Excellent. Very good job, very polite and responsive. Added some extra move items at a reasonable price.

They called a day early and gave me a time frame for the move. They showed up a half hour early, scoped out the best way to move the piano to the truck, packed it up very carefully and moved it to the new house. After they set it up they let my wife have them move it around in the room until she was satisfied. They were very professional and friendly.

Excellent job. I was very impressed by Keyboard Carrier's professionalism. They called several times after the work was scheduled to check on timing and to confirm with both me and my aunt. They were on time and kept me informed of their exact arrival time. The men who did the actual delivery work were very pleasant and professional. They did their job very quickly and thoroughly and even let my 4 year old son watch. Highly recommended!

The movers were very friendly and efficient. They decided to move it through the yard instead of up the stairs, which resulted in a little bit cheaper charge.

It was a last minute move because I found an Estate Sale on its last days. The piano had to go to Lakewood, CO from Denver, CO within 24 hours. When I called Keyboard Carriers, the gentleman on the phone stated that he would add us into their already busy day. It was even a Saturday. They contacted me that they were picking up the piano 2 hours earlier than expected and brought it to my current residence. I was very pleased. They were careful and efficient.

The team at Keyboard Carriers was great - easy to work with in scheduling and confirming pickup and delivery, very careful not to damage the piano or the floors during the move, showed up on time. We provided instructions on where to deliver and who to ask for and they followed our requests to perfection. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Scheduling via telephone was easy. Service was prompt, efficient, careful and courteous. The two friendly, strong men who moved a 1923 Baby Grand Piano for us did a wonderful job for the best price I could find among local piano movers. I highly recommend them!

Excellent experience all around, from the office staff who provided the estimate and set up the move, to the movers who showed up on time with the right equipment and expertise. They were so careful to not damage the houses or the piano, and even tested it out after the move. This is the only piano moving company I will ever need.

I have used Keyboard Carriers on several occasions. They are absolutely professional, efficient, polite, and extrememely careful. The owner is very hands-on and knowledgeable about all kinds of pianos, including antique models. Each time I have used them there has NEVER been the slightest abrasion on my high finish ebony piano. I discovered that if moving an entire household, it is much better to have a piano professional handle my piano than using regular household movers.

Two different crews, one moved the piano out of the house, and the other moved the piano back into the house. The crew that moved it out of the house do not use quilts to protect the floor. They gave us quote over the phone. It was 90 dollars for each move. They did exactly what they said they would do. I would recommend them to others.

Keyboard Carriers was able to schedule a delivery on very short notice, arrived when they said they would, and took great care with the move. I will be contacting them again when the need arises.

Crew showed up on time and got the job done in less time than I thought it would take. They were very careful in loading the piano on the dolly and truck.

Our overall experience was really good, they delivered it right on time without any problems and it was very quick and easy. The window of time was not bad.

THE MOVERS ARRIVED ON TIME AS PROMISED. THEY ASSESSED THE MOVE AND STARTED THE PROCESS OF WRAPPING AND BREAKDOWN OF THE PIANO. THE LEGS HAVE TO BE REMOVED ON A GRAND PIANO. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AND WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS.
