Great! The gentleman was kind, efficient, and professional.

This was a $115 big deal purchase. That ended up just costing me a lot extra. I wound up having to pay about $80 more out of pocket. The receptionist was a total hag. They came within a month after I bought the deal. They insisted on being paid what they said cost to start it. I guess the guy seemed to know what he was doing. The office staff was completely rude. I almost canceled it as soon as they first called to schedule it, they were so rude. I decided to let them come out and do it since I had already paid for it. Then they charged me more and then called every four days or something wanting the money so I thought they were totally rude. I was just irritated by the whole experience. It was the office staff that made it an awful experience. The office staff was just ugly. That's the part that made me mad. He did the work in one day when he came out. The guy that came out was great. I almost called him to tell him his staff did not need to be rude. They did not even know me. They would have had a lot more business, but I won't call them again. Their price was more than they said it would cost.

KEESEN LAWN SPRINKLER SERVICE, INC. did an excellent job. I used their coupon from Angie's list. I wanted to have the service performed in October and they were able to the job scheduled, showed up on time, and did a great job. I look forward to doing business with them again.

It went well but after service one sprinkler started to leak water I have to call them back again to fix it the next day

That was fine, no problem we were pleased. We have no complaints, they did what we ask them to do they didn't charge us any extra they try to sell us anything else.

Phillip did a great job and arrived just when he said he would. It was about $10 more than the previous company I hired last year, but Keesen was much more reliable and responsive, so the extra $10 was definitely worth it.

They're awesome, they are very professional, on time. They were great. I was out there with them and they were telling my why stuff was happening. It was education as well as efficient. Definitely use this service provider. It's worth it.

It went very well! My husband used to do it himself, he will soon be 80 and he can’t. So he called them and they did it, and he approved of the job they did. It was when the sprinklers were turned on sometime in late Spring. I don’t remember the price. It is still working! It was quite fast, like a day or two, and that was at the busy time of the year. They did the job perfectly, it was repaired and continued to work.

We did use them in the past and they had always been very good. Since we moved, we don’t need their services anymore, because we don’t have a sprinkler anymore & that is the only reason. They were always on time. Excellent and good work!

Keesen did work for us. A tech named Richard did a spectacular job and we referred him yet to another party who also felt the same way after he worked there and we're looking forward to him coming in the spring after the winter to turn back on our system. He performed admirably and we're very appreciative.

It was fine. Great service provider. They were courtesy. They could wear booties for their feet when they come in the house.

Their work resulted in the system having a catastrophic breakdown and flooding my newly-finished basement, costing me thousands of dollars. They denied any culpability.

They did nothing. I bought the coupon for them to adjust my sprinkler system but the person that came over did not really know how to adjust it. They should adjust my sprinkler system. That's what the service was for. They would rather replace it with their brand of sprinkler system. I paid for nothing.
