Tech provided information on how to improve our overall lawn coverage by replacing heads. Adjusted heads and confirmed system was functioning properly.

Very prompt, polite. Explained everything in detail. Gave me options, no pressure. Good service guy, really knew his stuff.

I was happy withthe service and would use Keesen again.

The technician was friendly and answered my questions. He adjusted about 2 heads and repaired one that had a rock in it. I was hoping for more than this, such as checking the valves and helping locate a leak. He showed me some new sprinkler heads that one could get a rebate for using. I do not feel this was worth the amount I spent, but I don't hold it against the company. I don't know if I would use them again or not. They are knowledgeable but expensive.

Arrived on time, got straight to work, which is what customers love to see when they are paying by the hour! He evaluated, adjusted, and repaired every sprinkler head and connection, and optimized our watering schedule on the timer. I'd hire Keesen again in a heartbeat.

The work required to start up our system was probably more than what the provider expected. Besides the irrigation check-up and start-up, there was an added request to change the external/internal line connection which was done very well. There were leaks in the system requiring replacements which ended up not being thoroughly check or replaced. There were repeated return visits upon calls to them that the system was not up and running. All in all, the project was bigger than expected on all parties count. However, the communication was well below standard for professionalism, which their price for services was. Not a good value or attention to all the details.

It was great. We've actually used them before and since then. They have always been great.

It turned out well. They took a look at some of the areas where I was missing sprinkler coverage and gave me some consultancy on that. He was able to fix one of the problems I had. My only negative towards it was I guess there should have been a greater description based on what exactly does that deal got me. I thought there might be some maintenance involved with that. The guy that came out was very friendly, nice and professional. He did take care of a couple of minor issues for me that I was having but I thought there might be more included than what was actually done on the deal.

The tech worked hard and got my system working again. We had to reschedule a return visit for some additional problems which were done by the same tech and he got my system working satisfactorily. We have an old system and he did a thorough inspection for leaks and replaced several heads. It has worked well since his service.

The service went fine. I had them do some additional work that wasn't covered under the deal.

Punctual. Replaced one small part that had failed. Aimed sprinkler heads. Came back out to re-aim some. Didn't comment on missing / non-code installation. Had to pay another company $300 this year to bring the system to code and have it function well.

It turned out fine and they were good. There were charges for extra things, but not for the big deal. There was a broken sprinkler head. They asked me prior to charging me for it. I do not have anything negative to say about them. They were really busy. I would use them again.

Worked with Chris on a new sprinkler system for my house, roughly 1/6th of an acre with 4 zones total, two spray and 2 drip. I received bids from 3 companies, two very highly reviewed here on Angie's List and then another company my neighbor uses. The neighbor's company quoted me $5300, Keesen and the other Angie's List company quoted me right at $3500 (Keesen was $50 cheaper). Chris' presentation and the system/parts quality and design seemed like the better product, so Keesen won. Install was 2 months later: if you're thinking about a sprinkler system, be sure to schedule with them ASAP. Their install crew is very skilled and very busy. Now that the sprinkler system is in, I can say that the investment is definitely worth it. The system performs perfectly, the controller is easy to use and the new lawn is growing in nicely. A+, I would definitely use these guys again.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. They are fine.

They were good. Everything came out satisfactory. My big deal had an extra charge because I had to get extra parts. I did think it was a little bit on the expensive side.

Although there was a problem with them getting here at the appointed time, once they got here, it was ALL positive. (They had to drive down to Castle Rock in morning rush hour.) Very professional and also friendly. Got right to work, no stalling. There was a trainee with "Billy" (the tech) and he was just as professional and just as courteous. Makes me feel comfortable about the future of the company. I will be calling them again in the fall to blow out the system and winterize it. VERY happy with them.

I tried to get the Big Deal but I could not. He did a good job. He was just not as personable as the person I had had out before.

Their prices are competitive prices. They've been in business for a long time. They seemed to be fairly large enough. The gentleman that came out to do the work had been with them for a long time and had a long of experience in doing this.

Dave was kind, professional and did a fantastic, professional and clean job of the repairs. He worked with me when i had to leave for another appointment and then called with a follow-up to let me know that he had completed the work, what he had done and to check that everything was done well. Chris was also a fantastic guy to work with. Professional, easy-going, highly knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable assessment of our yard and a quote for the front sprinkler system. He listened to my concerns and our long-term plans for our landscape, gave advice on a few issues we had with some previous landscape contracting and was very straightforward on his schedule and availability for the work. I *highly* recommend working with this company and i can't wait to get my new system going for our new front yard. Even the people who answer the phones are kind and informative.

Tech was prompt, polite, helpful. Answered all my questions. Set all sprinklers. After a few weeks, still had substantial dry spots, called for help. For additional fee, same tech returned, verified that system was working correctly. Helped reset the timers to make the best of watering during current restrictions.
