They have been excellent and reliable. They are very professional and put on their booties when they have to come in the house. I would highly recommend them as well.

Keesen Lawn Sprinkler had done work on my sprinkler and the sprinkler plumbing came apart. I have been contacting Keesen since early October to get it fixed and blown out. I either leave a message with no call returned or I reach someone and am told the issue is being elevated to the owner and he would call me back. Two month later and nothing has been resolved. What are the odds that the sprinkler has further damage from freezing? This is very disappointing and a total lack of customer service.

Did not use this company - they were booked through middle of November and did not sound particularly sympathetic to fixing my leak before then. I was losing 55 gallons per hour and could not wait for them.

Keesen did a great job for a good price; my lawn looks great now.

A part was broken and they came back later in the week to finish the job and didn't charge me for the second visit. That was very fair of them.

Went well. I was impressed because he told me that we needed to get a water valve replaced in the system. He could have said nothing and I would have had major problems when it freezes. I called a plumber and they came out and said the same thing. Got it fixed and hopefully good to go next spring.

Winterized sprinkler system and got an estimate on a leak repair. They provided several options on the repair method and basic price ranges of each. Super knowledgeable and I will definitely have them perform the repair work in the spring.

I use them every year, in the Spring and the Fall. In the Fall for winterization. The Big Deal covered it all. I didn't have to pay anything else, so the price must have covered the winterization.

Adjusted sprinkler heads and replaced three heads with new heads to cover larger area of lawn. Checked automatic timer and showed me how to add additional days and zones on B and C circuits. Very professional and provided helpful advice.

There is hope for the service industry in Denver metro. Refreshing to work with a company who hires real pros that care about their work. Phil was our tech and he is awesome. He recommended I replace all my valves to save the rest of my summer. Quoted a price and hours it would take and beat them both. Showed up on time, communicated well, and didn't get pissy when we made a mistake and locked him out of the basement where he needed to turn on water. Very professional and never made us feel like he was rushed to get to the next job. I can't praise this company, or Phil, enough. Whatever Phil is getting paid, he needs a raise!

It was great! They were able to replace a needed part, and set up the sprinkler timers to help get my grass back to ideal shape.

I was surprised and pleased to receive a FULL REFUND from Keesen after my complaint on Angie's List on 7/31/17. I had not called the company back because I was so frustrated by my first experience that I did not want to bother or the bother. The refund was unsolicited by me. This tells me that the company has integrity and that it stands behind its work. Thank you, Keesen.

Sean determined what the problem was and had zones working as well as adjusting some other spray heads. The cost was very reasonable.

This company really knows what it is doing!

Quite well overall. The crew did everything that was promised and also a broken pipe which was on the bid. The only issues were that training on the new control unit didn't happen until I complained and I received an email that I should have paid before I got an final invoice with the down payment I had given them.
