front of the fireplace. Cleaned up everything and made sure I was satisfied and all questions answered. I highly recommend L&R Services.

The team arrived on time. They went right to work expalining why they had to do what. They were fast, efficient and very easy to work with. They held tight to their estimate even though the job required quite a bit more pipe. I would recommend them to everyone I know. If you are running gas lines, gas fireplace install, etc. these are the guys to hire.

I was extremely pleased with Mr. Martinez and his helper. Mr. Martinez is definitely a master at his craft. He did a great job! He also, clearly explained to me, how to operate my gas fireplace safely( It hasn't been used in over ten years). I have another project underway, which Mr. Martinez will be doing for me.

I was completely impressed with his services. They cleaned up everything when they were finished and he was very knowledgable. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The final price was slightly higher than the original estimate due to the extra work, but his price was very fair and was significantly less that other estimates that I received for this install. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs a gas fireplace install, or any other fireplace work. He's a true professional.
