We started in 1978 and have moved more than 85,000 pianos and keyboards since then. We move throughout Colorado and even bordering states. The office is open Monday through Saturday. We move Tuesday through Saturday, and usually need at least 2 or 3 days notice to schedule a move. For payment we accept checks, cash, or Visa and MC. We are called "Colorado's Most Recommended Piano Mover" simply because of our quality, reliability and longevity.

Not well. They say they require 2 to 3 days from that time you call to move your piano. It was over a week. Then our plans changed, as happens during a big move, and when I called to reschedule, they were rude and hung up on me. The woman said they require 24 hours notice, which I understand. My call to reschedule was closer to 20 hours. I tried to apologize, but she hung up. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don't know. But I will be using a different company from now on.

They did a great job. Originally were going to charge me for stairs, but took it off, because they used the truck ramp and didn't really have to go down stairs. The only tiny complaint I have is that when they called the day before, they said they would arrive at the pickup at 9:30am. They called that morning at 7:15a saying they would be there in 20 minutes. Luckily my mom was home. Otherwise went very smoothly.

We contacted them by phone, and they gave an estimate, which was accurate ($210 for move, $45 for flight of stairs). The movers showed up promptly at the beginning of their time window and had the piano disassembled and on the truck in 10 minutes flat. They were also very personable and polite, as well as professional. They drove the piano to our new house, and took about 30 minutes to get it moved into the house, down the stairs, and set up. It was great.
Description of Work: Moved the piano from our previous home in Denver to our new home, also in Denver. The piano is a 5'8" grand and had to go down a flight of stairs at the new house.

I hired Keyboard Carriers to move my baby grand piano from a second-floor room in a house in Littleton to my new house (first floor) in Denver. The three movers were very professional, punctual, careful with my piano and were kind enough to adjust the position of the piano in its new location so I could see different options. They also offered their opinions on piano positioning in my new house based on what they see when they move other pianos (I used their suggestions). Very happy with their service and price, and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Called them on a Wednesday and they were able to move my piano on that Saturday. They gave a call before heading my way and arrived right on time. The movers couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. The were very careful of not just my piano, but my floors and such. Once the piano arrived at my new home, they even dusted it off before bringing it in so as not to carry in the thirty years of dust on the back! I would use them again, and I will recommend them to anyone I know with a piano to move.

moved the piano down the stairs of the house we were moving from and over to our new home. Jason and Matt were very careful with the piano and once moved into the new house they patiently moved the piano to and fro until we were satisfied with the room placement. They arrived at the scheduled time and as request called prior to their arrival to let us know they were on their way. Steve and Amber at the office were great during the scheduling process. Would highly recommend these folks to move your piano. They care!

The gentlemen were very professional. It did not appear to be an easy job getting the piano down a narrow flight of stairs but the team worked exceptionally well together and accomplished the task without any hiccups.

They were able to schedule a delivery on the requested date with only four days notice. They called a day ahead to give us delivery window in the afternoon, as requested, and arrived at pick-up location in first 20 min of 2-hour window. The pick-up and drop-off took less than ten minutes each. They used a ramp on both ends to avoid porch steps. Delivery guys quick and professional. Even suggested we put pads on bottom of bench to avoid scratching hard wood floors pulling it in and out during use. Went off without a hitch. Very pleased with service.

I read great things about Keyboard Carriers and decided to have them move my family's antique organ. They lived up to their reputation and did a superb job. They arrived promptly moved the organ with ease and were careful to cover it and strap it in while in transit. They moved the piano into the new house carefully taking it down a flight of stairs. I would recommend Keyboard Carriers to anyone who needs an organ or piano moved.

Promised appointment window was set for 1:00 - 3:00 PM. They arrived much closer to 1:00, and ready to work. They were friendly, yet professional. At no time did we feel nervous about this undertaking, and there were a few challenges in moving this heavy, bulky piece. I was thoroughly pleased with their work, and their attitude. Moving a piano is not something that one does frequently over a lifetime, but if I ever do again, I will certainly cal these folks again.
Description of Work: Keyboard Carriers moved a grand piano from a private home in Colorado Springs to my home in Castle Rock.
