KEESEN LAWN SPRINKLER SERVICE, INC.

Job was completed quickly and the system worked fine for several weeks. But one of the distribution pipes came loose while we were on a two week vacation, wasting a huge amount of water and resulting in a very high ($600) water bill. Keesen repaired the pipe for no charge, but assumed no responsibility for the wasted water. (I really didn't expect them to.) I would have rated them "A" except for the failure. They have done other work for me in the past and have done a very good job.

The repair person from Keesen was very professional and did a good job in all the repairs.

I was the last appointment of the day, so the technician didn't arrive until 6pm. I was scheduled as "late afternoon." At 4pm I called the office and was informed that he was finishing up with the previous client and would be coming. The technician called after finishing with the previous client and told me to expect him in about 20-30min. When he arrived we got right to business. He went over each of the zones of my sprinkler system with me and also set the timer for each zone. He went over each step in detail so I would know how to do it myself. He also replaced a leaking valve which had cracked during the winter. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would use them again. My only complaint was that I had to call them to get a status update instead of receiving a call explaining that his other service calls had taken longer than expected and he would be late in arriving at my home.

The person who turned on the sprinkler and found issues was super! I did not compare prices or get bids on the price. I didn't want to bother with that aspect. I had been paying considerably less over the years from the person who put in the sprinkler system and he had changed careers and left Denver. The price I paid this year may be appropriate, so my only suggestion is that others get two or three bids. I was pleased with the work.

After calling three other sprinkler system companies and having them tell me that there was not a problem, I decided to call this one and they got the job done! Water from our sprinkler system was going into two of the neighbor's yards and causing havoc. The other sprinkler companies that I had out to look, didn't bother to dig down to see where the leak was, but William took his time to check everything out and fix it! I definitely will be calling on them again for my sprinkler system needs.

The technician came out and checked all the sprinkler heads. He was super nice and professional. He did a complete check and fixed a faulty one. He also marked one that was being blocked by some tree branches so my husband could trim these. My lawn looks like a golf course!

The leakage in the box was repaired requiring removing rocks and some dirt at additional cost and sprinkler heads adjusted for proper coverage.

Cannot recommend this company enough! I called them up after our regular sprinkler guy said he needed $500 to replace the entire valve box and all the sprinkler valves in it. However, the tech at Keesen found out it was just a o-ring that was missing - something that costs literally a few quarters. It is this type of honesty and integrity that so many companies lack so give them a try! Honest, reliable, dependable, and timely (they showed up early!).

They dont get back to you quickly. Nice people but arent as responsive as others. Will go another route. Angies list promptly refunded me.

Solved the problems created by the original installer quickly and efficiently. I need to hire him again to tweak the system now that I've changed some of the plants in the greenhouse.
