What a courteous and responsive company. I requested an estimate and met with Chris. He was professional and kind. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate a partially installed sprinkler system that had been left incomplete by a previous contractor. He also discussed with me potential landscaping needs. From there, he supplied me with an estimate within the timeframe given. Further, when I had follow up questions, I was impressed with the prompt response from Stephanie in the office - who indicated that Chris was in the field and would get back to me no later than the following morning, which he did. I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff and the system they have in place to ensure no communication falls through the cracks. I also really appreciated Chris and Keesen's willingness to work with us and our budget - and their patience with us given our past bad experiences with other contractors. I was impressed with how the company handled the bid and Chris' professionalism when we went another direction -- even offering to be of assistance later down the road should a need arise. As a result, I am looking for opportunities to work with Chris and Keesen in the future.

I am upset with the business because the tech didn't want to replace the valve in the backyard. When they went to fix the issue the backyard was tore up and I had to replace the sod. In May of 2013 my water bill was $56.14. In May of 2014 it was 118.00 double of previous year and that is with the sprinkler system shut off for 10 days. In April of 2014 it was $18.00. I know this is the sprinkler system due to my water meter. The tech is the one who set my sprinkler timer and there was no reason to adjust it to begin with. The program set was doubled by the tech on two separate programs. They left me no instructions how to set the timer when it was originally installed. I'm getting no response from the business for help with the timer and I have had to spend time tracking the information my self and fixing the issue. Two years ago, in 2012 this business burnt my lawn due to a timer issue as well. Any time I have a tech come out I have issues and they have had to come out again to fix their mistakes.

Installation went well and as scheduled. There have been a few issues with failing rotators, which might be due to lowered water pressure and calcifying pipes in my older neighborhood. Chris Fairburn has taken extra time and expense to make sure that the system works as it should. Very professional and easy to work with.

They were really nice guys. They identified a few things that needed repaired. They were very honest and upfront. I would definitely use them again.

The experience was fine. Our pipe exploded in our wall when it was cold, so we don't know if it was bad winterization by them, or if we had another contractor who poked around with the pipe. There is no way to tell either way. They were professional, and they showed up, and we had a problem, but we don't know if it was because of them. They were punctual.

It turned out well. They bled the lines and winterized them. They were courteous and timely and the price was right for the work.

We have used Keesen in the past for various problems we've had with our sprinkler system, and have usually been happy. However, when I called to verify this appointment, I was a little disappointed that the office refused to give me a time window when the tech would show up. She flat-out refused to commit to ANY time-frame, which I found odd. Even the cable company can give a better estimate than and quot;sometime tomorrowand quot;. When the tech showed up he spent a few minutes trying to dislodge the obstruction. After about 15-20 minutes he told us that the valve would have to be dug up and replaced, a $1600 job! I was a bit stunned and called another company to look at it. 30 minutes later I had a working system (for under $100). I'm kind of surprised at the lack of effort and eagerness to jump to an overly expensive fix.

James who came out from Keesen to do the work has been at my house on several occasions. He always did his job in a most efficient and Professional manner. I cannot express how happy, I 'am with the service provided by Keesen.

The big deal experience with Keesen Lawn Sprinkler Service Inc was great. I already have told a friend or family member about their services. They did do a good job and were on time. The price was fair. I would give them all 'A's. They were great. I already have used them again.

They were very accommodating and their responsiveness was fantastic. From the initial call to the follow-up call, she always called me by name. They made sure we got the coupon through Angie's List and did a great job. They were able to complete the weatherization in about 30 minutes. I did feel the price was a little high but it we needed to have it done early. We would use them again.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It was very expensive. They fixed a few things, but they didn’t really resolve my issue. My sons ended up having to fix it anyway. The big deal was for $75. I had to pay a lot more. I probably would not use them again in the future.

That service turned out just fine and it was a simple service. My wife was home when they came out to do the service. She also did the scheduling too.

The service was terrible, and I would not use him again. The guy came out, he basically did nothing. He was really snotty, and the first thing he said was, his whole attitude was that we bought the special deal, but it doesn't cover much. The experience was really unpleasant, he was really unprofessional, and I had to go back to go and check what we were supposed to get. He was supposed to follow up with a rain gauge, but he didn't do anything, so we will never use them again. He didn't do a very good job, and I feel it was his intent to get us to pay more. The price wasn't good, because subsequently, I heard that my neighbor got a cheaper deal, and they did a better job. I would never use them, and will never recommend them.

Very professional and responsive service. I would recommend them to anybody who needs help with any sprinkler related services.

Was able to setup an appointment easily. We were not actually home when the service was completed. We had turned off the water to the system the night before. The gentleman that performed the service arrive the next morning and called me to confirm the service and it was completed without any issues. We have not restarted our sprinkler system yet but it looks as though everything was serviced correctly. We did use the Angie's List coupon for this service.

Punctual and did a great job

I didn't have any trouble. My wife was there at the time and she didn't have any complaints. I think they are little high on the price.

They do both the turn on as well as the shut off, have been using Keesen for years and have found them to be very reliable and punctual! have no problem telling others of Keesen!

We had a very positive experience with Keesen. They were easy to work with on scheduling, and the tech arrived on time and thoroughly explained the process. He also was very patient in explaining to me what I would need to do in the spring to get my system up and running again without another service call. Highly recommended!
