Overall the experience was very good. There was some miscommunication as I tried to estimate how much shrubery I had over the phone. It turns out I underestimated the amount and actually needed more of a haul away than I expected. In the end, these guys made it right and we worked out a fair price. Nice guys to deal with and would recommend again.

The work went great. I called and made an appointment, the person in the office was very polite. They came out at a time that we had set, there were two men that hauled away the tv and AC in no time.

The experience was great. They were easy to get in touch with, easy to set up an appointment, they showed up on time, were professional and courteous and were in and out with ease. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get rid of unwanted stuff.

They showed up exactly on time and were done in less than 30 minutes. They took everything. I was impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. Prompt is not the word for them. They were 30 minutes early in meeting me at a local storage unit. Good people. Emptied out a storage unit in no time flat. Followed me to my garage where they dropped off items. Hauled away junk from my horse pasture and it was so fast, so cheap and so good.

The men were courteous, professional and helpful. They worked quickly to load everything up. They looked around and quizzed me to make sure I gave them everything possible for them to haul away. I was happy to have everything gone quickly and cleanly. I was disappointed that a month or so later I got a very small check with an accounting of a few items they sold. It didn't seem accurate in with the items they sold. One was like an old small grill that I wouldn't give you $3.00 for on a garage sell but it accounted for $18.00. If you just want stuff to be gone, they will do a great job. If you have items that you think you can get a little something for on a garage sell or ebay - save that for yourself.

We would absolutely use them again! When they saw the amount of stuff we had, they told us we could fit a lot more, and so we essentially cleaned out the garage with a lot of things we weren't using as well.

This company was excellent. We bought a coupon on Angie's List, and were called for scheduling by the company on the same day -- we did not even have to call them. Two gentlemen arrived right on time, got the job done in under two hours, and did not charge us extra even though we had a little more than the 1/2 load we had paid for. They acted and appeared professional. I will use this company again.

Quick and professional. Took everything I needed to get rid of, including trash!!

I hired Gone for Good to haul away some trash I had emptied from a house I am cleaning out from an estate. Reid was great, he called and told me he was running late. They came and hauled away a truck full of trash and recyclable material. They were very friendly and professional and cleaned-up afterwards. I purchased another special for more trucks they have going on.

It went well from beginning to end. They arrive a few minutes early, introduced themselves and looked over the job. It took them a little over an hour to practically fill their truck. They were professional and courteous. They discounted the price since they felt they could re sell some of the materials and because I had done a fair amount of work organizing the materials to be removed which saved them time.

Easy. And that's what I wanted.

Even though he was unable to get the concrete blocks due to their extreme weight, he hauled away a few other things I had free of charge because he misquoted. If I ever have non-extreme junk that requires a heavy machine to move, I will definitely call them first!

From my first contact, all representatives acted professionaly and courteously. When I called to schedule pick up, Reid quickly found my Angie?s deal. I scheduled on a holiday (President?s Day) so I did not have to take PTO for the pickup. Two men (Ernesto and EJ) arrived early, and completed their moving in an hour. The men were courteous, introducing themselves. They wore shirts identifying them as working for the company; their truck also has the Gone for Good logo all over it, both of which made me confident that they were who they said they were. Ernesto confirmed my Angie?s list deal; we walked around the house, pointing out what I wanted them to take. I also pointed out any furniture features that could be harmed or broken by moving improperly. They took extra care to avoid any damage to walls and floors. They brought boxes for packing, shrink wrap, and throws to protect furniture. When my designated items did not fill the truck completely, we added items so I could get full value. Altogether a very customer friendly experience, I did not need to print anything, and they did what I expected (and more) on time and efficiently. I was impressed by how much could fit in the truck; in fact, they took some extra things from my garage and basement. I had a large quantity of mixed debris including some sod, leaves and dirt. The company's scheduler didn't accurately describe the type of trash I wanted hauled so the workmen didn't have some equipment which would have made their job easier and more efficient. Despite this, without complaining about the extra work they had to do, the workmen pitched in and cleaned everything up. Their work was exemplary and their demeanor was great. I would definitely recommend them.

I spoke to Reid over the phone prior to purchasing the special just to be sure that they could meet my timeframe. I purchased the deal and they followed up with me within 24 hours. I scheduled the pickup for that weekend, and they were able to accommodate my first choice in timing. They arrived at the property about 15 minuted early with their truck and got to work right away. I purchased half a truckload upon their initial recommendation and it turned out to be just the right size. There were a number of miscellaneous things that I wanted to get rid of, which took a lot of trips into and out of the truck (including leaves). They were very friendly, introducing themselves right away. They were efficient and finished the job within the time they said they would. It all got hauled away and they told me which items could be recycled, so I felt better knowing that not everything was going into a landfill. They did a fantastic job! I would definitely hire them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs a hauling service.

The guys were excellent! And this service is incredible. They take anything...from complete trash to furniture in excellent shape you don't want any longer. You receive a discount on the quality stuff that can be resold. The crew showed up on time, cleared our place in record time, and did so with professionalism and attention to detail. I wish our movers had been as good! I would recommend this company to anyone without reservation, and will use them again in the future.

Overall, it went well with no problems

We called late last week and they scheduled an appointment for today, which is Monday. They said that they would be here between 12:00 and 12:30. They called and asked to come a bit earlier, but we were not available. Still, we appreciated the call. The doorbell rang at 11:59. They were polite and the work was done in minutes. This was really, really painless.
