My experience with them was great.

They were great! Courteous on the phone and professional in their job. They were also efficient as the job went faster than we expected. They carried away the items we designated but always checked in to make sure they weren't taking anything we wanted to remain. I felt confident that they would find the best place for these items--some for trash, some for recycle, perhaps even some for resale.

Everything went smoothly and quickly and we were very happy with their work - see above.

These guys are fantastic. They responded to my phone call right away, and when I called a second time to ask them about the details of the coupon which I couldn't figure out, they patiently explained everything to me. It was nice to know that I had so many options re. full truck, half truck, etc. Just the fact that these guys haul items that can be reused for those less fortunate is reason enough to use Gone For Good. If you want a few more, here they are: They were punctual the first time I used them. The second time, they called to let me know they were running late and would give me a 30 minute call out. They are super polite, friendly, honest and helpful, and know how to pack the truck so as to not have to charge you for an extra load. They will pick up the items from around the house, and haul them, you don't have to have everything piled. They smile They clean up afterthemselves. I was shocked to find my filthy garage not only cleared out, but swept. The old man living next to us was sitting in his garage, and asked the guys if they could take a few of his things. They obliged him which I though showed a lot of respect.

..I have lived in this house for 49 years, raised 5 children, operated a group home for elderly persons for 18 years, and have provided living space for a number of relatives and friends. The house was full of much unneeded furniture , boxes, etc. Gone For Good employees were s helpful in removing the "stuff" from every room in the house.

Very prompt, did the work quickly. Able to schedule around my timeframes. Glad they try to donate and recycle. Price a bit high as I did not have enough stuff for 1/2 truck, but extremely convenient and professional.

I called at 2pm and spoke with Reed. I scheduled the service, and amazingly, he said they could get my stuff the very same day. By 2:45pm, my sofa and chair were gone. Ernest and his son could not have been any nicer or more efficient. Reed was very professional and I did not feel like I was "bothering" him. I highly recommend Gone for Good.

I emailed for an initial bid and received a bid of $100. The bid was much more affordable than other similar hauling services. I set an appointment for Gone for Good to come. They were very professional, responsive and helpful. the job was done quickly and carefully despite the mess in my home that they had to maneuver around. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The overall service went very well. The workers all worked very hard and were diligent about getting as much stuff in the truck as possible. The only set back we had was that I thought we had an agreement where if I wanted to upgrade the truck, they could still do it at the coupon price. That wasn't the case, but other than that, everything turned out great.

This company is fantastic! I called in the morning and left a message and received a phone call from Dave soon after. I explained what I needed and he called back within 5 minutes to give me a time and a price. Dave was very.friendly and very professional. I received a phone call from Reed confirming the time they would be out and then another when they were going to be a little late because of the weather. Everybody did a great job. Reed and Jeremy were very professional and a pleasure to meet. I would highly recommend this company. I especially love how they are going to recycle all of the wood and metal and dispose of the TV's in the proper way.

Very impressed with the professionalism of the two gentlemen. Service was prompt, even with a mix-up with the address, and they were very efficient. There was no extra charge due to the third floor location and appreciated the rebate they gave for some of our furnishings. Also, liked that the furnishings would be recycled and not just thrown away.

outstanding job. They asked what I needed to have removed and promptly loaded it in their truck. They were friendly, helpful, and very respective of my property. And they even noticed that there was additional wood in the garage and asked if I wanted it removed (and I did.) Previously I used another hauling company, but the Gone for Good attitude clearly outshone the other company (and the price was far better.) They also left a tax receipt for the donation.

Gone for Good arrived on time and met all of my needs. I did not have to lift a finger!! They gathered up a large pile of loose trash, moved out a bedroom set, a large etagere, pounds of books and papers, an old heavy console tv, scrap wood, computers, etc. The uniformed gentlemen even moved some heavy items for me that were not part of the pickup. There was absolutely no damage to my home even though the haul was in my basement and had to be carried up a two level staircase. The best part is that they will recycle everything possible, take my donations to Good Will and send me a receipt, and will share resale $$ from any sales that they might make in their store. I recommend them without reservation!!

These guys were truly amazing! They showed up on time, were very polite, professional and efficient in getting my old stuff out of the house. They were able to sell most of what I gave them (providing me with a nice check!) and they donated the rest, providing a receipt for tax purposes. I cannot say how impressed I was with this service, thank you!

The haul away was outstanding; the accounting weak; the selling marginal for what sold.

They arrived exactly on time and quickly removed eighteen years accumulation of things that I either didn't know what to do with or wanted to recycle. They were very nice and did a great job. It feels wonderful to get rid of all that clutter in one fell swoop!

This was a great service - they arrived as scheduled and took all of my stuff and more than I planned. They were extremely professional and helpful and my guilt is assuaged a bit since the items they took will be disposed of in an environmentally responsible way. Would totally use Gone for Good again.
