If it weren't for the Angie's List coupon, the price would have been a little on the high end for me, but Keesen Lawn and Sprinkler Service did a great job. The service manager came out to take care of this job for me. Also, the valve for my sprinkler system is hidden in my crawlspace. He graciously went down there and located it for me even though a crawl space is not a nice place to be.

I called on Monday to inquire about sprinkler blow out and I still have not received a call back from this company.

Rich came out to do the sprinkler blow out of our sprinkler system. We just moved in this year, so this is the first time I've had THIS system blown out. He took great care in explaining what he was doing, some tips on what to do next year and even tightened up a bolt that only an experienced professional would have known enough to do. The price I paid was from the Angie's list special $60 blow out, which is the most I've ever paid to have my sprinklers taken care of, I think it was a little pricey, but okay. I appreciated Kesson's attention to detail and I think that they have a good deal of pride in their work. Would definitely recommend.

It didn’t go so well. I had a lot of sprinkler issues in the next few weeks that they thought they had fixed. So I ended up calling another company that fixed it for me. They were very slow to respond and I couldn’t book an appointment even though I already had them tried them. It was lucky that I found another sprinkler service provider.

Sprinkler shut-down. Prompt, polite service. Have used this company before and always pleased with their work.

New sprinkler system. Installed as promised.

Fall blow out lawn sprinkler system. Service was about as expected. Nothing to write home about, but got the job done.

Right on time. No hidden cost. Very nice gentleman, David, came and did a great job.

It went great. The provider showed up on time, called before arrival and was done quickly and professionally. He gave good tips on what might need to be done in the spring to get the system fully operational as the clock that controlled the system wouldn't activate the front zones at all. He had to open those valves by hand. Additionally he gave some advice on what needed to be done to clear out some troublesome weeds in the back yard. All in all things went great.

I bought the deal to get our sprinklers winterized for a 20% saving. Within 30 minutes the office called me to schedule a date and time. The day before my scheduled time I received another call to confirm. He showed up when they said he would, he was very professional and did a great job. Would absolutely use them again for any future irrigation needs.

They did a great job. Our system is very old, so he had to dig out one of the drains to hook the air compressor into. Took some extra work that would not normally be required, and didn't charge extra. Would hire again.

They were professional from scheduling my appointment to doing the work. The gentleman that did the work was punctual (even a little early) and professional. He was very thorough and made sure that all of my questions were answered. We will definitely be using them again!

Installer was on time and very personable. Not extremely professional, which was not a big deal to me, but if you are looking for someone prim/proper, this wasn't your guy. But I base relationships on results, which could not have been any better. Highly recommend Keesen for their price and quality.

I initially met with Chris on June 24th to get estimates for installing several sprinkler zones in my yard. He was punctual for the appointment, and took his time making sure we had an understanding of what I wanted. He said that he would get back to me soon with estimates and a formal plan. I did not hear back from Chris for 7 weeks. I contacted him only because I had not yet found another company to do the job. He said that he could not find his notes, and would have to come out again to look at the yard. I met with Chris again on August 6th. We discussed what I wanted, and he promised to have a plan and an estimate the following week. He said that they had room in their schedule in September to do the work. I still haven't heard back from Chris or anyone else at Keesen.

High Angie's List rating. Upon contacting contractor, we had a professional phone/appointment experience. Contractor came on time, performed work as contracted, priced completed job as contracted. Not the cheapest contractor we contacted but Angie's List rated the contractor high so I expected good customer service which I got. Follow up visits to fine turn system were not questioned. Follow up was timely and occurred with the same level of customer service as original visit with no additional charge. We would recommend Keesen.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. He showed me how to turn the system on and walked me around the installation to find any damage. He found a number of heads that required repair or adjustment and one or two that needed quite a bit of work. When all the repairs we made, he showed me how to operate the system and program it to comply with the Town's watering schedule. The charges were very fair and explained to me in full. I appreciate the time the technician took to show me how the system is set up, what needed to be done, and how to program and maintain the system in the future. I will certainly be contacting Keesen in the fall to winterize the system.

Such a great deal. Our guy was awesome. He came out opened everything up, made adjustments to the system and it has been great ever since. Great company, I highly recommend them!
