Everything went well. The technician showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and was very knowledgeable. Ultimately, it was a good experience, and I would recommend the company's services.

Everything turned out well. The technician did his best to winterize the system considering that it was quite old. Furthermore, he arrived on time, was very personable, and cleaned up after himself. However, there was a $20 surcharge for coming out on a Saturday.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They were on time, but the fellow who did the service called ahead to let me know he was going to be a little late so everything was fine.

The initial winterization was ok just that the guy talked a lot about his wife and her cancer. Just get it done please. Maybe he missed the leak I don't know. Second guy fixed the leak I record time and was quick, professional and clean.

We've been happy with them. They did a good job. We were happy with their service. They didn't do the best job at first so they had to come back out. They came back and made it right. The price was very fair.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out great. They were fine and we are going to use them from now on. They were on time. The technician was friendly and seemed to really know what he was doing. He explained to me exactly what he was doing during the process. It was pretty reasonably priced for the special so it was a good price. The service was exactly as it was priced on Angie's List. He was right on time. He was really knowledgeable.

After purchasing my $55.00 deal on Angie's List and putting in the specified dates I was available for the service I waited for a call from Keesen. I did not receive a call within the next few days so I called them and spoke to a man on the phone who gave me a date and time for the service. On the date of my service no one arrive at the scheduled time. I called Keesen, spoke to some woman, and learned that the work order had not been put on "the list", she then said they would call their worker and he would be by some time around 5:00 PM. A man arrived around 5:00 PM and was not happy and acted rather grumpy. He went to the main sprinkler spent five minutes or less looking at the valve and said he could not blow out the sprinkler because of the valve. I asked him how much the repair would cost and he said between $300.00 - $500.00. He said I needed to call the office back and schedule another visit. He never apologized for not showing up at the scheduled time or smiled. I called the office back and spoke to what sounded like an older woman who could not help me and told me to call back to speak with a different person ( don't remember the names). I called back again and spoke to a younger sounding woman who estimated me a price for the service in the upper $280.00 to $300.00 range. I scheduled the service. On 11/07/2013 a younger service man arrived in the scheduled time frame, smiled and shook my hand, and I showed him the valve. He took about 15 minutes to assess the problem and told me he had to leave to get a part and gave me a time frame in which he would return. When I asked him why the other older man could not blow out the sprinklers he said that he could not have done it from the main valve, but he might could have done so from the other connection area I had show him. The young man left, came back in about 30 - 45 minutes, repaired the valve, blew out the sprinklers and presented me with a bill for $386.57 for the valve repair. I had already paid $55.00 for the sprinkler blow out. I paid the young man with a check and he left; he was very polite and professional the entire time. When my husband returned home he inspected the work and said it was a very good job; however, when I showed him the bill he was very suprised to have been charged close to $200.00 for a valve that costs around $35.00. He had previously made some calls concerning the valve and knew its price. I am giving Keesen an over all "C" rating, instead of a "D" or "F", only because of the polite young man who did a good job with the valve.

I've used Keesen before for sprinkler maintenance and they're always easy to contact and schedule. The sprinkler winterization was quick and efficient, and the technician had offered recommendations about relocating some heads that were prone to freezing. I will be contacting Keesen again in the spring for maintenance and upgrades.

The service man was on time and quickly drained the sprinkler system. He located my shutoff value for the system and marked with for future reference. He also told me about the need to disconnect my water hoses so my outside faucets won't freeze. A little above the call of duty!

I would like to get a refund for the service I purchased from Keesen Lawn Sprinkler. I scheduled them to come on Friday 11/15 at noon. They were supposed to call when they were on their way. Instead, their office called after 1 PM saying that their employee had told them that he had come to my house and no one had been home. That was completely untrue, considering I had been sitting on the front porch waiting for him. Then they called him back and he said that the reason he had not come to our house was because he could not find a parking spot, even though there were several right in front of my house. When I asked if he could come back, they said they had already sent him home for the day, and it was only 1:45 PM. I wasted two hours of my day waiting for these people to not show up. I will not reschedule this service with them after that experience and I would like a full refund.

Used a discounted Angie's deal. It was a bit difficult to finally speak to someone to get it scheduled, but once contact was made, there was no issue. The tech was about 45 minutes late but as I work from home it was not an issue. I have recently purchased this home and know nothing about sprinkler systems. The tech explained a few things to me and overall it went smoothly. And just in time - snow storm and frigid temperatures came next day!

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They were great. The price was good, he showed up when he said he would. Did exactly what he said he was going to do. They came out less than a week after purchasing the coupon.

Additionally, he identified a leak in the system which he suggested I have repaired in the spring. He was prompt, pleasant, and informative. I will definitely use this service in the future.
