It was a wonderful experience. All of their workers are excellent. They are extremely helpful and kind. They understand what you want, very careful and they did it quickly, efficiently and perfectly. I will use them again and I used them before. I recommend them to anyone.

Gone for Good provided professional, friendly, efficient service from start to finish. The original estimate was provided within one hour of original contact. Ried was knowledgable and explained their service, which is totally environmentally responsible (all items that can be sold or recycled are kept from our landfills) at competitive prices. Service was scheduled in under a week. The clearing of a 50 year old, original family, three bedroom home with a full basement and two car garage was complete within 5.5 hours. The team arrived with their truck 15 minutes early, and there was not one minute of down time. The three man "E" team (father and two sons) the estate sale specialist, were friendly and very efficient. The truck was packed like a masterful jigsaw puzzle. Even though the truck space needed exceeded the original estimate, the quoted estimate price was honored. Service was way beyond expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend Gone for Good.

I had received a call that they were ahead of schedule and would arrive prior to scheduled time. Since I was coming from our new home, I arrived shortly before they did. There were 3 young men, who all introduced themselves to me. I showed them the few things we had, including a large projection TV and a ton of empty boxes in the basement. They carefully brought everything up from the basement and loaded it into the truck. We also had some trash and recycles that I wasn't going to be able to put out for pickup before the new owners moved in, so they put all the recycles in some of the cardboard boxes and took the bags of trash. Everything was gone in no time at all. When I spoke to the owner, to schedule the pickup, I told him I didn't think I had a 1/2 of a truck of stuff. He told me if I didn't he wouldn't charge me the full price, which his employees honored. I would definitely use these guys again. As a matter of fact, I ended up using a competitor when I couldn't find Good for Gone's info. Although the competitor did a good job, they were far more costly.

Needed to have a large swamp cooler lifted over a fence gate (cooler was too large to go through gate) and hauled away at a rental property in Denver. Called for estimate late Monday afternoon. Reid Husner (professional and pleasant) quoted an extremely reasonable price and said they would be able to remove the cooler the next day. He called me Tuesday to let me know that the job was done and we took care of the billing on the phone. Done deal in record time at a great price! Would definitely use again.

These guys were great. I purchased a deal for a 1/2 truck. I scheduled them to come out on a Saturday morning but when I happened to be free the afternoon before, I called and they were able to fit me in that day. Reid and Dave showed up and got right to work. I had an old metal framed bunk bed which they took apart and moved out. I also had an old book case, two dressers, two filing cabinets and lots and lots of well, junk. Pillows, stuffed animals, clothes, boxes, binders, storm windows, books, all kinds of stuff that I had just accumulated over the years and stuck in the basement or in an unused sun porch at the back of the house. They had big sturdy bags and some boxes and just cleared it all out. I had things in 3 upstairs rooms and two rooms in the basement so they had to go up and down stairs to get everything. It took a little over two hours. They were friendly, professional, super courteous, fast and thorough. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. The price was very reasonable and they worked hard. Also, I feel good not only for getting rid of all that stuff, but knowing that they will re-use or recycle whatever they can. All in all, a great experience. Again, I highly recommend Gone for Good.

Two young man showed up promptly and introduced themselves. I took them around the house to show them everything we needed to get rid of. They did an excellent job and had everything loaded in the truck in hardly no time at all. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I emailed 6 companies from Angie's List for junk removal. Gone for Good was one of 4 of those companies that didn't even respond.

They arrived on time, 2 very polite young men. Job complete in short order, and, it had been arranged on short notice. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience! Very good communication with the company prior to getting scheduled. The team was efficient, professional and friendly. They called the day of because they were finished with an order early and were able to stop by well in advance of my appointment (mutually agreed upon) which was even more of a relief. Wonderful experience all around.

This was probably the easiest thing that I have ever done. I called them told them exactly what I needed removed they showed up and took it all. The whole take away for a half of a truck was maybe a 1/2 hour. They were super nice, super quick and super easy to deal with. Thank you!

They did excellent and they were prompt. David worked very hard in an organized manor and moved a lot of material within a two hour period. We were very pleased with the effort, courtesy, and outcome.

They arrived on time, they were polite and fast. They pulled a quarter of a truck's worth of furniture, boxes and bags out of the condo & storage space. The only reason I said I probably wouldn't use them again is that, according to their website, they now charge an additional $75 for apartment/condo service.

Dave stayed in contact with me before they arrived. Dave and his partner arrived early and were respectful of the limited parking situation. Wanted them to take only what would fit in a quarter truck (price I was quoted). Dave asked me what I wanted removed. All I needed to do was show him which to take and which things to leave. They were quick and efficient. Took what was trash and what was recyclable. Very nice. Will definitely use them again.

I was extremely grateful for the service. They were very punctual, and even showed up early, but they did call ahead of time to make sure it was ok. The owner and his son showed up, and they handled themselves very well. They were actually very courteous and professional from the start over the phone. All of my questions were answered, and they explained everything very well. At one point, I started to help them out by moving some things around for them, and they insisted they could do everything themselves. They did everything they said they were going to and then some. I would definitely recommend them.

Reed and Dave we on time, courteous, reasonably priced and easy to work with. They even made an extra run to a nearby storage facility. They are conscientious about recycling. I don't know how they could have done a better job.

My husband and I are working on clearing the clutter out of our house, and had a few hard to dispose of items (large console TV, furniture) that we just didn't have the time to deal with properly. Gone for Good did a great job for us - polite and professional on the phone when setting up appointment, then prompt, professional, friendly, polite and FAST on the day of the pick-up. I love that GFG makes every effort to properly dispose of items they pick up - anything that can be recycled is brought to the appropriate facility, anything usable is fixed up and resold. We paid $75.00 to have 3 large items taken away - worth every penny. We will certainly call GFG again and would recommend to anyone.

Three nice fellas cleared away all that we asked them to, a truck full. We have no complaints at all. We'd definitely use them again.

Gone for Good handled everything. This was a situation that an estate sale was out of the question. I needed a company that could clean out the place quickly. In fact, this company was cleaning out the place across the hall. I met the owner of the business, and the rest speaks for itself. The company was very professional from beginning to end. From the condo and two storage units full with old and hard to move items to misc. little items. They did it all. With the 30% discount for good items, the cost came to $1000.00 .

An engaging father-son duo arrived on time and cheerfully accomplished the difficult task of taking out the very very heavy washtub from the basement. No nicks, no scuffs, no complaining.

It turned out fine. They have actually done service for me twice now. I used the big deal six months after I purchased it but I do not remember how much the service ended up costing. They were easy to schedule, polite, careful, courteous and punctual.
