From the sales person who worked with me to Austin, the project manager, my exterior painting experience for my almost-50-year-old home was exemplary. I wish I could leave SIX stars in my review! Austin was quick to introduce himself, told me with confident authority that he had the ability to make sure that my experience would be amazing, and then proceeded to prove that in every step of the process. Maria and Marta came out and went over every square inch of my house's exterior, sealing cracks, re-attaching loose siding, replacing rotted wood around the windows, and graciously removing and replacing two shutters that, on the south side of the house, had been beaten to toothpicks by the Colorado sunlight. The house is newly sealed, tight as a drum, and the colors simply pop. I've had this house painted three times in the last 23 years, and this is, by far, the best work I've ever seen. Aric actually texted me by accident, but since I did need my house painted and I saw Kind Home Solutions had such great reviews on Google, I hired KHS. They did a great job and were even able to fix my siding issues first. Since I had 3 dogs to manage during the process, I appreciated how quickly the team was able to finish all the work. Kudos to all - high quality work and professionalism from Aric, Treven, Steve, Chris, David, et al. I definitely recommend KHS and will use their services again.

Working with Kind Home Solutions was an easy clear process. I appreciated how thorough Michael was when he came out and estimated the job and the rate he was able to offer. We had two other companies come out whose bids were not close to his. Emily kept us in the loop on all scheduling, and Chris and his painting team worked wonders. We did choose to replace more boards on our own than was put in our quote. I can not speak to the longevity of the painting because it just occurred. If possible, I will update the review next year because obviously longevity is key. However, more than my just my opinion, I am including photos for you to decide. I focused on overall and specific rough areas where boards were not replaced due to location to see how the painters handled them.

It was a great experience from start to finish. When I had questions I received an immediate response. The Project manager, Chris, was extremely helpful on how we should handle some issues relating to the house trim. He was on time for his appointments and did an excellent job managing the project. The men who did the actual painting did a fantastic job. They were very hard workers and always cleaned up the job site. I would absolutely hire this company again.

They did a amazing job on my cabinets. Listen to my needs and what's important to me. We're patient with me being picky and offered great suggestions when I couldn't figure what to do! Also as a local Realtor, it's very important for my clients and their sale on who I refer out. When timelines need to be met and the sale of my client's homes depends on it. I always worry about the painters, contractors, and anyone else I refer to my clients not only for the sake of my reputation but the worry of creating more problems. I'm glad I read the reviews about this company before I asked them for a quote, because the reviews were spot on in that this company delivers an excellent outcome for a cost that stays within your budget! They were very professional from start to finish with communication ahead of time, so that I knew exactly what to expect regarding timing, and the process for painting the house. They matched the colors I chose perfectly, the painting crew was professional and efficient, and had an eye for detail. All in all, my house looks beautiful thanks to Kind!

This company was one best companies I have ever worked with and I have lived in my home 35 years and have done 5 additions. By far, from office people to painters everything was excellent. Keith was the manager of our project. He checked in with me daily and returned phone calls almost immediately. Absolutely recommend

Outstanding experience from initial meeting/estimate with Brian through the entire project. Interactions with all members of the team were very professional and thorough: Whitney in the office, the Project Manager Jeremy and the painters Maria, Martha and Fernando. The prep and painting was flawless, updates throughout were timely and complete and the flexibility and punctuality of the team was great! Very happy with both the process and the final result.

Very well! They did an excellent job. Very thorough in prepping and protecting flooring, windows and adjacent areas; on time both days and finished a few hours earlier than planned. The painters were very efficient and responded nicely when asked to touch up a few minor things on the final walk through. Austin, our Project Manager, came initially to walk the job with us the morning it started and came for a final walk through to ensure the work was completed as hired for. I would highly recommend them. They were referred to us by a friend who was very satisfied with their work as well.
