I should have read the other reviews. They refused to schedule a time with me. They would offer a day, an entire day, but refused to even give me a window of time that they would arrive to do the work. The woman I tried to schedule with said that they are busy, and would call me when they were on their way, but refused to tell me if they would arrive in the morning or afternoon. They basically expect you to sit at home all day waiting for them to arrive. I was floored by how rude the woman on the phone was, and how arrogant this company is, thinking that customers should wait for them all day. I bought their deal, and spoke to Angies List to get a refund. Do not hire them.

It was a little disappointing. They had to come back a couple of times. Their service offering was exceptionally narrow. I had to go out and get other service providers to fill in some of the gaps. My location is outside their service area. They felt like they had to come out and do it but it was clear he wasn't really happy about having to drive so far.

They came out and worked. My sprinkler system was pretty awesome. He's a wonderful guy. Somebody called me right away. I liked his professionalism and his attitude. He was very professional. He did it in an hour and a half. Price was good. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Their punctuality and professionalism were good. It took him about an hour.

Called to confirm what date they were scheduling out to before buying Angie's List deal but company refused to provide that info before I bought the deal - sketchy.

It was great.. The gentleman who came out was very helpful and did an outstanding job. There was a typo in address but company called for correct one. There is no way to edit in this review.

Richard inspected my sprinklers, adjusted and unclogged several heads for better coverage and advised me on the optimal watering schedule per the deal I purchased on Angie's List. He replaced three broken nozzles and repaired a broken riser extension. He was very friendly, helpful, punctual and quick with the repairs. Would definitely use again!

They did a great job. Communicated very easily. Called before arriving during the window - were super quick to fix things and I even had them come back out to replace a water pipe.

Chris Fairbairn has been fantastic to work with. He is very responsive and listens to design a system that meets your needs. The crew that did the work was on time, answered all of our questions, and left the job site clean and neat at the end of the day. When we have had questions or issues, Chris or one of his team members has been quick to respond either stopping by or giving us a call. The office staff is great to work with as well.

Arrived on time, polite, efficient. Technician offered some insight into our system (we just bought this house) without trying to upsell anything. we will be calling them again to prep and inspect the sprinkler system in the spring.

I saw Keesen's reviews here and on other sites and decided to try them out. Al, the owner, came out and listened to my concerns and checked the system. He immediately felt it was a water pressure issue. After checking the pressure and confirming it was low, he came into the house and increased it. He also recommended that I change two nozzles for better coverage. While doing that work, he also straightened out a head that was leaning back badly. After these repairs, the system operated better than ever and I could tell that I had a final solution to my brown spotted lawn. Here's the kicker. After spending 40 minutes here and doing all that work, I asked him what I owed him. His answer - "Ah, it was only a couple nozzles. I can't really charge you anything for that." Needless to say, I was floored. I know the parts are cheap, but he spent a lot of time here and time is worth money. It goes without saying that Keesen will be the only company I use for start up/shutdowns or any other sprinkler system issue going forward. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good guy to do business with.

Technician was on time and very professional. Did the assessment and recommended minor adjustments to each head. Repaired and replaced a couple head and cleaned up. Cost was reasonable except I noticed a "Fuel Surcharge" at the bottom. Didn't ask at the time but who needs to pay extra for that cost at today's gas prices???

Expensive! I assumed that a "comprehensive tune-up" would include simple adjustments to heads or nozzles without too much extra cost, but they ended up charging me $260 on top of the $89 tune-up for replacing four heads and a couple nozzles. $350 is too much to replace 4 sprinkler heads and a couple nozzles. I asked for an estimate before any additional work was done, but he told me he couldn't estimate because you don't know what needs to be done until you get in there. I agreed, thinking it couldn't be too much more than I had already paid. However, at $75 per hour labor and $16 per sprinkler head that I can buy for $4 at Home Depot, it very quickly was way overpriced. I don't feel like I even got anything for my $89 tune-up, since that didn't really even include anything and it was the same thing he would have done to determine which heads needed updated.

The service technician was very professional, adjusted each sprinkler head and explained how my system works and how to do minor adjustments.

Called and received same-day appointment (nice!). James arrived a few minutes early for an 11 a.m. appointment (thank you again!) When I walked him through some issues, he immediately noticed 1) Japanese beetle infested roses--yikes!), 2) drip lines were set for too short of time, 3) sprinkler lines were not reaching parts of yard (we suspected that the lines may have been cut during a driveway construction project last year). What could have been a BIG job to find where the leak was on 40' of buried line became manageable after James did some additional troubleshooting and identified an easy to reach leak, which turned out to be THE spot where the lines had been cut. He re-connected the lines, adjusted the drip time and was on his way to his next job. He shook my hand--and thanked ME for the business--and the charge was $129. Sometimes you get lucky and find someone who really cares about doing a great job--and actually really knows his stuff! James with Keesen did an excellent job from beginning to end. I would enthusiastically use him and the company again.
