Description of Work: I purchased the seasonal package for my sprinkler system. They came and turned sprinkler on for spring, performed a mid-season adjustment and blew out lines for winter. They called to schedule spring turn on and mid-season adjustment appointments. However, I had to call to get sprinklers shut off in October. I have had great luck with Keesen most of the time, but twice they have sent sub-par employees. The last time was for the winter shut off appointment. The employee thought I had a leaking peacock valve and wanted to replace it. It actually just needed to be twisted shut. Not sure if he blew the water out of the lines well enough because all winter long I had to leave the line open inside my basement and allow it to drip into a bucket. Otherwise, it was overflowing out the valve outside. I probably didn't catch this problem in time because the pressure valve/overflow valve (not sure of correct terminology) cracked and I had to replace it. The part cost $70 ish at Home Depot.

Description of Work: I have spent over 2 thousand dollars with this company to have them install a sprinkler system. I have a bunch of dead grass spots that have not been fixed. Patches are still dying. They are coming out again today and I will follow up with my review with them.

Description of Work: I used a big deal purchase for Keesen Lawn Sprinkler Service. The big deal purchase was $65. I spent a total of about $2000. Part of that was my fault. I wanted them to come out and do the turn on whatever the big deal was for and wound up needing to rebuild a couple of manifolds in the system. I guess that was the majority of it.

Description of Work: Chris arrived right on time to look over the front yard and give us an estimate. He itemized everything and answered all our questions. The estimate was in the same ballpark as other estimates we had gotten. We decided to choose Keesen due to Chris' ability to clearly answer all our questions as well as the water saving sprinkler heads and the moisture sensor included in the price. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were great. Not only did they install everything as described, they also took out an old tree stump and left everything better than they found it. Chris has come by several times to help us learn the system. He has also been available by phone when needed. We will definitely recommend Keesen to others! Terrific job!

Description of Work: We asked for the tune up knowing that there might be some additional work needed. they sent a guy who was so old that he shuffled. he billed by the hour and took all day to complete repairs that should have taken 1-2 hours. Then we had to call them back two more times to fix items that he was supposed to have fixed. They finally made it right, but I wouldn't recommend them.
