Great! We finished on our own following the technician's advice.

In addition to the washer output overflowing, the kitchen sink drain also began causing the laundry drain to overflow, so we needed someone ASAP because we decided not to use any water until we got the problem fixed. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to schedule someone to come out on Saturday between noon and 2 p.m. JD called us a couple hours before the scheduled appointment time to let us know Steve was running behind and wouldn't be out until around 4 p.m. so we wouldn't be sitting around waiting if we had other things to do. We thought that was very thoughtful. When Steve arrived, he got right to work and determined that we just needed the drain snaked, which he did in short order and voila, our problem was fixed! I asked Steve if he had any tips on getting the malodorous smell out and he advised that bleach will kill anything. I put some bleach in a bucket with some water, mopped the porous concrete floor, and the smell was gone instantaneously. Very happy with our experience. I think they are more expensive than some, but I feel they are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and trustworthy and I do think we got our money's worth.

The tech was great, walked me through what needed to be done and after the repairs were completed, he did a great job of cleaning up and prior to leaving made sure the system was working correctly.

It was completed very fast and done right. No problems to report.

Everything went well. Tony did a wonderful job and couldn't have been nicer.

He said he would charge $269 for the work and I had already paid $25 on-line for the deal of $50 services. When I questioned his price, he said sometimes those jobs take 2-2 1/2 hours. It took him maybe 30 minutes to take the handle off the shower, remove the sleeve that covers the valve, and change out the valve component. He also checked a toilet in another bathroom and said he would replace the handle for $50 (I did it myself for $6 from Home Depot). He wanted to replace the whole insides for $300 or replace the toilet for $600! I wish I had gotten a free estimate from Home Depot. I expected more from Angie's list.

Steve came out on time, was very friendly, walked around and checked my entire system (we are also turning the system on for the summer). He fixed both problems, and even just diagnosed them if I wanted to fix it myself to save some money. I had him do it, and an hour later, everything is working beautifully!

I'm very appreciative of how honest he was about what really needed done and how extensive it would be.

It turned out good. They were fine. There was no mess made or left.

My plumber was already on a call so he came over as soon as he could. He was earlier than expected which was great. Steve was a very pleasant person and sure knew his job. I had another job that needed attention and was very willing to fix it while he was here. Very happy with Steve's work thank you.

I had toilets that were giving me problems, and they would not turn off. I have had plugged up drains. Both times, they did an absolutely excellent job. The price was right. Everything was nice and clean when they got done. Absolutely, defiantly. It was one worker. The work didn't take very long, about an half an hour. He did it so very well. Just no mess, or anything. When you get a plugged up drain. You think you are going to get junk all over the floor. He really knew his business, and I have not had any problems since. Absolutely excellent.

I got them off Angie's List and they were fantastic. It was outstanding. I would never hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I highly recommend them. This was the first time I used them.

I think its pricey but I do have the tank-less heater. The technician was good at explaining things to me so I understood. He really took his time with me which he didn't have to do.

I did have a issue where they knob was on to tight but they came right back out and made the adjustment.

They told me that would be an additional $200. I was under the impression that would be included in the $90. plus a $25.00 trip charge, but it was not.

It was fine. They were out either that day or the next day. They should have more options and lower prices.

John S. from JD's plumbing was a complete rockstar! The faucet for the tub was completely calcified, so he had to replace the entire fixture and it was very labor intensive. But John was super polite, kind, and all to willing to complete the job at a reasonable price. We have been looking for a great plumber, and we will keep their contact info and hire them for any future projects or problems that require a plumber.
