In and out without a fuss. Great job as usual.

The experience was great. After I purchased the Angie's list deal, Sandy immediately emailed me to try to schedule an appt. When I called in, I talked to Lois to arrange the appt. and she was pleasant to talk to. She called the day before to confirm the appointment and time. On the morning of the scheduled appt., Rich was having truck issues, so the office called to say he would be running a bit late. I appreciated that. Rich showed up around an hour later, and was very friendly. He talked to me about how the wireless rain sensor works, and where best to install. He installed it where I suggested, and then showed me how to override it, if I wanted to. Next, he focused on replacing some sprinkler heads and repairing a leak in our irrigation line. Because we'd just moved in, he asked me if I knew how to operate the sprinkler system and since I didn't, he took the time to show me how to program our timer. Rich was friendly and professional. He wore shoe covers over his shoes after working in the yard to protect the carpet. I appreciated that because we'd just had new carpet installed. I will use Keesen to winterize our sprinkler system for the winter, and would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. Price wise, I got great value.

When William was finished installing the rain sensor, we asked if he did installation of the new water saving sprinkler heads. He said they do sell them and gave us an estimate. We had them go ahead and install the water saver heads in our front yard. We have been been happy with the operation of them. We will not have a water bill for several months, so hope they will save money. He also reprogramed our system while he was here. We would recommend Keesen to others.

I got numerous quotes, only from reputable installers. Keesan's quote was very competitive, they were very informative about how they intended to perform the install, the design and the equipment. They took a little while to schedule, but I was installing at the busiest time of year. They brought two crews to complete the job in a timely manner. When they ran into water pressure issues, they revised the design as necessary with no concern for additional cost and until I was fully satisfied. They did a good job and used good equipment, they lawn was good as new in only a few weeks. They even helped with securing rebates from the water co. Overall I was very satisfied. Update 6 months later. Called Chris with some concerns about a couple areas that appear to not be getting enough water. He came out and checked it out and informed me that he thought it would be best if he added a few (4 more) sprinkler heads. He came back within a week and installed them. No charge, no issues - I could barely tell that he had been there. Another update. If that is not enough. Another month later I decided to install a patio in the yard. Gave Chris a call and they came out and helped me reposition a few heads to accomidate the patio. Unbelievable, these guys rock! I can't recommend this company highly enough. I have flipped several houses and used numerous contractors and subcontractors and this may very well be the best experience I have ever had.

William arrived exactly on time to install the rain sensor. It only took about 20 minutes. He gave me a Denver Water rebate form and explained how to file to get the rebate for the sensor. He asked me about how I had programmed the timer for the system, and suggested a different method that would prevent runoff and allow the soil to absorb the moisture more efficiently. He then asked if he could see the system in operation so he could check for problems. He noted that most of my 20-year old sprinkler heads were of the continuous spray variety, and said that Denver Water also had a rebate program for newer, water-conserving rotor heads. At my request, he quoted me a price on replacing them. It seemed reasonable, so I told him to proceed. Willliam called the office to schedule the job and said he would return at 1:30 the next day. Again he arrived on time, and installed the new heads. In the process he discovered that one of my underground water lines had been damaged by a fence installer, and he repaired it;. He then advised me on how to program the timer to accomodate the different characteristics of the new rotor heads. Through the entire process William was quite friendly and courteous. There was no pressure from him to do the replacement job.

How did it go overall? Let's just say it didn't go well at all.

Keesen went above an beyond. This was a Angie's List special at significant discount, but service was definitely top notch, Not only did they adjust nearly every head, but also taught us how to use some of the advanced features on our sprinkler programmable timer that we didn't know were there, saving us quite a bit in watering bills.

I was totally satisfied with the work. It was well worth the money. They were prompt and they were able to find a leak in my system that no other company had been able to find. I was happy I used this company. I plan on using them again.

They are wonderful. The work turned out just fine. They spent a lot of time aiming the sprinkler heads in the right direction. I was very happy with their service. They did a great job.

William, our technician, arrived 1.5 hours after the agreed upon time, with no call to let us know he'd be late. However, once on site, he worked fast, efficiently, and informatively. He offered opinions on how we could save $$, and tested all the equipment. He even hung around 'off the clock' once the job was done, just to make sure the system was operating to his satisfaction. All in all, except for the tardy arrival, the service was exemplary, and I will definitely use them in the future.

We purchased a big deal for this service provider through Angie’s List. He went to bring me a bill and it was way more than what I had agreed to. He didn’t know anything about the Angie’s List big deal that was in place. He had to call his office and get a hold office and then he honored the pricing. They did turn the sprinklers on and I eventually got a hold of someone who could help me with my sprinkler problems. After all that is said and done, I am happy with the way the work has finally turned out.

They did really good. They replaced some parts for free, and really helped since I have no knowledge on irrigation systems.

I wish he would have made it more like I wanted, but he did a good job.

They were very late for their appointment.

I took advantage of an Angies list Big Deal and I couldn't be happier with the price and service. Kessen sent out an experienced technican named William and he arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He quickly assessed my sprinkler system and reprogrammed the hardware - tested the system - and even gave me additional information about the system, valves and emergency shut-offs. William set me at ease with his confidence and know-how. I will definitely use Kessen Lawn Sprinkler Service again in the future and will be happy to recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Thank you Kessen (and William) for your exemplary customer-service and for offering the Angie's List Big Deal - it saved me lots of money and I really appreciate it.

I would recommend this company. I was very satisfied from start to finish.

Very prompt arrival and easy to contact. Technician was polite and professional. However, I do think in general that the service is overpriced. I have another contractor who performs same service for $50 but I wanted to see what a higher priced service would do differently so I took advantage of the Angie's list deal for $60. There was no real difference and normally this company charges $107 for this service. The entire process takes about 15-20 minutes and I act as the assistant turning on the areas as he observes them outside. He checked the lawn heads but did not do any repair or head change-out. He did tighten a valve. What I expected was for him to check and adjust each head for the trees and shrubs which he did not. He just listened to hear if they came on. That is the most important service to me-- to make sure each head in my garden is not plugged and is operating properly. However, no sprinkler turn on service seems to do this. In the future, I will do it myself. Certainly not worth $107.

Scott from Keesen provided terrific service. They will definitely be my go to company for my sprinkler system. On the date of the scheduled service, Scott called to confirm and to let me know he could come early because he has some cancellations. When I arrived, he looked over the whole system and explained everything as he went. I hadn't used the system since buying my house last spring. I had no idea what worked and what didn't and what the repairs would be. I decided to call Keesen due to the Angie's List Big Deal. As Scott and I walked through the system, he pointed out things I could do myself and explained how I could perform normal maintance on my own. When we arrived at a pipe that had been split by a spaking fork, he made the time to run back to the office, pick up the necessary supplies and then patch the line right there. He turned on and set the system and I'm thrilled to have that for the year! Thank you Scott and thank you Keesen!

I received an offer from Angie's list for a sprinkler tune-up de-winterization. I am a first time homeowner and single woman that is why I joined Angie's list. I dont know much about anything to do with sprinklers so thats why I jumped on the offer. The service manager Rich that came out was absolutely awesome! He was such a pleasure on many levels. He explained how things worked, gave me advice on how to save money, and was just a really nice guy. Cant say enough great things about him. I will defintely use Keesan again and will be asking for Rich. Thanks!

They are very courteous, kind and reliable. They came when we needed the help. They are nice people when we need the help. They checked everything before they left to make sure it was working correctly.

I have used them for years. Their customer service is great. The woman that works in their office is great.

They are always wonderful and do a good job. They are very professional and I have been using them for at least 10 years and would always call them.
