 + -1 moreThey actually came out twice. The first visit, the technician that came was adequate, but not great. As the end of the summer, another technician came out and blew out the sprinklers. He said the previous technician was no longer with the company. They offered a discount for the repeat appointment and that was really the only reason we went back. It wasn't a bad experience the first time, but the second visit was so much better. It was more of an issue with the technician than the company. I would consider calling them agian since the second tech was of a totally different caliber than the first and the discount was well worth it for us.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $65 for Sprinkler System Tune-up on Unlimited Zones.

Description of Work: James came to our residence and performed a turn-on and evaluated our sprinkler system. After evaluating the system he informed us of what he could do to save us money and bring our sprinkler system to a more water efficient system. He then installed the MP rotator nozzles and a rain sensor. We had significant savings in our water bills over the summer. The work will pay for itself and we have a beautiful yard now. Thank you!

 + -1 moreThey were great to work with. They came on time and did the initial work quickly. They returned in several days with the news sprinkler heads and installed them as well. I was happy with their work and have since used them for other sprinkler issues.
Description of Work: They came and inspected my sprinklers and recommended replacing the heads in the front with low flow heads. I had them go ahead and replace those. They also adjusted the heads in the back to make sure the yard was fully covered. They gave me the necessary paper work to get a rebate on the low flow heads from Denver Water.

 + -1 moreations so that they are not scattered all over my grassThe project went very well. The technicians were on time, worked efficiently, and completed the installation ahead of schedule. They installed the lines extra deep to avoid the light frost layer where possible, This allowed me to rototill the lawn areas without touching the lines and allows me to aerate the lawn in the Spring and Fall without any damage to the sprinkler system. They co-located the control boxes in the lawn to two locations so that they are not scattered all over my grass areas which is convenient for clean out and service. Upon completion a supervisor inspected the installation and walked me through the operation of the system. He set up the initial internal schedule to comply with the Castle Rock restrictions on watering - nice touch.
Description of Work: Keesen designed and installed a complete residential sprinkler system for our home. The system consists of 9 independent zones, 7 in lawn areas and 2 in raised bedding areas. The system was designed with the sprinklers along the edges with the exception of the bedding areas which are in the beds themselves. They are the pop-up style with the zone boxes located flush with the lawn. They did all the plumbing work required to tap the water line and all the electrical work to drive the systems. They installed the sprinkler control system just inside the garage access door on the side of the house for easy access.

 + -1 moreChris and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish! I can't really find anything to complain about. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, and very dedicated to doing a fantastic job. All of our questions were answered and everything was explained to us in detail. I feel they did their best to retain the integrity of the lawn during the installation process, even though it was very hot outside and the job was a messy one. About a week later, when we noticed one of the stations wasn't being adequately watered, Chris was quick to return and immediately fixed the problem without a moment's hesitation. They crew also returned in the late fall to winterize the system, included with the initial installation price.
Description of Work: Keesen installed a completely new sprinkler system and flower bed irrigation for front and back yards of my home. This included high efficiency sprinkler heads, rain sensor, and installation of central, digital programmer box.

 + -1 moreKeesen came out to turn on and inspect our irrigation system. Workman was knowledgeable and very easy to work with... even provided me with an opinion on a bug problem we were having! He made a few repairs to some of the sprinkler heads, one of which ended up with a leak. I called the company immediately and they sent the same tech out the next morning to repair the mis-repair!

We thought we would have to also put in new sod, however, after speaking with the project manager, Chris he assured us that our dead grass would thrive with the new watering system. He was right!  + -1 moreOverall, very good. The tech arrived on time, and knew his stuff. He cut out the old piece and soldered in a new one. It all worked great. My only gripe was the sticker shock. $350 for something that small, and it took only 30 mins, seemed like a lot. But I guess it's fair in this area.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional and courteous, I was always able to get someone on the phone and I appreciate them calling to schedule the blowout service.
Description of Work: I originally purchased an Angies List coupon for inspection check. The system is pretty old and we've been spending a lot to maintain it. The gentleman (forgot his name) who came out seemed very experienced, he checked the whole system and gave me some options and advice about what to focus on. He changed some of the sprinkler heads and made some adjustments to the watering schedule as part of the original service. I hired him to come back and dig up one of the valve boxes and replace the valves because we were continuing to have leakage there in spite of work done the previous year. He also dug and adjusted several of the zones so that we had better coverage. I didn't get any other estimates for the work - we'd tried other irrigation specialists and ended up with more problems than we started with. They called in October to schedule a blow out and I went ahead and used them. The gentleman who came was right on time and quickly took care of everything. He also mentioned a plumbing problem we had and suggested we might want to fix it in the spring.

 + -1 moreOverall, I thought he really knew what he was talking about, but I was a little disapointed in the overall quality of service I received for the 1/2 off coupon that was paid in advance.
Description of Work: Signed up for apprx 1 hour of service to repair some sprinkler heads. Was here about 40 minutes. Basically adjusted one head and looked at several others and said that they should be adjusted but never did any more work. We discussed an alternative to the sprinkler pattern I was using and he gave me a ball park estimate that turned out to be about twice that of two other companies that I had come out for the same estimate.

 + -1 moreWe had some problems with the initial services performed. They made it right and gave me a free end of season blow out of the sprinkler systems. I will give them a second chance.
Description of Work: Start of season tune up and repairs. The technician left some parts unrepaired on the back flow converter. Keesen came back later in the summer and fixed the unrepaired parts and gave me a free end of season blow out.
