Excellent. They had to come out three times this spring as our system is old and fragile and were fantastic all three times. Great job to all the folks at Keesen :)

First contact was friendly and professional. We agreed on a time and I received a confirmation message. Service Provider told me anytime after Noon. Showed up at about 5 pm. A little later than I expected so called to confirm and their number said it was disconnected -- was worried until provider showed up. (Not sure what was going on with their phone number.) Provider was polite and professional. Put temporary fix in place as they did not have the part. Said they would come back on Friday to put in the part. Which they did and I am all good now. Overall despite the phone issue, was very pleased.

Work scheduled for 8 am - worker showed up at 8:35 am. No call to say he would be late! When I set up appointment - I was NOT informed that the service charge provided me with ONLY 20 MINUTES of work! Service charge was $90.00! Then I was charged another $63.75 for fixing one sprinkler head. The total was $163.62 - for less than one hour of work!

Very bad. did not even touch any thing. to do any thing guy came told he needs at least $250 in addition to what I payed. ridiculous. I am going to call Angies List and will ask for my money back.

Bought Angie's list deal only to find out my service area (Mead, CO) not covered. Had to get refund.

ARRIVED ON TIME, EXPLAINED RECOMMENDATIONS, AND PERFORMED THE SERVICE

A first class job, no shortcuts. The owner came by each morning to check the progress. Excellent communication. The workmen checked with me about every detail and taught me to use the timer controller box. The guarantee can't be beat. Highly recommended.

I purchased an online deal in advance. I am new to using sprinklers and had no idea how they work. James took the time to explain how everything worked. He answered my many questions. He took the time to explain in detail how to set up the timing system for watering. He was friendly and made things so much easier to understand. It was well worth the money to have someone knowledgeable to set things up and make adjustments. I can now relax for the rest of the summer and let the system do its thing. I highly recommend this company. You get what you pay for.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Keensen Lawn Service. I knew buying the Angie's List coupon that it would be a few days before the company would be able to get to my sprinkler system, but I felt that once I bought the coupon I was stuck and just had to wait. As protocol, Keensen was to call me the next day to schedule an appointment. I was not called until 7 days later, and then had to wait another week for my appointment. The day of the appointment, they needed to reschedule until the following week, putting the appointment 3 weeks out. When I originally called, the person on the phone told me they would be there within a week, therefore I bought the coupon. I would not recommend Keensen Lawn Service do to the lack of responsiveness. I do have to say, the gentleman that worked on my sprinkler system did good work and for that I am thankful.

Come once then one of the head installed leaking water, come back again to fix it.

The service was fine. They charged us more than the $65 and I already knew we were going to do this. He had to change up something on my pipe in the basement that was maybe another $100. Their price is a just a little high. I actually switched to somebody else for my set-up this year. They showed up on-time. If I needed something like a pipe installed or a basic set-up, I am just going with the cheaper guy that I found. Sixty-five is a lot for just a blow-out.

I've had 4-5 people look at my sprinkler system over the last 9 years, and no one has been able to get it to cover the whole lawn. But Dave came out, and in no time he tuned up the system to cover my whole lawn. He did a great job.

James arrived right on time, and was cordial and professional during the entire visit. He was thorough, and spent the time to diagnose and repair a stuck valve and broken solenoid in my system, and didn't even charge me for the parts he put in. All the while, he took the time to explain how different parts work, and was quite helpful answering questions and just plain being friendly. He obviously cares about making customers happy.

Ok. The technician was rather gruff and not very friendly. He dismissed my knowledge of our system.

Excellent service. Previously established service relationship after an incomplete repair by another company. Keesen remedied the problem with ease and excellent service. Would use again.

The installation of the sprinkler system went fine but was not built to last. The sprinkler system worked barely two summers, before the valve on the main manifold broke causing the entire system to leak. I only found this out when it was discovered by the guy (from another sprinkler company) who blew out the sprinkler system last Fall. Because this valve should not have broken apart, especially after only one year of use, and because the system was still suppose to be under warranty, I call Keesen and talked to the owner. He said that because they were not the ones that blew out the sprinkler system, the warranty was now void. No work was done except hooking up an air compressor and blowing out the sprinkler lines. I would have used Keesen to blow out the sprinklers but they wanted $85 which I thought was a ridiculous price, much more expensive then many other companies. Because Keesen is not willing to honor their warranty, I now have to pay to get it fixed before I can use the sprinkler system again. This valve should not have broke the way it did. Not only did the sprinkler system installed by Keesen not last very long, apparently Keesen does not believe in keeping their customers happy. Don't believe Keesen when they tell you their work is under warranty. I found out the hard way that it's not.

Put in a request, never heard back.

The repairman called prior to coming, giving us a ten minute window. He looked over the system and I could see immediately that he had zeroed in on the problem and was knowledgeable about its maintenance. He fixed the issues within 30 minutes, checked that it worked, explained the problem, made sure I knew what I needed to keep it functioning all summer and that was that. What a relief!

Very thorough, professional, and courteous

I have been using Keeson for the last 4 years to blow out the watering system and prepare it for winter. The first year, I watched him do the work, discussed any repairs that should be done, and asked him for pricing for the repairs. He offered what I considered a fair price. He was very polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. For many years, I did this myself with my family, but we are all older and no longer able to do it efficiently. Keeson did the work correctly, efficiently and I plan to use them for many years to come. My watering system is very old. Some of the valves leaked and he recommended repairs when he used the air pressure on the system. He was careful and worked very quickly. I appreciate the fact that they contact me in the fall to remind me it is that time of year again and that I should get on their calendar. The office staff is very nice, helpful and efficient. They now schedule the time for them to come out and I just leave the key with the neighbor and they do the job. Never had a frozen valve, water head or frozen line. No damage to trees, fences or bushes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They may not be the cheapest service, but I prefer quality over saving a few dollars.

Went great, very thorough and walked us through the zones and the system since we had just moved into the home. Blew out the lines for winter and explained the process, very friendly and courteous service.

Arrived on time and was super nice. Got the job done, gave us an update and we are ready for the winter. We will keep using them for sprinkler servicing. I can recommend their services.

It went well. I would call them to start up the sprinkler system in the spring.

Very good. I scheduled appointment with office and Chris came out at appointment time within 1 week to give me the install estimate and plan. I called the office back to pay deposit (1/3 of total) and 2 weeks later work was completed as discussed by Chris's work team of 3. I was instructed on use of new controller by install team, we ran thru all zones to be sure all was working and then Chris returned the following day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I also had Keesen come out to blow out the system for the winter which went well. All workers were on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves.
