The folks at Kind Home Painting were amazing. We’ve never had a better contractor experience. In fact it wasn’t like working with a contractor, it was like working with friends and family who were highly professional and responsive. They painted our entire house interior. Luis and his crew were friendly and detail oriented. They get our highest recommendation!

2nd time we’ve used Kind Home for an exterior painting project, and they have far exceeded expectations both times. Fair and honest pricing, and superior work. Steve, Marlon, and team were amazing!

Great! 5 stars! This is going to be longwinded which is very unusual for me but I want to give Kind Home Soultions their just due. They were fantastic! The interior of my home has not been painted in 50 yrs. I know because I did it last with my father and brother so I know it was way overdue. I took 3 estimates. One was quite a bit cheaper but only one person. The other person came out and didn't want to do it because of the age and prep involved. I almost didn't do a review from Kind Home Solutions because at first I thought they might be to big as my home is only 1000sq. I ended up doing so and one of the best decisions I've ever made! First Dakota came out and gave me a very fair estimate so much so that I didn't even haggle with him over price as I am a haggler and always try to get the best deal but they were fair for both sides. They also gave me a good discount for doing it within the week. From Dakota to Kate the office manager I believe to Lia the project manager on down to Jose and his crew. First rate! Outstanding job! My home has not looked this good in 50 yrs! I can't say enough great things about them from start to finish and it only took a day and half! I highly recommend them!! I could go on and on but suffice to say there are the best!!

This is the 3rd time we used Kind Home Painting, and each time we find out more and more. They are excellent at reviewing the home prior to painting, completing the job on time, and very helpful moving things back into place. The crews arrive on time, work hard and clean up (only some dust to clean up is left behind). You can watch them work, comment as they go and get the details the way you want them. Intro and Sales: From the moment that we were introduced to Kind Home at our front door through our experience with our estimator we knew that we made the right decision. Our estimator was knowledgeable making recommendations as we walked the home that also included gutter replacement and carpentry work. Our quote thorough, but easy to read and presented with no pressure. Care: Upon contract signature we were immediately contacted by the care team who reviewed the project, reviewed salient details, outlined next steps, reviewed expectations and answered our questions. Project Management: As scheduled our PM walked the project which required three teams; gutter, carpentry and paint. Our PM, with care, coordinated each team's schedule to meet our needs. All work was completed on time as scheduled seamlessly to us. End Result: Expectations exceeded! Kudo's to the paint team who is one of the most professional and courteous contractors that I have ever worked with.

I wish I could recommend all service providers as highly as I do these folks. My experience with them was phenomenal from beginning to end. Austin, the estimator, made sure all the details were included just the way I wanted. Yasmine, the color specialist, made fantastic color recommendations that ended up being absolutely perfect. Matt, the project manager, made me feel totally at ease about the whole process. Gabriel and his paint crew worked super hard. And Morgan, the account manager, was a delight to work with - her emails were like little rays of sunshine in my inbox. It might sound cliche, but everyone was so genuinely nice. And, just as importantly, they did an amazing job painting my house. It can be scary to spend a significant dollar amount on any home project, but I honestly don’t think I could have been more pleased. The price was super reasonable and the crew was lightning fast, but still did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone, without reservation!

Recently had Kind Home out to do some exterior painting on our siding, fascia, and soffits as well as to replace the gutters on our house. Overall, I would say our experience was positive, but since we had two phases to our job I'll break out this review by Painting and Gutters. For the painting, our experience was great! Everyone did great to communicate through the process, we knew exactly when the painters would arrive, they checked in before they started each day to let us know what they'd be working on, and also checked out before they wrapped for the day so that we could inspect the work or see if there was anything that needed to be addressed before they left. Touch ups were a breeze and we were super impressed with the attention to detail and quality! The gutters, however, were a different story. It was the complete opposite experience, actually. The gutter crew never checked in, never introduced themselves or asked about details about the project before they started, no one bothered to check out with us when they were done, and specific details of the gutter job that we had requested weren't actually implemented in the field. In fact, we had to request to have the gutter crew sent back out two separate times after the job was "completed" to fix issues that were overlooked. The first time they had to come back they seemed annoyed that they had to be working on our house, almost to the point of being flat out rude. For those reasons, I can't say I'd recommend Kind Home for gutter replacements. Our project manager Lia did a great job of hearing our concerns about this aspect of our project, but it sounds like the gutters are managed differently from the paint side of the business. If we ever have a need for painting services in the future we'll definitely be reaching back out! But can't say I'd consider using them for any of their other services, just seems like those lines of business need a little more focus to fit in with the overall customer service culture that the paint crew so perfectly embodies.

Amazing service and clear communication by all of the team who worked on getting out 43 kitchen cabinets and drawers painted. The initial sales person to the office lead, to the designer, to the job coordinator, to Osmar who is amazing in his ability to prep the cabinet bases and frames to the onsite and off site painters and to the overall process. I was getting my cupboards repainted and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Staff were professional and pleasant and the workers were great, on time and no messes. I love the work and will return to Kind for any new projects!!

Great communication from start to finish! From initial walk through, Brian went over everything thoroughly; setting up good expectations and follow through from Lauren. Finally, our Project Manager, Philip, did wonderful work and came back to the final walk through and did some minor though ups and small clean up. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Hosea and crew did a great job on exterior painting of my ranch style home. Mauricio did a good job on wood replacement. Lea was my project manager and kept me updated before and throughout. Paint selection (types) fully explained and timing and dates were accommodated .
