Description of Work: I called to have my sprinkers checked. Some of them did not work. Bill came out and made a hugh listof what needed to be done. He said they would call me with the costs and would be out to check again.They never called or came out. Very bad service and I called a different company.

Description of Work: I responded to the Angies special. I didn't need a startup, but I did need a couple of other things. They checked what I thought was two blocked heads, but weren'tblocks, and added two additional drip heads. They also raised two heads a couple of inches. Description of Work: came out to turn on our sprinklers...took a ridiculous amount of time to get an appointment. The Price was was higher than our regular guy & got overcharged on sprinklerhead--just know this, never again-thought we'd do good with Angie's List but our guy is better.

Description of Work: I received Angie's List as a christmas present. Thought I would try it and found Keesen as part of the group. I called Keensen way back in March for sprinkler system start up, service and additional upgrades to my system. Certainly not a small job, since I needed numerous sprinkler heads moved and all heads adjusted for flow and overlap. They put me on their list and have never received a call back. Way to late now and frankly with that kind of followup, or lack there of, not sure it's the company to use. Angie's list may not be what I need either.

Description of Work: Keesen's A+ team designed and installed a brand new sprinkler system for my lawn and garden area. Chris listened to every wish I had and designed the perfect system. It was the first time in 17 years that my lawn and gardens looked beautiful and I did not have to drag a hose around watering everything. The amazing thing was my water bill was not any higher than the previous summers bill. Proof that I was watering smarter...not more. In addition, I would be amiss if I did not commend the awesome office staff who were always very kind and courteous and the phenomenal installation crew!! They were awesome. Fernando and his entire crew were always on time and installed with such professionalism and precision that when they left it was hard to tell that I just had underground sprinklers installed! I thought my entire lawn would be torn up but they made sure that everything was put back to normal. I can't tell you how pleased I was with everything. I had 4 other bids and Keesen's bid was not the highest or the lowest but I felt that the guarantee that they offered, as well as the amount of years they have been in service helped to make my decision very easy. I am so happy that I chose them!

Description of Work: They take care of our lawn irrigation system. We use them in the spring and fall for opening and closing of the system.
